You know Dianna Agron from a few things — especially Glee. Got it? OK, now watch this video of Dianna for Vanity Fair as she got ready for a Miu Miu-sponsored lunch at the Cannes Film Festival. Again, focus on the voice. Notice Throughout the clip, Dianna's accent It sounds a little French, even — which makes sense, on a level, because she is at Cannes, and is (very performatively) speaking French at several points. But even when she speaks English in the video, she sounds...a little European. The whole thing is, to say the least, highly confusing. And the commenters agree: Several people compared the situation to Hilaria Baldwin's very similar faux-accent trickiness: But, hey — as one person pointed out, it could be a lot worse! Will Dianna comment on the hubbub? Will she use her actual voice if she does? Time will tell!

Fans aren't gleeful over Dianna Agron's latest interview. The actress, 39, who rose to fame playing Quinn Fabray on the hit television show 'Glee' from 2009 to 2015, recently sat down for a 'Get Ready With Me' for Vanity Fair. Followers immediately flocked to the comments section to share their surprise at how different Agron's voice sounds today from when she was playing the head cheerleader on the Fox show. has raised eyebrows after seemingly adopting a mid-Atlantic accent, almost two decades after rising to fame as Quinn Fabray on Fox's hit drama, Glee. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, fans of the actress, 39, were struck by how different her voice sounds from her days playing the head cheerleader at William McKinley High School between 2009 to 2015. In response to the video, many social media users called out her new manner of speaking and likened it to Hilaria Baldwin 's fluctuating Spanish accent. Although Agron was raised in San Antonio, Texas and Burlingame, California, she now appears to be using a Transatlantic accent, which was popular in early 20th-century Hollywood. This includes softening her pronunciation of 'r' and strongly inflecting the 't' sound.
