MG Developments pushes Savoy phase past 40% completion, advances work on Blue Blue Ain Sokhna

MG Developments has announced continued progress on its fully integrated tourism project Blue Blue in Ain Sokhna, having successfully delivered five fully finished phases of the project. The company has now exceeded 40% completion in the sixth phase, Savoy, within Blue Blue, in line with the approved timetable. This achievement comes despite the economic challenges and pressures facing real estate market, reflecting the company's ability to maintain commitment and discipline in delivery while upholding the highest quality standards. The Savoy phase stands out as one of the most distinguished phases of Blue Blue, thanks to its prime location and exceptional architectural design. It is currently being developed under the supervision of ACE Moharram. Bakhoum as the general consultant, in collaboration with EMAC Contracting company, which has been contracted specifically to build the largest water lagoon within the project— an unprecedented feature designed to elevate the visual appeal and interactive leisure experience within Blue Blue. This lagoon is one of the project's defining features, designed as a vast recreational water expanse that mirrors the beauty of the coastal environment. It offers an ideal setting for water activities, relaxation, and entertainment, while its scenic architectural views add both aesthetic and investment value to all units within the development. The Blue Blue project spans over 120,000 sqm and consists of six diverse phases, including chalets, villas, and hotel units, complemented by fully integrated commercial, entertainment, and service facilities. The development boasts a private beach stretching 300 meters along the Red Sea, with designated areas for marine activities, restaurants, and hotel services. Situated in the Windmills area of Ain Sokhna—one of the most beautiful spots on the Red Sea—the project benefits from breathtaking natural scenery and fresh, year-round breezes, making it a perfect destination for leisure and relaxation, as well as a prime location for luxury coastal living and long-term investment. As part of its vision to deliver a fully integrated tourism product, MG Developments is currently building an international hotel within the project, aimed at enhancing the tourism infrastructure, elevating the accommodation experience, and supporting the concept of integrated communities that combine leisure, luxury, and long-term investment. This step comes within the framework of the company's strategic plan to expand in the tourism sector by developing four new hotel and tourism projects in Ain Sokhna, which are currently under construction. These projects aim to support Egypt's tourism market and offer high-value real estate products with world-class specifications. Mohamed Metawee, founder of MG Developments, stated that the company is committed to achieving a comprehensive formula that combines dedication, innovation, and on-time delivery, while offering real estate and tourism products that maximize investment value and meet clients' aspirations for quality living and premium hotel-style residences. تم نسخ الرابط

King of Malaysia Arrives in Russia on State Visit

Nada Mustafa Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, arrived in Russia on 5 August on a state visit that will last until 10 August, according to TV BRICS. This is the first visit by a Malaysian Head of state to Russia since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the country and the USSR in 1967. Sultan Ibrahim hopes that talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin will open a new chapter in bilateral relations between the two countries. This was stated by Malaysian Ambassador to Russia Cheong Loong Lai in an interview with Bernama, a partner of TV BRICS. "His Majesty also expressed hope that the two leaders can hold productive discussions, especially on matters of mutual interest," he said. According to the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sultan Ibrahim's visit marks an important stage in the development of bilateral relations. It is also seen as a continuation of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's official visit to Moscow in May this year, during which he held talks with Vladimir Putin and other senior Russian officials. Experts believe that the king's visit will give additional impetus to economic relations, especially in such promising sectors as renewable energy, aerospace, digital technology, agrotechnology, and the halal industry. Talks with the Russian President are scheduled for 6 August. It is expected that the discussions will focus on the prospects for Malaysian companies entering the Russian market, as well as opportunities for attracting Russian investment in infrastructure projects and Malaysia's green economy. As noted by the Bernama News Agency, Sultan Ibrahim may advocate for more inclusive and diversified economic cooperation, as well as the promotion of sustainable development and multilateral diplomacy. The agency believes that the topic of cooperation between the countries in civil nuclear energy, including personnel training and modernisation of energy infrastructure, may be discussed. In an exclusive comment for TV BRICS, PhD in Economics Andrey Khlutkov spoke about the prospects for cooperation between the two countries. "In my opinion, the new opportunities for Russian-Malaysian cooperation go far beyond traditional areas and are shaped by global trends. These are, first and foremost, the transition to sustainable development, digitalisation, energy transition and the strengthening of ties between the countries of the Global South," he said. Khlutkov noted that he considers digitalisation to be one of the most promising areas. According to him, Malaysia has already established itself as a digital hub in Southeast Asia and, as the chair of ASEAN in 2025, is actively investing in digital transformation, especially in areas such as fintech, smart cities and artificial intelligence. Russia, as the expert emphasised, has qualified specialists in the IT field and significant achievements in the areas of AI, big data analysis, and cybersecurity. In this context, he considers it quite likely that effective partnerships will be formed between the technology parks and universities of the two countries, and that Russian IT companies will participate in the implementation of digital infrastructure projects in Malaysia in the foreseeable future. It should be recalled that in January this year, the country, along with Belarus, Bolivia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Nigeria, Thailand, Uganda, and Uzbekistan, began working in BRICS as a partner of the group. In July 2025, the country took part in the association's summit, which was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
