Cosmopolitan2 days ago

The final film in the Culpable series, Culpa Nuestra (Our Fault) is on the way, and Cosmopolitan UK can reveal a first look at the Amazon Prime Video film.
The exclusive images show Noah (Nicole Wallace) and Nick (Gabriel Guevara) reunited for the first time since their devastating breakup, as they attend the wedding of Jenna and Lion.
In one pic, Nick looks tense as he tries to enjoy the big day, while surrounded by the newlyweds' family and friends.
In another image, Noah and Nick stand side-by-side as they watch their friends kiss for the first time as a married couple. Noah has a tear in her eye, while Nick looks on in amazement.
In another photo, on a separate occasion, we see Noah smiling as she chats with newbie Fran Morcillo, who joins the film as Simon for the third instalment. Does Noah have a new love interest?
And in a fourth image, Nick appears to be arm-in-arm with Sofia, played by Gabriela Andrada, while on a night out.
We need answers!
The third and final film will see Wallace and Guevara bring the loveable characters to life one last time, as they close the unforgettable saga.
The official synopsis reads: "Jenna and Lion's wedding sets the stage for the long-awaited reunion between Noah and Nick, some time after their breakup. Nick's inability to forgive Noah creates an seemingly insurmountable barrier between them.
"He, now heir to his grandfather's business empire, and she, just starting her career, resist reigniting a flame that still smolders within them. But now that their paths have crossed again, will love prove stronger than resentment?"
The complete returning cast includes: Marta Hazas (Días mejores, Pequeñas coincidencias), Iván Sánchez (Bosé, Hospital Central), Victor Varona (Cielo Grande, Dani Who?), Eva Ruiz, Goya Toledo(Amores perros, Veneno), Gabriela Andrada (Los protegidos ADN, Los herederos de la tierra), Álex Béjar (Élite, Al fondo hay sitio), Javier Morgade (Desaparecidos, Delfines de plata), Felipe Londoño (Entrevías, Perfil falso).

Vision: Schitt's Creek Star Joins MCU Show, Character Has Connection to Iron Man

The upcoming MCU show has added a new cast member. Emily Hampshire is best known for playing Stevie Budd in Schitt's Creek, the CBC Television series that aired from 2015 to 2020 and also stars Dan Levy, Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, and Annie Murphy. She also has a leading role in Amazon Prime Video's The Rig, which has so far run for two seasons. Now, Hampshire is officially joining the MCU as she'll star opposite Paul Bettany in the forthcoming Vision show, which serves as a spin-off to Marvel's WandaVision. Per Deadline, Hampshire is believed to be playing 'the sophisticated artificial intelligence E.D.I.T.H. (Even Dead, I'm The Hero), Tony Stark's augmented reality security and defense system. In the MCU, E.D.I.T.H. was originally created by Stark and bequeathed to Peter Parker following Stark's death. It provides access to Stark Industries' global satellite network along with an arsenal of missiles and drones.' The E.D.I.T.H. character was originally voiced by Dawn Michelle King in Marvel Studios' Spider-Man: Far From Home. During that movie, Peter briefly let Quentin Beck/Mysterio access E.D.I.T.H. before reclaiming the technology for himself; however, it was then confiscated by the United States Department of Damage Control. Whether or not Hampshire will physically appear in the show or is just voicing the character remains unclear at this time. In addition to Bettany and Hampshire, the cast of the Vision MCU show includes James Spader as Ultron, T'Nia Miller as Jocasta, Faran Tahir as Raza, Todd Stashwick, and Ruaridh Mollica. Plot details for the Marvel Television show remain under wraps at this time, though it will presumably follow the White Vision character who emerged at the end of WandaVision. A premiere date has not yet been set.

AMC Networks partners with AI startup Runway

AMC Networks, known for series such as 'Breaking Bad' and 'The Walking Dead,' is partnering with AI startup Runway to use AI tools for marketing and developing its TV shows. Runway's AI technology will help AMC Networks ease access to standout scenes for promotional use. The tech will also be used to speed up 'pre-visualization' during development, which is when studios use images to plan scenes before filming takes place. Runway also said AMC Networks is exploring AI to be used for honing special effects ideas. 'As we explore the transformative potential of AI across our business, we see powerful opportunities to enhance both how we market and how we create,' said Stephanie Mitchko, the executive vice president of global media operations and technology at AMC Networks, in a statement. 'Our objective is always to use every tool at our disposal to help our creative partners fully realize the stories they want to tell,' Mitchko said. Entertainment companies have been exploring how to use AI in their processes, which supporters say can help reduce costs and allow creatives to test bold ideas without as many financial constraints. Last year, Runway announced a partnership with Lionsgate, in which Runway will create a new AI model for the studio to help with behind-the-scenes processes such as storyboarding. The company's technology has also been used in series like 'House of David' on Amazon Prime Video, according to Variety. 'We're building the foundations for a new era of media — the way content gets made and green-lit is changing rapidly, and that's impacting everything from production timelines and methodologies to distribution models and marketing tactics,' said Cristóbal Valenzuela, co-founder and CEO of Runway in a statement. AI remains a controversial topic in Hollywood. Some creatives and unionized workers have expressed concerns about how AI could reduce jobs. Writers have complained that AI models are being trained on their scripts without their permission or adequate compensation. Tech industry executives have said that they should be able to train AI models with content available online under the 'fair use' doctrine, which allows for the limited reproduction of material without permission from the copyright holder. AI filmmaking technology is advancing rapidly, such as with Google's introduction of its Veo 3 text-to-video tool and its Flow editing software. But experts say that artificial intelligence companies need to license content from professional studios in order to take the tools to the next level.
