Cach said that former Las Vegas waitress Toni is being mobbed everywhere she goes and is struggling with the attention from young fans, after viewers were gripped by her rocky love story in the ITV2 villa.
Cach said he has been keeping a close eye on her every day.
However, one comment has sparked that Toni could be heading back to America soon, leaving question marks over their blossoming relationship.
Asked how things are outside of the villa, Cach said: "It's going well, I feel like feelings are strong as they were in the villa.
"I've been spending every day with her since obviously she's here by herself, so making sure she's OK and stuff.
"But she's struggling a bit with the attention aspect.
"Because before she worked a normal job, and had no followig, she's never had this amount of attention in her life.
"I've let her know that we've just come off one of the biggest shows in the UK and everybody in the UK watches it."
Cach added: "Once she goes back to America I don't think it will be that bad ... it will be more like she can breath.
"Like we went shopping the other day and she gets swarmed by the little girls like people calling her 'icon'.
Cach and Toni WIN Love Island and bag £50k as raunchiest ever series ends
"She loves it as well but when she comes away from it she deeps it and gets overwhelmed, like not being able to do shopping.
"She'll get used to it and I feel like it won't be this tense for too long."
Best pals Shakira and Toni battled it out to win Love Island with their partners Harry and Cach.
Toni was the show's first American bombshell and fans loved her rollercoaster journey on the show.
Just a few weeks before the final, Toni split from Cach to rekindle with her old flame Harrison - not knowing he had been intimate with Casa Amor's Lauren.
After just one day, he U-turned yet again - and ended up leaving the villa when Lauren was voted out.
Despite Cach breaking down in tears over the embarrassment of his public split from Toni, he forgave her.
They started up their relationship once again and on their final night in the villa said "I love you".

Kristian Nairn's health battles as he quits Strictly from back condition to 'nearly dying'
Game of Thrones actor Kristian Nairn admitted that taking part in Strictly Come Dancing would have been a "huge challenge physically" just days before he quit the hit BBC show Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn has pulled out of this year's Strictly Come Dancing"due to unexpected medical reasons". The 49-year-old says he was 'truly looking forward' to taking part in the competition. The actor, best known for his role as Hodor, now says he hopes to be 'back on his feet very soon'. He had previously said taking part in the show would be a 'huge challenge for me physically'. It comes after the star has been open with a number of health issues he has faced over the years. Kristian claimed that his six seasons on Game of Thrones left him with a back problem. Hodor would often be seen on screen carrying disabled Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) around on his back. He says he was left with a pelvic tilt that required six months of physiotherapy to rectify. Speaking on the Inside of You podcast with Michael Rosenbaum, Kristian explained: 'I do have a back problem, but that came from working on 'Game Of Thrones. All that carrying…' He explained that Isaac grew too big to carry as the series progressed. By season six he says they decided to replace his co-star with 'a small lady named Samantha'. Kristian was eventually replaced by a body-double - a 7ft-tall wrestler named Brian. When asked if had considered taking legal action against HBO, he replied: 'It's not something I want to go down, the show's done so much for me. "That's such an American point of view! We don't sue people back home for that." Before finding fame on Game of Thrones, Kristian worked as a house music DJ and admits he was addicted to cocaine. He admits he once 'hoofed half a kilo' up his nose in one night. Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph, he said: 'Until the age of 28 I've never taken drugs. I've never even smoked a spliff, never had the inclination. But cocaine is different. I love cocaine. Whether or not I like it is a different question: it gives me mad heart palpitations and white-knuckle anxiety.' He admits his drug taking meant he 'nearly died' after moving from cocaine to ketamine. He says he stumbled onto the drug 'by accident' after taking a 'white powder' at a party. He added: 'I did the thing that most cokeheads do at some point. I moved on to ketamine. It wasn't intentional — purely accidental, in fact. I was searching through the house for something — anything — to snort when I found a bag of white powder. As cocaine and ketamine look identical, I worked my way through it and very nearly died.' Kristian revealed he 'lay in bed' with his heart racing and 'gasping for breath'. When he finally came around hours later he says he found three handwritten letters apologising and saying it would have been an accident if he died. Kristian was announced as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing on Friday, August 15. However BBC bosses will now announce his replacement on The One Show at 7pm this evening. Announcing his exit from the show, he said: 'With a heavy heart, I have to step back from this season of Strictly Come Dancing due to unexpected medical reasons. 'I was truly looking forward to the journey, and I'm deeply sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing me on the dance floor. Thank you all for your support, and I will be back on my feet very soon, in every sense. Love to all, Kristian."

Ruth Langsford shares heartbreak over son Jack as she admits 'I feel a great sadness'
Ruth Langsford shares heartbreak over son Jack as she admits 'I feel a great sadness' Loose Women star Ruth Langsford has opened up on struggling with 'a great sadness', as her and Eamonn Holmes' son Jack missed out on a significant family relationship Ruth Langsford shares Jack with her estranged husband Eamonn Holmes (Image: Instagram/ruthlangsford) Ruth Langsford, 65, has admitted she "used to get really jealous" watching the connection between grandfathers and their grandchildren whilst her son Jack was growing up. The former This Morning host, who has Jack, 23, with her estranged husband Eamonn Holmes, 65, described how her son never had the opportunity to bond with her cherished father, Dennis, before he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Speaking exclusively about her partnership with Amazon and UK charity Dementia Carers Count, Ruth revealed her anguish over Jack losing out on precious moments with her late father, who could have passed on countless life lessons before his health battles began. Loose Women star Ruth, whose 94-year-old mother Joan is also fighting Alzheimer's, said: "I feel a great sadness, really, not so much about my mum, because my mum didn't have Alzheimer's [for all of Jack's life], but Jack never knew my dad without Alzheimer's, because I didn't have Jack until I was in my 40s. "My dad was just, like, the best man, and he would have taken Jack fishing, and gone sailing with him, and showed him woodwork and all those things that he loved to do." Ruth Langsford and her mum Joan (Image: Instagram) "And yeah, Jack never really met him like that, he had Alzheimer's from the moment Jack knew him, really. And it was tricky sometimes when my dad was around, because I was very conscious of, is dad alright? "And he couldn't quite grasp that a two-year-old makes noise, you know, drops their toys and stuff, and he couldn't cope very well with noise. So it's quite tricky, but it was more of a sadness." Ruth was struck by the emotional reality once more when she brought Jack to her father's funeral reception, where he failed to recognise his own grandfather's image on the memorial photo displays created to honour Dennis' life. She remembered: "Actually, when my dad died, at his wake, my sister and I had done all these big photo boards of photographs of my dad from when he was a baby, right through his life, and when he was in the army, he was in the motorbike team. Ruth and Eamonn's son Jack missed out on bonding with his grandfather before his Alzheimer's battle (Image: Getty Images) "And I've got these amazing pictures of my dad on a motorbike coming over the top of the hill, and Jack said to me, 'who's that?' And I went, 'that's grandad!' So he'd never seen that side of my dad. "Sometimes, you know, I'd be in the park or something, and I'd see grandads with grandchildren and I used to get really jealous and sad for Jack. I mean, he knew my dad, but not in the way that I would have liked him to. "But that is life, it deals you these hands sometimes and you just deal with them, don't you? I would take him to see my dad during his Alzheimer's, when he was in a care home, and Jack just dealt with it, you know." Ruth's mother is also residing in a care facility following her Alzheimer's diagnosis, with the celebrity confessing that her health concerns are "always in the back of my mind", though the broadcaster has found the support offered by her Amazon Alexa helpful, allowing her to schedule reminders for her mum's medical and dental appointments.
