South Range's season ends in regional final
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – South Range softball's season ends in a loss to Manchester, 5-4, in the Division V Regional Final in the 2025 OHSAA Softball State Tournament at Youngstown State University on Saturday afternoon.

Manchester hit three home runs in the victory.
South Range's Giada Pauline and Ashley Rupert each drove in one run. Also, Solena DeJesus posted two RBIs in the loss.
The Raiders' season ends with an overall record of 22-10. South Range concludes the 2024-2025 season with a sixth straight district championship.
Manchester advances to the Division V State Final Four in the OHSAA State Semifinals.

A's place Miguel Andujar and Gunnar Hoglund on the injured list
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Athletics placed third baseman/outfielder Miguel Andujar and right-hander Gunnar Hoglund on the injured list Monday and recalled outfielder JJ Bleday and right-hander Elvis Alvarado from Triple-A Las Vegas.
