Kim Kardashian 'conflicted' about being 'momager' to daughter North: ‘It's her or me'
The 44-year-old Skims founder opened up about struggling with the added workload in the upcoming season six teaser for her family's reality series, The Kardashians, on Hulu.
'I thought I was busy before,' Kim says. 'North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy. It's just, it was not on my list. It was not on my Bingo card for this year.
'It's a lot of work. It's a lot of energy,' the mom of four tells her mom Kris Jenner and her younger sister Khloé. 'And I'm not ready. If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it's like her or me.'
Already, North has starred on the cover of i-D magazine and Interview magazine, performed in a Los Angeles production of The Lion King as 'Young Simba,' and been featured on FKA Twigs's 'Childlike Things' track.
Later in the preview published by People, the SKKN BY KIM creator says she's been trying to find a happy medium between North's work gigs and her typical day-to-day routine as a tween.
'I'm really conflicted on my daughter's career, so we're going to talk about that soon. I just really want to make sure that everything's really well balanced,' Kim tells the show's producers in a solo interview. 'All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance.'
Between running her multi-million dollar clothing company, her skincare brand, and managing her own jam-packed calendar of social events and public appearances, Kim said she still makes time to take her children — North, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, five — to school.
'That's just in my contracts, like no matter what I do, no matter work, like I have to take my kids to school,' she said in a January interview on World's First Podcast.
'That's just my time with them. It's the morning madness. I love it. It's amazing.'
Kim shares her four kids with her ex-husband Kanye West. The former couple, who tied the knot in 2014, split back in 2022.
Before their divorce was officially finalized, Kim filed a motion to be declared legally single with the court. She was granted her new relationship status in March 2022, eight months before she and West settled their divorce proceedings.
According to court documents obtained by People, West was ordered to pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support and take on half the financial responsibility for their kids' educational, medical, and private security costs.

The picture painted by Puck's report, meanwhile, was markedly different, with sources said to be familiar with the matter telling Matthew Belloni that the show was losing money. Colbert was being paid between $15 million and $20 million a year, with production costs totaling $100 million. Execs reportedly came to the decision during a behind-closed-doors meeting that took place as Colbert was away on his usual summer vacation. Talks about the show's future had been in the works for months, the sources claimed. CBS' parent company Paramount was sold to a company called Skydance for $8 billion earlier this summer after the deal was rubber-stamped by President Trump's Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Paramount's $8billion merger with Skydance was approved shortly thereafter, fueling theories Colbert's cancellation was to help the deal come to pass after months in limbo. CBS News' settlement with Trump - which Colbert called 'a big fat bribe' - stoked such speculation as well, due to the Skydance merger requiring approval from Trump's FCC. Skydance has denied any involvement with the decision, which Paramount and CBS have both said was financially driven. 'There's just not a snowball's chance in hell that that's anywhere near accurate,' Kimmel said of such claims on Monday. 'That's all you need to know.' 'Suddenly he's losing $40 million a year? I will tell you, the first 10 years I did the show, they claimed we weren't making any money - and we had five times as many viewers on ABC as we do now. 'Who knows what's true? All I know is they keep paying us - and that's kind of all you need to know.' Sources last month told CBNBS Kimmel's show remains profitable, partifcularly when non-traditional TV advertising revenue is taken into account. Paramount's new owner, David Ellison, is the 42-year-old son of Larry Ellison, a long-time Republican donor worth roughly $300billion. He is an actor turned producer with no background in news. He is bolstered by his deputy, former NBCU exec Jeff Shell.

Stalking Samantha: 13 Years of Terror Review – One woman's thirteen-year nightmare
Season 1 Episode Guide Episode 1 Episode 2 Episode 3 Nearly a third of women and one-sixth of men will experience stalking at some point in their lives. This means millions of people across the world carry the uncomfortable trauma of being watched, followed and harassed. To make matters worse, only 1.4% of reported case (at least in the UK) end in conviction. Stalking and harassment is a growing and ever-present (for lack of a better word) societal problem. This troubling backdrop forms the crux of Hulu's latest docu-series, Stalking Samantha: 13 Years of Terror. As the title may allude, this documentary centers on a young woman called Samantha, who winds up terrified, harassed and eventually kidnapped by an unhinged guy called Christopher. Initially presenting himself as a socially awkward recluse at school, Christopher went out of his way to stalk and harass Samantha over the years, growing ever-bolder and more uncomfortable as time goes on. All of this eventually leads to the worst possible outcome. For Samantha, she manages to get closure for her story, but for many others that's not the case. The three episodes here document Samantha's harrowing ordeal, with the first giving a background into Samantha and Christopher's past, how they crossed paths and the beginning of the stalking. It starts as a bit of a joke between Samantha and her friends as Christopher persistently messages. Unfortunately, there's nothing funny about his behaviour, as it slowly gets worse. The second episode is where Samantha's kidnapping comes into view, and she goes into shocking detail about how she was grabbed in the middle of the night, bundled in her own car and taken to a secluded bunker. Eventually, this story culminates into the third and final chapter, where we see the mounting evidence against Christopher come to the foreground, as well as a couple of surprise inclusions. One of those includes the surprise of another woman who was stalked and harassed by Christopher, called Kelli. Her inclusion is necessary for this story but it's also oddly edited into the story. She only has a few words to say and she shows up midway through episode 3, almost like an afterthought despite how important she is to the backstory and mindset of Christopher's actions. We also don't really see anything of Christopher's family outside of a few recorded phone calls with his mother. However, this is very much a documentary designed to give Samantha a voice to tell her story, and in that respect, the show succeeds. On that same note though, I can't help but feel the docuseries missed a trick by not expanding out to the widespread problem of stalking in society, how damaging that can be to someone's life, and the ongoing struggles that this legally presents to different courts. Even just some legal understanding over how restraining orders aren't always dished out or how hard it is to prove stalking would have helped give this documentary a bit more weight. Stalking Samantha is nicely paced though and at only 3 episodes, there's enough here to prevent this one from dragging its heels. The story itself features a ton of evidence and a lot of archival footage, blending in with re-enactment scenes blurred and done tastefully so it never feels exploitative. There are also videos from police interviews, CCTVs outside the bunker and police cams from raiding Christopher's house. All of this works well to flesh out more of the story, and the reveals hit that much harder as a result. Ultimately, Stalking Samantha plays out as a cautionary tale, retelling one woman's awful ordeal and how, despite justice being served, she may never heal from the scars Christopher has left.

After the pair split, Kanye went on to marry Bianca, an Australian architect, in 2022. Bianca has become known for her frequent tiny looks, often opting to pose nude on social media and even wearing daring looks publicly, leading to calls for 'public indecency arrest'. Her most recent eyebrow-raising look was her totally sheer Grammys dress, which caused a major stir and resulted in Bianca being splashed across every major news outlet. Concerns have been raised for her welfare, with the internet convinced that her husband, also known as Ye, is dictating what his spouse wears. This isn't the first time that the similarities between Kim and Bianca's wardrobes have been raised.
