While talking to Bollywood Bubble and showing a picture with Ranveer from 'Gully Boy', Amruta shared that the photo was taken during a particularly intense scene where they were leaving the house. She described that day as one of the scariest of her life. The tempo used in the scene was set up right inside Dharavi by director

, with the set blending so seamlessly into the real location that it was hard to distinguish where Dharavi ended and the set began.
The tempo itself looked genuinely old and worn out to reflect their poor characters. Ranveer and Amruta were surrounded by bouncers and extras who appeared to belong naturally in the environment, adding to the realism of the scene.
First Experience Outside the Set
The actress shared that, for the first time, she had an intense experience stepping outside with Ranveer beyond the usual confines of the vanity van or set during shooting.

While the tempo had moved slightly into the heart of Dharavi, people suddenly began pouring out from the surrounding buildings, running loudly and chasing after the vehicle. Although the tempo wasn't moving fast, the sight of the mob running behind it caused her genuine fear, making her shiver uncontrollably.
Ranveer Singh's Comfort Amid Fear
The actress said, 'Especially because I mean, it's Ranveer from 'Padmaavat' sitting there, he's a superstar! And the people had started running… it was so scary.
I wasn't okay. I was shivering. Ranveer just held my hand. He obviously understood, and he said, 'Amruta, you okay?' I was like, 'No…' So he said, 'My bouncers are around. Don't worry, nothing will happen.' He was pacifying me. And I was still shivering, because the energy of that mob is wild.
It's not always happy energy, you know? It's very scary. There's a kind of desperation in it.'
Real Fear Behind the Scene
She concluded by explaining that if the situation had spiraled out of control, the sheer size of the crowd could have been overwhelming. To cope, she began taking deep breaths while Ranveer continuously reassured her that everything would be fine and there was nothing to worry about, as he was accustomed to such situations. She emphasized that the tension visible on her face in the scene was not her character Raziya's, but her own real fear as Amruta.
