U.S. Envoy Steve Witkoff Makes Unannounced Visit to Israel for Talks on Hostage Recovery, Gaza Aid
Ahmed Emam Steve Witkoff, a senior figure in the U.S. administration, has made an unannounced visit to Israel to discuss alternative plans for the recovery of hostages held by Hamas and to explore expanded humanitarian aid routes to Gaza, according to Alqahera News. The visit, which was not disclosed in advance, comes at a critical time in U.S.-Israeli relations, particularly in the context of stalled ceasefire negotiations and the ongoing hostage crisis. Gaber noted that Witkoff is expected to meet with several senior Israeli officials, possibly including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to discuss backup strategies recently referenced by President Donald Trump following the failure of recent proposals to Hamas. The trip, Gaber explained, comprises two key parts. The first phase in Israel focuses on coordinating humanitarian assistance to Gaza via the 'Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,' an initiative supported by the U.S. The second phase may involve a direct visit by Witkoff to Gaza, where he is expected to inspect aid distribution centers and evaluate relief operations on the ground — part of Trump's efforts to obtain a firsthand understanding of the humanitarian situation in the Strip. The U.S. State Department, through spokesperson Tammy Bruce, announced Tuesday that President Trump intends to significantly increase humanitarian aid to Gaza. Full details of the plan are expected following Witkoff's assessment and subsequent report. It's worth mentioning that Witkoff's agenda includes a planned meeting with Netanyahu and a possible visit to Gaza during the current trip. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

Hamas Submits Response to Egyptian, Qatari Mediators on Latest Ceasefire Proposals
Ahmed Emam The Palestinian group Hamas has officially submitted its response to the latest ceasefire and hostage deal proposals to Egyptian and Qatari mediators, according to Alqahera News . The response reportedly outlines Hamas's position on two critical issues: the redeployment of Israeli forces within the Gaza Strip and the number of Palestinian prisoners the group demands be released as part of any agreement. The development comes as international pressure mounts to reach a ceasefire deal and bring an end to the months-long conflict in Gaza. The details of the proposals and Hamas's full response have not yet been made public. Egypt and Qatar have been playing key roles in mediating indirect talks between Hamas and Israel, with the support of the United States and other international actors. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results News "Tensions Escalate: Iran Probes Allegations of Indian Tech Collaboration with Israeli Intelligence" News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks

Ben Gvir Calls for Full Occupation of Gaza Strip
Ahmed Emam As Israeli bombardment intensified across the Gaza Strip, far-right Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir issued provocative remarks on Wednesday, calling on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to halt all negotiations and give orders for the complete military occupation of Gaza Strip. Ben Gvir also urged the Israeli government to promote Jewish settlement and encourage the migration of Palestinians out of the TERRITORY. His remarks drew condemnation from Palestinian officials and rights groups, who denounced them as part of a broader agenda of ethnic cleansing. Meanwhile, in southern Gaza, intense artillery shelling and heavy machine gun fire targeted the Asdaa area in northern Khan Younis, where thousands of displaced Palestinians have taken shelter. According to Alqahera News correspondent Basheer Jabr, the area has been completely encircled by Israeli forces, with dozens of civilians reported injured. Ambulance crews were unable to reach the wounded due to the ferocity of the attack. Jabr also reported that Palestinian resistance fighters ambushed an Israeli vehicle carrying undercover forces (mistaravim) north of Khan Younis, using an anti-tank missile. The strike resulted in casualties among the Israeli unit and was followed by intense retaliatory fire on the northern outskirts of the city. Further Israeli air raids were reported across the strip, including a strike on an UNRWA school in Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. The attack caused significant destruction to the school complex and left multiple refugees injured. In addition to the mounting violence, the humanitarian situation in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels. Jabr noted that the territory is experiencing a full-blown famine, exacerbated by a total blockade on food, medical supplies, and fuel. He reported that 68 children have died from hunger and malnutrition, including two infants in Gaza City on the same day. Efforts by civilians to access aid distributed through U.S.-designated points inside Israeli-controlled areas have often turned deadly, as "Israeli forces reportedly fire on Palestinians approaching these sites". read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle News "Tensions Escalate: Iran Probes Allegations of Indian Tech Collaboration with Israeli Intelligence" News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Arts & Culture Hawass Foundation Launches 1st Course to Teach Ancient Egyptian Language Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
