Ashley Roberts, 43, flaunts her jaw-dropping figure in an array of skimpy bikinis as she continues to soak up the sun in Turkey

looked nothing short of sensational on Thursday as she flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in an array of skimpy bikinis during her holiday in Turkey. The Pussycat Dolls star, 43, displayed her toned physique in a carousel of stunning pictures that she shared to her Instagram. She looked incredible as she donned a baby pink bikini top, which featured matching briefs, as she soaked up the sun. Ashley teamed the swimwear item with a baby pink headscarf before further accessorising with some stylish sunglasses. In another shot, the beauty wore a stylish white bikini which consisted of a strapless bikini top with a knot in the centre, matching thong bikini bottoms and a very revealing white sarong skirt. The radio presenter completed the look with a trendy pearl necklace, a gold charm necklace and a silver cuff bracelet - which featured a turtle. In a few other images, Ashley showed how she keeps her slender physique so toned as she shared a number of poses of herself taking part in some yoga. As she sat on a mat with a gratitude journal in front of her, the blonde bombshell looked happy and relaxed as she beamed at the camera, cross legged in a pair of navy gym shorts and matching bra. Another picture showed her practicing Urdhva Hastasana - a raised hands pose - as she stared out at the tranquil sea, with the sun setting in the distance. Ashley wowed in a mint green gym set, as she showed off her pert behind and slender legs. She also spent some time on a paddle board during her sun-soaked getaway, making sure to balance as she took to the sea. Never one to shy away from a great outfit, Ashley also shared with her followers what she had been wearing as she relaxed of an evening. As she sat by the sea enjoying a dinner and a glass of bubbles, she posed in a tanned coloured maxi skirt and crop top which featured black around the edge, making the two-piece really pop. She paired the risqué number with some stylish black sandals and left her sea salty hair in natural waves. Featuring a thigh-high split and a plunging neckline, she posed confidently in the slinky gown and accessorised with aa bracelet and reflective sunglasses. She was in good spirits as she posed playfully for the camera, slipping a peace sign and waving her hands in the air. Alongside the images, Ashley posted: 'Lil slice of paradise' followed by a seashell emoji. It comes after Ashley opened up to the Daily Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her . She told The Daily Mail columnist Bryony Gordon how being forced to give up dancing - and discovering breathwork - pulled her back from the brink of a mental breakdown. The performer was only 22 years old when she joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, eventually moving to London from Los Angeles after their split in 2010. Ashley's new book transforms the hard-won lessons from her difficult past into practical techniques for improving mental and physical health. 'My body was literally shutting down', Ashley told the podcast. 'The Dolls were in London doing a show. I was sat in my hotel room and all of a sudden, I had this extreme headache. 'The pain was unreal. I also felt really sick. We were supposed to do a show in Germany the next day, so I called my manager - who told me to go to the hospital. 'The doctors thought I'd had a brain aneurysm. When I went to have an MRI, my knee locked up and that was viral arthritis entering my body. 'My mentality at the time was all about making it to the next show – but that was the moment I remember thinking, "What's going on here? I need to take a second because this isn't cool".' Ashley revealed how the cutthroat music industry had instilled a toxic work ethic that was destroying her health. 'The early 2000s was a whole different era honey', the performer told Bryony. No one ever spoke about mental health or the importance of checking in. 'I am grateful there has been a shift – people cancelling shows now when they need to look after themselves. 'I felt I was weak. It was instilled in us from a young age that we were interchangeable. 'There was a pressure of like, if you don't show up, who knows what might happen? 'I grew up in the dance world and there is still an attitude of – if you break your toe, you need to keep going. Your mind is programmed to think: the show must go on. Podcast All episodes Play on Apple Spotify 'In the end, I had to take some time off. It was a viral infection with extreme side effects – what was probably a manifestation of being so rundown.' Following The Pussycat Dolls' split in 2010, Ashley began building her career in the UK, finishing as runner-up on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2012. After making the move to London permanent, the Heart Radio presenter told Bryony how feeling 'spiritually lost' in her new home led her to discover breath work - her second great love after music. 'After the Dolls, I stopped dancing completely', Ashley said. 'Being in a pop group for so long, I just shut all that down and wanted to go in a different direction.' It was then she found breath work: 'It created this sense of calm that I can't explain. 'I always felt this chaos internally and suddenly, for a few moments, it felt like I wasn't battling it anymore. 'I didn't quite realise how then how great a tool it would be in helping me process life. 'When my dad died, that ability to reflect gave me the motivation to stay strong – and I want to share that.'

