Radiohead appear to confirm first tour in years after ticket donation sparks rumors
Rumors of the first Radiohead tour in seven years are heating up after it was revealed several tickets to a 'Radiohead concert of your choice' were recently donated to a charity auction by the band's management. The acclaimed British rock band last toured in 2018, and last released new music with their ninth album A Moon Shaped Pool in 2016. Resident Advisor reports that four Radiohead tickets to an upcoming tour were donated to a Los Angeles fire relief auction run by Palisades High School, apparently by the band's management. The auction listing noted that the highest bidder can select their preferred city and date 'based on the band's tour schedule.' The publication went on to claim that a source close to the group has confirmed the band have placed holds at venues in a number of European cities for a run of residency gigs this autumn. Earlier this week, Pitchfork reported that the band's five members — singer Thom Yorke, guitarist Jonny Greenwood, bassist Colin Greenwood, guitarist Ed O'Brien and drummer Philip Selway — have recently formed a new business as a limited liability partnership, RHEUK25 LLP. Similar business partnerships have been formed by the band in the past, as they operate outside of the record label system. In 2016, they formed Dawn Chorus LLP shortly before announcing the release of A Moon Shaped Pool. In the time since the band last toured, many of the members have been busy with solo projects. In October last year, Yorke walked offstage after being heckled by a pro-Palestine protester during a solo show in Melbourne. Footage filmed by a member of the audience showed a man in the crowd yelling at Yorke about the ' Israeli genocide of Gaza ' and the death toll, half of whom he said, 'were children'. Yorke could be seen standing and listening before he told the heckler to 'hop up on stage' to make his remarks. Yorke and his Radiohead bandmates have come under scrutiny in the past over their decision to continue performing in Israel. Last September, Colin Greenwood revealed that Radiohead had recently reunited in the studio to rehearse some of their old songs. During an appearance at the Hay Festival Querétaro in Mexico via video call, the bassist said: 'We did some rehearsals about two months ago in London, just to play the old songs. And it was really fun, had a really good time.'

Radiohead Ignite New Release Speculation After Forming Fresh Legal Entity
A new release from Radiohead could be on the way, if a historical trend of new legal entities is to be believed. According to the British Government's Companies House agency, the five members of Radiohead established a new limited liability partnership under the name RHEUK25 LLP on Monday (March 10). An LLP is a legal business entity which allows the band to exist and conduct their own dealings outside of the typical framework of a record label. In 2007, the group prefaced the release of In Rainbows with the creation of Xurbia Xendless Ltd., which was followed by Ticker Tape Ltd. ahead of The King Of Limbs' arrival in 2011, while 2016's A Moon Shaped Pool was rumored after the discovery of the Dawn Chorus LLP. It's not just restricted to Radiohead's movements as a whole, with frontman Thom Yorke having been a part of Unsustainabubble Ltd. in 2010 before Atoms for Peace released their solo album in 2013, with the partnership also being used for his later solo releases. In 2021, Self Help Tapes LLP was incorporated before the release of The Smile's debut album, and has since been used for their subsequent releases. The most recent partnership to be created with all five members of Radiohead was Spin With a Grin Ltd., which arrived ahead of their 2021 reissue of Kid A and Amnesiac, dubbed Kid A Mnesia. It should be noted though, the nascent establishment of RHEUK25 LLP also coincides with the anniversary of Radiohead's second album, The Bends, which was released 30 years ago on Thursday (March 13). Currently, it's unknown whether the new LLP could be related to new music or a potential reissue. Radiohead haven't released a new studio album since 2016's A Moon Shaped Pool, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 at the time. Band members have remained active since, with Yorke and guitarist Jonny Greenwood teaming with Tom Skinner to craft The Smile. On Tuesday (March 11), Yorke also announced a collaborative album with Mark Pritchard, with Tall Tales slated to arrive on May 9. Speaking to Australian radio station Double J ahead of his Australian tour last year, Yorke noted his ignorance of online speculation regarding the band's future. 'I am not aware of it and don't really give a flying f–k,' Yorke said. 'No offence to anyone and err, thanks for caring. But I think we've earned the right to do what makes sense to us without having to explain ourselves or be answerable to anyone else's historical idea of what we should be doing.' William Sitwell reviews Starling, Esher: ‘A spick and span menu that's a pleasure to navigate'
There are, in my experience, three types of starling. The first is the Turned out his name was Christopher Starling and when he wasn't tweeting he wrote, endlessly and left-handed, his wrist arching awkwardly over the page as the words came out feverishly, almost machine-like, buzzing and whirring across the paper. He's now called Boris and is a prolific author. Then there's a restaurant in Esher, a new and rather wonderful Starling. This one has popped up at the end of Esher high street. The traffic swells and surges down the main thoroughfare of the drab It's a clever location, close to At the helm is Nick Beardshaw, who was the chef and restaurateur at Great British Menu in 2023. Indeed his menu features a couple of 'as seen on TV' dishes. Among the starters is 'A Moon Shaped Pool', and 'Balloon Girl' is one of three desserts. These clunky names typify the plates served on the programme, needing a heavy tome of explanation and looking inedible, so I ducked them as I do the TV when I hear that plodding, swamp-like music. Otherwise the menu is spick and span and a pleasure to navigate. Its spirit matches the decor, a nicely conventional layout of open kitchen, with a bar offering two seats for walk-ins, and some 40 covers with sensible padded chairs, a sweeping, dark blue banquette and, along one wall, a long, panelled mural of birds above the clouds. Starlings, I suppose, mid-migrate. 'It looks like a photographer's studio.' My starter of pig's head was crisp and delicious but nothing to his quite glorious, rich and tasty pressed game. I decree that all terrines be like this – a celebration of rich, seasonal game and not one bit like dog food, which they so often are. Mains were equally fab: on-point cooked pork and quite the most perfect piece of cod. Puds were a conventional and excellent crème brûlée, and chocolate ice cream covered in hazelnuts and tempered with a drizzle of olive oil. For a fine bite and great service in Surrey, Starling is your nicely feathered nest.
