These 'Love Is Blind' stars are dating – after walking down the aisle with other people
Months after their season of "Love is Blind" aired, two stars are pulling off a stunning switch-up. Sara Carton and Joey Leveille, who both appeared on Season 8 of the reality dating experiment – and each got engaged to separate people – made their relationship with each other social media official over the weekend. In a joint post to Instagram July 13, Carton and Leveille shared photos of themselves smiling for the camera and kissing, captioning the carousel: "happy🥹. my newest life chapter title." The pairing may surprise fans who tune into the most recent season of "Love is Blind," filmed in Minnesota, which saw both Carton and Leveille fall in love with other people. The reality dating show follows singles in a certain area as they date through "pods" and get engaged sight unseen. Carton accepted a proposal from Ben Mezzenga while Leveille got engaged to Monica Danús. When push came to shove, though, neither couple tied the knot, with Carton saying no at the altar in part because of religious and political differences – a theme that ran throughout the season. Leveille, on the other hand, said no only after Danús had already told attendees and the officiant at the wedding that she wasn't ready – in later interviews, she revealed she would have said yes had she felt Leveille was all in. Now, in an apparent game of musical chairs, Carton and Leveille are trying to make reality show love work with one another. Rumors of their entanglement first began to swirl in March, after the show wrapped and fans noticed them looking cozy at the reunion. A post shared by Sara Carton (@saracarton_) In an interview shortly after with Elite Daily, Danús seemingly confirmed the relationship, saying she had confronted Carton, who had admitted via text that she and Leveille were "seeing each other." Angry at the betrayal, Danús told the publication: "All this time when I was venting to her about Joey and she was saying she had my back, she was actually with him." 'Love is Blind' stars Lauren and Cameron Hamilton expecting baby after fertility struggles Now, with the fervor of attention subsided, Carton and Leveille appear ready to share their status with the world. And not all their "Love is Blind" castmates are holding a grudge. "Cute! how'd you guys meet?" Lauren O'Brien, who starred alongside Carton and Leveille in Season 8, commented on the post. "God forbid a girl be happy," chimed in Taylor Hastings, part of the only couple to get married during the Minnesota season.

Love Island USA: Former contestants Hannah and Charlie rekindle romance off the island
Love Island Season 7 is in full swing and it appears that some islanders know how to take their love off the island as well. In a video posted on social media, former islanders Hannah Fields and Charlie Georgiou can be seen doing a reel trend together. The pair were formerly a couple while on the island and needless to say fans are going gaga over them rekindling their love in the real world. Love Island USA: Former contestants Hannah and Charlie rekindle romance off the island (lilbabyhann/Instagram, charliegeorgio/Instagram) Their on-island romance The pair first began their romance when they were coupled together on the show and ended up being an instant fan-favorite. However, in the June 15 episode, residents of the Fiji villa opted to banish Georgiou from the island, hence bringing their short-lived romance to a brief and abrupt end. Fields initially found the separation tough but soon began rethinking her long-term commitment to Georgiou once she was paired up with fellow islander Pepe Garcia. 'I just don't know if there's still a romantic connection, especially after the connection I had with Pepe,' she told E! News following her elimination. 'I don't know what he's open to.' As fate would have it, Fields too was eliminated in subsequent episodes. 'When they first explained their reason for voting me out, I didn't understand it. I thought circling back around would maybe change my thoughts, but no. I'm still confused,' she told Elite Daily about her elimination from the island. 'I was upset. I did have two connections, because my first was sent home by the same people. It felt like I could never really catch a break. It's really hard being thrown in there. You don't know if somebody's being genuine, and you're trying to figure that out. I did do that, and it ended up not working out in my favor,' she added. Future plans Shockingly enough, Georgiou was not Fields' first pick when asked about her post-elimination plans. 'I have a really good connection with Pepe and we talked a lot about the outside world. Only time will tell. Whatever's meant for me will be, so I have no expectations,' she previously told E! News. 'I just don't know if there's still a romantic connection, especially after the connection I had with Pepe. I don't know what he's open to.' When asked about where Georgiou stood in the equation, she revealed that she would meet him but as friends. 'It's actually his birthday on [June] 27, so I was gonna tell him, 'Happy birthday. I was keeping track of the days in the villa. I'd be like, '10 days until Charlie's birthday!'' she added. Only time will tell whether this rekindling has a romantic or more of a friendly tone attached to it. Love Island USA Season 7 episodes are released from Thursday to Tuesday at 6 PM PT/ 9 PM ET on Peacock. – By Stuti Gupta