Love Is Blind star SLAMMED by fans as it's revealed controversial star had baby on the way during filming

A LOVE Is Blind star has been slammed by fans, after it was revealed that the controversial star had a baby on the way during filming. As the Netflix pods opened for 30 new singletons to try their luck at finding someone to marry, one star has got tongues wagging more than most. 4 4 Patrick Justus, a human design coach, caught fan attention after telling people that he uses his spleen to guide him, when it comes to finding a romantic connection. But now, fans have slammed the reality star on social media, after a TikToker claimed he had a baby on the way while on the show. A creator named Story Time With Rikkii said in the video: 'Patrick had a baby on the way and didn't tell no body about it.' She then shared a photo of Patrick and the baby mum together while covering the woman's face. The TikTok went on: 'She was pregnant with his child when he went on Love Is Blind UK.' The woman who was pregnant with Patrick's child has allegedly spoken out about it too, according to the TikToker, writing: 'When he first tried to blackmail me, then goes on a dating show and then leaves you alone to go to Bali for 2 months spending his money there and then still calls you negative and a bad mom for losing it.' The video went on to claim that Patrick's baby mum wrote: 'Isn't it crazy how one parent gets to carry on with their life, jobs, hobbies, and social life, and the other parent has to ask for a break to take a shower.' Story Time With Rikkii continued to share a photo of the baby, as well as the woman pregnant and said: 'The math is mathing, and that means that he was in them pods with the baby on the way.' Annoyed fans have claimed that he "wasted Aanu's time" as a result. The Sun has contacted Netflix for comment. Love Is Blind UK star leaves viewers 'feeling physically sick' as he details his VERY unique job The star has also been slammed by fans after blaming the edit for his portrayal on the Netflix show. Patrick has taken to his own TikTok to speak about his split from Aanu in the pods. On the show, as he ends things, he says to Aanu that if he was in the room with her he would put his arm around her. But on his TikTok, Patrick has denied ever saying this to Aanu, claiming that he actually said it to someone else. 4 He wrote: 'They cut away from my face to edit in this dumb comment. 'I never said 'if I was there I'd definitely put my arm around you.' 'They took this from another date with a different person and why would I put my arm around someone I did not propose to. 'It even sounds so weird and out of place.' Fans have been left outraged, as one person wrote: 'This is such red flag behaviour. You can't just blame the edit.' A second penned: 'I smell bulls***,' and a third added: 'This is reality TV Patrick, surely you knew what you were getting yourself into.' Speaking in the pods to potential match Yolanda, Patrick said that he follows his spleen "literally to the second", later adding: "Listening to my spleen is the best way to find the love of his life.' While it didn't win over Yolanda or another hopeful, Catherine, the idea intrigued singer Aanu, who sparked a connection with him. But viewers were left baffled by his continued discussion of his spleen in conversation – with some left turned off by the chat, despite finding Patrick charming, saying it made them feel ill. "I loveee Patrick, do you know how nice you have to be for me to ignore the fact you keep mentioning your spleen??" wrote one on X (formerly Twitter). "Please the word 'spleen' is just making me cringe and feel physically sick. How many times are we going to have to hear this nonsense" said a second. "This bloke and his damn SPLEEN, his spleen should have told him to stay home," said a third. While a fourth noted: "The moment that guy talked about following his spleen, I would have been out of there." Despite the spleen talk, Patrick and Aanu did hit it off on the show - at least to begin with. However, the pair hit a wall when Aanu admitted that she puts a lot of weight into what her mum thinks, crediting her for helping her make decisions. The comment was received badly by Patrick, who said that his "spleen was silent" and that their connected had "dipped", with her telling Aanu that she needs to learn to follow her own instincts. From that point on, they struggle to get back on track – and when Aanu decides to open up to him by writing a song for him, he ends things before she can perform it. "I don't want you to give a song to someone who is undeserving of that song," he told her. "I've enjoyed thoroughly talking to you and going through this experience with you, but I have to follow my spleen." 4

Katie Price breaks silence as she issues comeback to ex Peter Andre

Katie Price has issued her own statement following her ex-husband Peter Andre's bombshell claims. The former glamour model, 47, shares her two children, Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, with Peter. They split in 2009 and all contact between them ended as they navigated co-parenting. This week, things heated up between the exes following a series of claims as Princess launched her own ITV2 series. Peter claimed there have been "repeated lies" from Katie and her family and he said he chose to say silent for 16 years. Now, Katie has issued her own response as she took to Instagram where she said: "Saints and Sinners. As we know, in this life we are thought of as Saints and Sinners. "I know I will always be seen as a Sinner. That's fair, I allowed myself to fall into a reliance on drugs and alcohol. At times I was not the mother I should have been while I struggled with mental illness. "I have been at times a poor friend, an awful sibling, and an untrustworthy partner. I've self-medicated, been unfaithful, damaged myself and those that I love." Katie added: "I've had my reasons - I was sexually abused when younger; had relationships that have been coercive; and my mental health issues - but I don't want to make excuses. I've recognised my issues and worked to put them behind me. "Sometimes | tried and failed, sometimes I succeeded. I've pulled myself out of a suicidal spiral because I love my children and want to be there for them. I don't pretend to be perfect by any means - but I'm trying to be the best I can." She continued: "Then there are the "Saints". Some are genuine and some have helped me. But some Saints are not who they would have you believe they are. They have a carefully managed image which must be exhausting to maintain. "Some Saints are fake. They play the victim and to succeed in life they need a at least a Sinner. Without the Sinner they don't get to be the Saint... "As a Sinner - I sometimes get bored of these Saints. But maybe I should feel sorry for them, It must be such hard work having to pretend all the time. Anyway, all you Sinners keep your heads up and keep trying to be better. All you Saints, it's ok not to be perfect." Yesterday, Peter issued his own statement as he raged: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. "In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement." He went on: "I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases found my ex-wife had made false claims. "She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. "Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months."
