Love Island Season 12 cast reunite as Andrada's feud with Meg resolved
The cast of Love Island's 12th series have been spotted reuniting for the first time since exiting the villa at a swanky London event. The most devoted fans will have already seen the stars' Instagram feeds from the bash last night (August 14).
Casa Amor sensation Andrada Pop was among those sharing the party extensively on social media, even posting a cosy picture of herself with Meg Moore on her Instagram Stories. The picture seems to bring an end to their rocky relationship while on the show.
Their last televised interaction was a tense one, with Andrada criticising Meg's partner Dejon Noel-Williams for his flirtatious behaviour as she voted to end the couple's Love Island journey. However, the pouty snap suggests that amends have been made between the two bombshells.
Third-place contestant Yasmin Pettet also attended the party, despite recently stepping back from social media following the sad passing of her cat Miaow Miaow. She was seen smiling at the event alongside Alima Gagigo and Andrada, reports OK!
In sad news for fans, last night's event was private so it won't be broadcast on TV. Billykiss Azeez confirmed on Snapchat that it wasn't filmed.
Love Island devotees will have to follow the action through the Islanders' social media pages. However, this doesn't rule out a possible reunion.
Although ITV2 has yet to confirm a dedicated reunion episode, there's still the winter series to anticipate, which promises the comeback of some well-known faces.
Viewers have been urging producers to cast several Season 12 Islanders, including crowd-pleaser Andrada Pop.
Harrison Solomon and Harry Cooksley have also been popular choices among fans, although they are currently not single.
In other Love Island news, Harry and Shakira recently confirmed their relationship, although Shakira admitted her mother may not be overjoyed with their relationship.
Shakira's mother and sibling turned up to surprise her on the TV show, but her mum displayed little warmth towards Harry and refused to hug him.
Discussing the awkward introduction in her first TV interview since leaving the series, Shakira told ITV's Lorraine:"I'll be very honest with you, that went a lot better than we thought it was going to! Knowing my mother, that went a lot better than we thought."
When questioned about her relationship with her mum since leaving the show, Shakira disclosed that her mum is was on holiday and hadn't had a chance to meet Harry again, but that plans were in place.
"She's on holiday, she's cruising about at the minute, so we've not had a chance to catch up. But, I did tell her on the phone yesterday that Harry had bought me some flowers and pie. She went, 'Hmm'," Shakira shared.
"I think she's warming to him! She wants to meet you. We've got some plans next week, sooner rather than later."

However, according to the Daily Mail, it was reportedly the other way round as Lou was the one to call time on their romance. It comes after Andy finally broke his silence on Saturday as he issued a huge relationship update. In a candid interview with the Sun on Sunday, the former Premiere League star,36, admitted: "I love Lou and I love her family. We row like any couple." Addressing the status of his divorce from Billi, Andy, who also has two children from a previous relationship, added: "Things have been difficult for me and I'm going through a divorce. Some of our rows have been about alcohol, as Lou has been teetotal for 14 years and I have a beer or wine at dinner and a drink after the game, but it's not a problem in my life." Andy continued: "We're better off together and we're trying to work through our difficulties." The couple had been together for more than a year before their split. And at the time they unfollowed each other from social media. Andy even went as far as to erase all trace of Lou from his Instagram account. Since their reunion, the couple resumed their trademark loved up posts of each other. Last week, an insider revealed to the Daily Mail: "It was Lou who ended her relationship with Andy, she walked away a few days ago, it was very much her choice to end their romance. " They went on to say: "She isn't interested in pointing the finger or blaming him and hoped to deal with their split in private, before he blocked her on Instagram and deleted their photos together." The source insisted that she was left "very upset" with regards to the arguments they endured before the split. Andy reportedly flew to Ibiza on a private jet despite the fact he had no idea where she was staying. Before they agreed to work on their relationship, the insider told the publication that Andy would have believed his huge gesture would win her over immediately but apparently Lou would be unimpressed. The source continued: "All she has done all year is love and support Andy, her feelings haven't gone away, but Lou has to protect herself now and ending the relationship is the only way to move forward." Andy had been playing football in France for two years before returning to the UK to play for Dagenham and Redbridge. One of the couple's arguments were in public and was witnessed by a restaurant worker. Things between the pair reportedly became heated, to the point where police were called. A worker at the Nikolus Tavern in Greece told The Sun on Sunday: "He [Andy] seemed very drunk and furious with his partner. He was using very bad words. They added: "It was improper behaviour. The woman looked very upset." The police spoke to Andy and later allowed him to return to Lou. The worker continued: "Police spoke to him. He was allowed to return, and the couple left after paying for their meal. Andy was very calm when the police arrived — he stood up and spoke to them outside the restaurant." In a joint statement given to The Sun, it read: "Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to "look after" us. The couple added: "As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter."
