St Mary's food and drink revamp includes pizza kiosk named after Gabbiadini
'Gabbiadini's' is just one of the improvements Saints have made to the concourse offerings following Oak View Group's takeover of food and beverage operations.
From Saturday's friendly against Brighton onwards, supporters in the Northam and Itchen North stands will benefit from a completely overhauled concourse experience.
Three of the existing kiosks have been transformed, focusing on completely new food offerings, which are:
Gabbiadini's, named after our Italian goalscoring hero Manolo, will serve up pizza slices
Northam Grill will be serving all-new burgers
SFC serves exactly what it says on the tin, Saints Fried Chicken

Supporters will now purchase items from digital order screens that have been installed next to each of these concessions before going to the kiosks to collect their orders.
The option is now available to pre-order for half time too, in just one transaction, and drinks will be served at new bars, The Marching Inn and Off The Bar.
These bars will also be where you'll go to get your usual matchday favourites, including pies, sausage rolls, hot dogs, crisps, and chocolate, with digital order screens installed too.
New options for this season include chicken nuggets and garlic and cheese dough balls, while fries are also returning for the new campaign.
Dancing Man Brewery are back for the new season and will continue to serve up their local offerings in the Northam and Kingsland concourses.
In addition, 10 new automated self-service Boxbars serving a range of alcoholic drinks have also been installed.
Named Saints on Tap, they're in both the Northam and Itchen North concourses to speed up wait times for those just looking for a pre-match or half-time pint.
Meal deal combos will be available across these areas of the stadium, starting from £12 for a pizza, chips, and a soft drink.
The club say they will review the performance of these changes throughout the season, with a view to rolling them out to more areas of the stadium in the future.
Southampton's chief revenue officer, Greg Baker, said: 'Our collaborative partnership with OVG has enabled us to elevate the quality of service and broaden the variety of food and beverage offerings across St Mary's.
"These concourse improvements in the Northam and Itchen North show our commitment as a club to enhancing the matchday experience for our supporters.'

Oval downpour leaves England-India series on knife edge
Harry Brook and Joe Root both hit hundreds before a late flurry of wickets and an Oval downpour left England's series finale against India on a knife edge with one day to go. England, seeking to wrap up a 3-1 win, were 339-6 when play was abandoned late on Sunday's fourth day of the fifth and final Test, needing a further 35 runs to reach a target of 374. India, who had appeared down and out at one stage, require four wickets to end the thrilling series level at 2-2. England were faltering at 106-3 following the loss of stand-in captain Ollie Pope but the Yorkshire pair of Brook (111) and Root (105) turned the tide with a fourth-wicket stand of 195. However, Brook's exit sparked a mini-collapse, with the home side losing three wickets for 36 runs, with Root also dismissed. And when bad light halted play England were wobbling, with Jamie Smith two not out and Jamie Overton yet to get off the mark. A huge downpour then effectively prevented any hope of a resumption. "It was always going to happen like this, wasn't it?," said Root of the "amazing spectacle" in prospect on Monday. "If you look at the first four games, it's just been that kind of series. It's been amazing to play in and quite fitting, almost, that we're going to get that kind of finish tomorrow." England have been without Chris Woakes for most of the match after the paceman suffered a shoulder injury diving in the field on the first day but Root confirmed he would bat if required. Sunday's stoppage halted India's momentum but the tourists' bowling coach, Morne Morkel, said the decision was out of their control. "Again, tomorrow, we can just focus on doing a good warm-up and get the boys ready to hopefully get the ball in the right area and create a little bit of excitement again," he said. India captain Shubman Gill let the game drift and it was not until the 43rd over, with England 190-3, that he introduced spin in the form of Washington Sundar. But neither off-spinner Sundar nor left-armer Ravindra Jadeja made much impact against two well-set batsmen, who took just 108 balls to complete a century partnership. Brook completed a 91-ball century, including 12 fours and two sixes, his second of the series but his innings ended in appropriately spectacular fashion. Going for another big hit off Deep, Brook's bat flew out of his hands. As the blade soared towards square leg, the ball looped to mid-off where Siraj held the catch. Former England captain Root completed his 39th Test century following the interval, reaching the landmark in 137 balls. Ruben Amorim makes exciting claim about Man United's transfer plans
Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has dropped an extremely positive message regarding the club's transfer ambitions. United's summer transfer window so far Heading into the ongoing summer transfer window, bolstering the attacking department was United's top priority, following a goal-shy 2024/25 season. United have partially achieved this through the acquisitions of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brentford respectively. At the moment, United's focus appears to be on securing the services of a top-class striker, with RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko believed to be the leading name on their list. But, Amorim also recently expressed a desire to sign a goalkeeper amidst uncertainty over the long-term suitability of Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir. Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano also relayed that United are likely to recruit a midfielder. United's financial troubles have been well-documented and the sentiment has consistenly been that the club needs to sell before they can dip into the market but Amorim has insisted that money to spend on players is available. Amorim on United's transfer activity The Portuguese coach told The Telegraph, 'I think if we were in a different moment, I would be more concerned about that [rival clubs spending more than United].' 'I'm really happy with the players that we bring in. They proved themselves in the Premier League, so I'm not concerned about the physical aspect. All the players that we want to bring to Manchester, any coach would want them.' 'I can guarantee you, if you bring any manager here, they will say: 'Bryan, thank you. Matheus Cunha, thank you.' And then you have the potential of these kids that are really important for us.' Many may feel that United are smiles away from challenging for football's most prestigious trophies like the Premier League and Champions League. However, Amorim does not share this opinion. He noted, 'I have no doubts because there are some things that you cannot buy and this club has that – the pedigree, the history, the fans.' 'We have that. I think that is clear. Then the money. We have money. We have money without the Champions League. So we can. We'll have money and more money in the future. And we are doing everything.' 'You talk with Omar and all these guys, they are making all the strategy to have more money in the future. So that will not be a problem. And then I think it's clearly the culture. If we have a different culture, with all the pedigree, the money, all these things, we can return to our place. And that is clear.'
