Television personality and conservationist Bindi Irwin finally shares updates on her health and recovery journey after undergoing emergency surgery this month. The eldest daughter of the late 'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin, Bindi, was unable to attend the annual event honoring her father's legacy due to a medical emergency. Her followers have finally heard back from the Dancing with the Stars alum with the much-awaited health updates.
Here's what happened to Bindi Irwin and the latest updates on her health.
Bindi Irwin looks in good shape in new Instagram snaps she posted on Sunday, May 25. She penned a caption sharing her recovery from her emergency surgery to remove her appendix and also treat her recurring endometriosis. Irwin also shared motivational words to support other women suffering from the same disease.
'Healing. Thank you for your incredible words of support and kindness. The reason I share my health journey is because more girls and women desperately need answers to their undiagnosed pain,' the popular conservationist began.
She continued, 'I've battled with endometriosis for more than 12 years. This disease is crippling and can make you feel incredibly isolated. We need to raise awareness and change the narrative for women's health. I see you, your pain is real, and you deserve answers and genuine health care. For more information, visit @endofound.'
Bindi's husband, Chandler Powell, and younger brother, Robert Irwin, made Instagram posts as well, celebrating the incredible strength she has shown throughout the ordeal. Additionally, fans and other celebrities flooded the comment section with supportive messages and best wishes.
Bindi Irwin first shared her endometriosis diagnosis publicly in March 2023 via an Instagram post featuring a post-surgery photo. She revealed that she had been suffering from the disease for decades and had 37 lesions and a cyst. Irwin had to go under the knife again this year due to a sudden ruptured appendix. The diagnosis revealed further complications, including the development of new endometriosis lesions. In the recent surgery, the doctors removed her appendix and 14 endometriosis lesions, as well as stitched up a hernia. (via Bindi Irwin's Instagram)

New 'Final Destination' film sparks misrepresented visuals
"Anyone knows this news? The ceiling of a movie theatre in the Philippines collapsed during the screening of the Final Destination 6 movie. That's really the ultimate experience," says an Indonesian-language Facebook post on May 26, 2025. It includes a two-minute clip of a crowd in distress as water starts to leak from a cinema's ceiling, with some parts starting to fall off. A similar post written in Burmese surfaced on the same day with an image showing the damaged interior of a movie house. "The ceiling collapsed while screening Final Destination," the caption reads. "Final Destination: Bloodlines", the latest instalment in the horror franchise, topped the North American box office following its release in mid-May (archived link). Similar claims about a theatre collapsing during the film's screening also surfaced on X, Instagram and TikTok and were shared in other languages, including Hindi, English, and Tagalog. While such an incident was reported in Argentina's capital Buenos Aires in May, the circulating visuals are unrelated (archived link). A reverse image search using keyframes found multiple news reports shared the clip in June 2015, including from ABC7 News (archived link). "Six people were reported hurt Monday night in Cebu, Philippines when parts of the ceiling of an Ayala Center Cebu cinema room collapsed after intense water leakage," part of the report reads, referring to a city in central Philippines. It goes to say that 350 people were in the room for a brand relaunch event. A similar clip of the event taken from another angle has appeared in reports from Philippine media organisations Sunstar and Rappler (archived here and here). Another reverse search of the photo showing the destroyed theatre found it in an NBC News article published February 28, 2025 -- months before the release of "Final Destination: Bloodlines" (archived link). "Movie theater ceiling collapses during screening of 'Captain America: Brave New World'," reads the report's headline. "The historic Liberty Theater in Wenatchee, Wash. Two people were in the theater during the incident, but no injuries were reported," says the caption to the picture. The photo is credited to Wenatchee Valley Fire Department, which uploaded an Instagram post about the same event on February 26, 2025 (archived here and here). "At approximately 8 PM, Wenatchee Valley firefighters responded to a reported ceiling collapse at Liberty Cinema. Two people were inside the theater at the time, but fortunately, no injuries were reported. The cause of the collapse remains under investigation," the post states. Jessie J Diagnosed With Breast Cancer
Originally appeared on E! Online is providing an update on her health. The "Bang Bang" singer shared that she was diagnosed with breast cancer over two months ago and has been "in and out of tests" this year. "I was diagnosed with early breast cancer," Jessie said in an Instagram video June 3. "Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word 'early.'" The 37-year-old said she will undergo surgery after performing at the Summertime Ball 2025 concert in London on June 15. "It's a very dramatic way to get a boob job," she explained. "I am going to disappear for a bit after Summertime Ball to have my surgery, and I will come back with massive tits and more music." While Jessie—who shares son Sky, 2, with basketball player Chanan Safir Colman—noted that she hesitated to announce her diagnosis publicly, she decided to be "open" for multiple reasons. "One, because, selfishly, I do not talk about it enough," she continued. "I'm not processing it because I'm working so hard. I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support and also their own stories. I'm an open book." More from E! Furthermore, Jessie felt the need to be candid on her life after releasing songs titled "No Secrets" in April and "Living My Best Life" last month. She noted that the tracks were "all pre-planned before I found out about this. I mean, you can't make it up." The Grammy nominee, who shared her diagnoses with ADHD and OCD last year, added, "It's a weird topic and a weird situation." Still, her cancer journey has already taught her some important lessons. "The timing of it has been mad but also beautiful and given me this incredible perspective in this time," Jessie explained on her Instagram Story. "But honestly I need to process it and talk about it and, I need a hug. You have loved me through all my good and hard times. And I don't want this to be any different."
