Rae, a mom of two, who is now self-employed, creating social media and caring for her family, often chronicles her life on TikTok — and one video in particular had people feeling a certain type of way.
In the clip with over 200,000 views, Rae is making a yummy-looking salad for her man's lunch. It looks like an elaborate meal, but all her hard work isn't for nothing — she charges him for it.
'I charge my partner £10 ($13.52) a day to make his lunch for work. If he's going to spend £10 on McDonald's, Gregg's or wherever it may be and put money in a stranger's pocket, why not put money in my pocket instead?' she said in the voiceover of the video.
'Pay the woman you love for your lunch. That way, everyone's happy. He's fed and happy — I'm paid and happy.'
She does have a valid point.
Rae went on to explain how sometimes she runs out of lunch ideas, and it can be tough to constantly be creative with what she's making for her husband.
But overall — she seems to enjoy the lunch deal she's worked out with her partner.
However, many of the commenters on the viral video didn't feel as chummy about it.
'But if you love your man, you wouldn't charge him £10.'
TikTok commenters were torn on how they felt about this.

'I just think the whole point of saving money at work is to eat from home, so to still be charged when you're eating from home doesn't make sense unless you're saving that 10 each time.'
'Backwards mentality.'
'Charging him?! He should kick you out.'
Thankfully, Rae also saw a lot of support on her video, as hundreds of others were all for the smart transaction.
'He's absolutely getting his money's worth.'
'Covers the cost and time it takes you.'
'Let's be real it really isn't that bad. His Mrs is going out of her way to make him stuff…'
'From today onwards, I'll be charging'.
This wife is receiving payment for being a caretaker for her spouse — and other women are putting on sundresses to cook for their families.
19-year-old Savanna Stone is a stay-at-home wife who shares her tradwife life in Florida on Instagram and TikTok.
She's using social media to encourage other women to embrace stepping into their femininity by being a mom and wife.
'I had this moment before I got married and, through a lot of conversations with my husband now to where I realized, you know what, I just want to be a traditional woman. I want to stay at home, be a stay-at-home wife. I want to stay home with my kids one day. I want to rebuild a nuclear family because the left and modern feminism has truly tried to destroy that,' Stone told Fox News Digital in an interview.

Barrington area business community leaders welcome Luna Bee Farms during ribbon cutting
Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce, community members, and local leaders gathered in a July 2 ribbon cutting for Luna Bee Farms, located at 25550 W. Cuba Road in Barrington. Luna Bee Farm is a six-acre destination in Barrington where blooming lavender fields, pollinator-friendly gardens, and beehives create a serene space rooted in sustainability and connection, according to a news release. Founded by Alina and Gardiner Sutton, the farm grew from Alina's lifelong love of gardening, which was first inspired by her great-grandfather's garden in Romania and later nurtured in her own backyard in Chicago, the release said. In 2021, the Suttons moved their family to Barrington to bring this vision to life. 'Luna Bee was built with heart, hard work, and a vision for bringing people together through nature,' Alaina Sutton said. 'We are so grateful for the support of this community and excited to welcome others to experience the peace and beauty that blooms here.' In addition to a beautiful selection of plants, flowers, herbs, and upcycled furniture, Luna Bee hosts a variety of community events and wellness experiences, according to the release. Regular offerings include yoga in the lavender fields, kid-friendly workshops, and creative collaborations with local artisans and businesses. According to the release, signature experiences like Petals to Pour invite guests to craft floral-forward mocktails using fresh garden herbs and botanicals, a refreshing way to connect with nature and creativity at the farm. Yelp is creating its own AI videos about restaurants
Yelp is going to use AI to stitch together user-posted content about restaurants, food, and nightlife businesses to make short videos about those businesses. The company initially started testing the AI-stitched videos last year, but they're now available nationwide on the iOS app's TikTok-like vertically scrolling home feed. Business operators can't currently see the videos that are generated for users, and Yelp users also can't currently opt out of having their photos or videos show up in Yelp's AI-stitched videos. Yelp relies on multiple generative AI tools to create the finished product, as OpenAI LLMs write the text descriptions and narrator's script, put together story topics, and proofread, while ElevenLabs is used to generate the narrator's voice and Amazon Transcribe creates the synchronized on-screen captions. You can get an idea of what they're like in the below video shared by Yelp. The vertical video blends together videos and images with an AI-generated voiceover and AI-generated captions to talk about things like the restaurant's food, cocktails, and ambiance. Yelp wants to make 'as many videos as possible,' Yelp CPO Craig Saldanha tells The Verge, but will only make them if a restaurant has enough reviews, photos, and videos to tell a compelling story. Yelp relies on personalized signals to determine when to actually show the videos to you. The videos themselves are not personalized, even though they are eventually refreshed — there is only one active AI-stitched video about a single business live at a time, according to Saldanha. If a user or a business feels that an AI-stitched video is inaccurate or offensive, Saldanha says they can report it by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the video. Yelp does periodic audits 'at scale' as well. The AI-stitched videos follow other AI-focused features from Yelp, like review summaries and review filters.
