League of Legends patch 25.13 notes: Fiddlesticks, Vi, Ryze, and more get power changes ahead of MSI 2025

Time of India17-06-2025
The League of Legends patch 25.13 is almost here, and with it comes a set of changes aimed at keeping the game balanced for both solo queue and pro play. The developer of the title, Riot Games, has only made a few adjustments this time, which makes sense since the current meta is already stable. These changes will be applied before the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2025 begins.
Game designer Matt Leung-Harrison, known as RiotPhroxzon, revealed the patch preview on X (formerly Twitter) on June 17, 2025. He shared the full list of champions getting buffs and nerfs in patch 25.13.
Patch 25.13 Preview! This is the MSI patch! Pretty short list, we're mostly happy with where the meta is at, given that a bunch of champions are pretty ceilinged on SoloQ power and we're seeing a pretty good amount of diversity. Mundo- Mundo has picked up a ton of… pic.twitter.com/fbDfqbFpXV
Champion buffs in League of Legends patch 25.13
Only a handful of champions are getting buffed in this patch. Each one is being looked at for different reasons—some to make them more viable in pro play, others to bring them back into solo queue rotations.
Fiddlesticks – Expected to get more power in jungle clear or teamfights
Gangplank – Buffed to help him deal better with current top lane threats like Jax
Irelia – Possibly smoother scaling or stronger all-ins
Kindred – More help in jungle matchups or early pressure
Nidalee – She's currently underperforming, so jungle buffs are coming
Rammus – Likely receiving better durability or utility boosts
Champion nerfs in League of Legends Patch 25.13
A few champions are performing too well, either in pro games or high-elo solo queue, and will be toned down in this patch.
Ryze – He's been very strong, especially after others around him were nerfed
Twisted Fate – Has become too powerful with recent item builds like Luden's and Rocketbelt
Vi – Strong ganks and reliability have made her too consistent
Yorick – Likely nerfed due to solo lane dominance
RiotPhroxzon commented on Ryze, saying, "Ryze is looking a bit too unassailable on current tuning, especially after we nerfed a lot of his competition in 25.12. We're not looking for a major nerf here, just a small tap down."
What to expect at MSI 2025?
Since patch 25.13 will be used during MSI 2025, the goal is to make sure no champion completely dominates. That's why we're seeing light touches rather than a full meta shake-up. Twisted Fate is one example. After his patch 25.12 buffs, he's been dominating the solo queue with burst-heavy items. These nerfs should bring him back in line.
Expect more details soon when the full patch notes drop. For now, these are the early updates for LoL patch 25.13.

Sushmita Sen recalls working with Donald Trump during Miss Universe days: ‘Didn't make it easy or fun'

Sushmita Sen not only won the prestigious Miss Universe beauty pageant, but also worked with Donald Trump back then. In a candid conversation with Mid-Day while promoting her television series Aarya, the Bollywood actor recalled the story of working with the current US President during her days as a franchise holder of Miss India Universe from 2010-12. Talking about an offer that arrived when she was still working at Renee Jewellers and handling multiple endorsements, the Main Hoon Na actor said: 'The Miss Universe Organisation called me, and said, 'Would you like to take the franchise?' I was like, 'What? Really? That was like a dream!' I signed a pretty intense contract when I took on this franchise, and that was owned by Donald Trump — which didn't make it easy or fun.' Declining that he was her boss at that time, Sen said: 'Luckily, the only people who were my boss at that time were Paramount Communications and Madison Square Garden, because they owned Miss Universe when I was an employee of Miss Universe for a year. I was a franchise owner for Donald Trump.' She shared that she met him because their franchise was associated with him. However, she dismissed any further probing into the matter, saying, 'The point is that it doesn't matter', declaring sharply her negative opinion of the public figure. While admitting that she met Trump on a few occasions, she refused to speak about him in any greater detail. 'There are some people who leave an impression, not necessarily because of their achievements or power. Just for the people that they are. He is not one of them,' she added. Conflicts among coworkers or bosses can have a negative impact on employee performance, morale, and well-being at the workplace, as well as the success and culture of the company as a whole. Such negative behaviour must be identified and addressed in order to create a happier, healthier workplace where employees can flourish and do their best. Neha Bahri, CHRO, Bconnect Communications, told that navigating toxicity in your workplace can be challenging, but it is essential for you to maintain professionalism and take care of your well-being. Here are some ways she recommends doing that: Set limits: To safeguard your personal space, time, and energy, set clear limits with the toxic coworker. Set firm but polite boundaries for yourself and avoid getting caught up in their drama and bad behavior. Focus on your work: Redirect your attention and energies toward your work activities and objectives. The negative effects of your toxic colleague's behaviour on your output and morale might be reduced by focusing on your own obligations and priorities. Maintain Professionalism: Always strive to act professionally, regardless of how your toxic coworker behaves. Stay away from conflicts and rumours, and concentrate on doing your best to complete your work obligations. Look for Support: Ask mentors, supervisors, or other helpful coworkers for direction and advice on how to handle the toxic coworker. Talking about your experiences with someone you can trust can help you find perspective, coping mechanisms, and validation. Self-help: Aside from work, look after your physical and mental health by taking part in activities that help you decompress, unwind, and take care of yourself. Despite the difficulties at work, hobbies, physical activity, and quality time with loved ones can help you decompress and keep a positive outlook.

Dharandhar First look: Ranveer Singh has unleashed his wrath in the first look from his upcoming film, directed by Aditya Dhar. Along with the promo, Dhurandhar's release date was also announced. While Ranveer has experimented with diverse roles throughout his career, this film seems different from anything he has done so far. Ranveer Singh looks menacing in the first look from Dhurandhar. The actor, in long hair and a smoke in his mouth, kills and beats in style, like it's no task. With upbeat music in the backdrop, the film offers a glimpse into the violence and gore in store. Apart from Ranveer, makers have also dropped first looks of the film's other leading cast, comprising Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna. Arjun Rampal, who is one of the key characters in the film, looked intriguing in a never-seen-before rugged avatar, sporting a golden tooth, vintage metallic shades, dense grey beard and classic raw expressions. The film's leading leady, Tamil actor Sara Arjun, was also introduced. The 2-minute 40-second first look is a raw and relentless visual onslaught, blending mystery, grit, and high-octane action. This powerful composition is created by Shashwat, featuring vocals by Jasmine Sandlas and a special collaboration with Hanumankind. Hanumankind, the acclaimed new-age artist known for his distinctive, genre-blending style, brings an unexpected edge to the track. 'An Inferno will rise Uncover the true story of The Unknown Men," read the caption on his post. The release of Dhurandhar was also unveiled – December 5, 2025. Don 3: News18 Showsha was the first one to report that Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have roped in Ranveer Singh to play the titular character in Don 3. The baton was passed on to the Ram-Leela and Padmaavat actor from superstar Shah Rukh Khan and while many felt that the former won't be able to do justice to the part, others were excited to see Ranveer in this brand new role. Having said that, an announcement video featuring Ranveer was unveiled in 2023, which created a lot of ripples. The film, which was supposed to go on floors last year, went on to face multiple delays due to a variety of reasons. One of them being Farhan kick-starting the shoot of 120 Bahadur. Keeping up with his commitment to the makers of the film, he wanted to wrap it up before taking Don 3 to the floors.