Jenny Han Teases The Summer I Turned Pretty 's 'Better' Series Ending
Originally appeared on E! Online Jenny Han is making some more alterations to the Cousins house. As The Summer I Turned Pretty's third season nears its July 16 premiere, the author teased that the Prime Video show's final installment might have a few unexpected departures from her beloved book trilogy. 'I always knew how I wanted to end the books,' Han told Elite Daily in an interview published July 8. 'But with the show, I went into it with an open mind. I wanted to approach it with fresh eyes and just see what sort of magic happened on screen. I am somebody who is always changing things up.' Indeed, the 40-year-old gained a new perspective while filming the upcoming season, which will see the love triangle between Lola Tung's Belly Conklin and Fisher brothers Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno). 'People will be like, 'Why are you changing that? That was working well!' But to me, it could always be better,' she continued. 'That's how I approach everything, so naturally I was going into this story feeling like I wanted to make it even better and try new things.' And while she remained subtle about whether these upcoming changes will affect Belly's final decision, she's certainly making room for new details. In fact, the author introduced several new characters in the series' third season trailer, including Conrad's latest med school friend. And according to her, the older Fisher brother will benefit the most from this character add-on. 'He has really gone off to do his own thing in California and start fresh,' Han explained. 'With that space, he can become a version of himself that he's struggled to be around the people who know him best, who've seen him going through some really dark, painful times. He's finally in this really great place where he has these friends, and he's motivated to be this version of himself he wants to be.' Sarah Michelle Gellar Debunks 'Buffy' Reboot Casting Rumors
Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek's network of contributors We don't know all that much about the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" reboot and according to Sarah Michelle Gellar, we know even less than we thought we did. The actor, who is working as an executive producer on the reboot, spoke with Elite Daily recently and, among other things, revealed that the few characters whose details had been leaked were "fake." Read More: John Mulaney Wants to Fight Three 14-Year-Old Boys on Netflix Back in March, TVLine released what the site said was information on the new Slayer of the "Buffy" reboot as well as a couple of her friends. The new Slayer was supposedly named Nova and was described as brainier than Buffy, and would in some ways remind fans more of Alyson Hannigan's Willow from the original series. Then there were Nova's friends: Hugo who was described as an "out and proud nerd" from a wealthy family, and Gracie, who sounded like a younger version of Anthony Head's Giles. Gracie was said to be a vampire expert and an acolyte of Buffy's. Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy the Vampire Slayer. 20th Century Studios According to Gellar, however, none of the information was factual. "Those are all fake characters," Gellar said. "That thing that got released is all fake." Unfortunately, Gellar didn't expand by revealing any actual characters from the reboot, but she did talk about why she finally decided it was time for a return for "Buffy". "Every pitch I heard was just like, 'Let's just do Buffy again.' Why?" Gellar said. "But the passion that [Chloé Zhao] came to me with, what she wanted to do with the show and the character, and why Buffy is needed now — it was the first time where I thought, 'OK, there's a reason.'" She also emphasized how long the reboot has been marinading and how committed she was to making sure the new show is everything it should be. "We've been at this for three-and-a-half, maybe four years now," Gellar said. "We won't do it unless it's 100% right and there's 100% a reason." In the meantime, with the rumors about the cast debunked, it just gives more room for more rumors to fly about who will or won't be in the new version of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". There's no word yet who, besides Gellar, may be returning from the original series. Considering all the vampire characters - like David Boreanaz's Angel and James Marsters's Spike - a lot of de-aging techniques will need to be utilized to make them look like ageless vampires.
