‘The Paradise' first look: Nani transforms into fierce ‘Jadal', internet declares ‘blockbuster incoming'
Telugu star Nani is back with a bang—this time in a never-seen-before avatar. The makers of his upcoming film, The Paradise, unveiled the actor's striking first look as Jadal, setting the internet abuzz with excitement. Taking to X, the official handle of The Paradise shared a captivating poster that offers the first clear glimpse of Nani as the fierce and enigmatic Jadal. The actor sports a rugged new look: two long ponytails, a full beard, nose rings, dark sunglasses, and statement jewellery. Dressed in a black vest, red jacket, and distressed denims, Nani's intense gaze and brooding expression signal a bold shift in his on-screen persona. Behind him, the backdrop features a giant wheel adorned with symbolic elements, crows, guns, blades, chains, and hooded figures wrapped in metal. The poster teases a world filled with chaos, power, and rebellion. Sharing the poster, director Srikanth Odela, who earlier collaborated with Nani on the hit Dasara, wrote: 'Presenting to you all – 'Jadal'. This time, my hero @NameisNani anna will walk into hell and turn it into #TheParadise.' Nani added, 'His name is Jadal. Calling a spade a spade.' Fans immediately picked up on the intricate detailing in the poster. One tweet read, 'This isn't just a poster… it's a full story. Every element screams power and madness. Bring on March 26!' Another wrote, 'Nani as Jadal looks ready to set the screen on fire. This feels epic already.' The Paradise is set to release in theatres on March 26, 2026, and will be a worldwide release. Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1- Sword Vs Spirit, Pawan Kalyan 's period action drama seems to be struggling at the box office, despite no big competition. Released on July 24, with paid previews on July 23, the movie has completed seven days in the theatres but is yet to touch the Rs 100-crore mark. According to on Wednesday, the film collected Rs 1.25 crore net in India, across all languages, bringing its total one-week collection to Rs 80.35 crore. Looking at the actor's fan following, Hari Hara Veera Mallu opened with Rs 12.75 crore on Day 1 and collected Rs 34.75 crore, Rs 8 crore and Rs 9.15 crore on Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4, respectively. However, the number didn't show any big growth since its first Monday and minted just Rs 2.1 crore. This means it is yet to beat Sailesh Kolanu's Nani-starrer HIT: The Third Case's Rs 80.75 crore lifetime domestic box office collection. However, Hari Hara Veera Mallu has surpassed small films like MAD Square and Court, as well as Naga Chaitanya's Thandel, but it still has competition from Dhanush's Kuberaa, Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj, Ram Charan's Game Changer, and Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunam. HHVM was released in theatres with no competition, and tickets cost as high as ₹700-1500 for the premieres, ₹354-531 during the weekend, and ₹302-472 until 11 days of release. Despite the cost of tickets and the hype around the film during its release, HHVM still saw massive dips on Friday and Monday, showing further dips during the week. HHVM has beaten small films like MAD Square and Court, apart from Naga Chaitanya's Thandel, but it still has Dhanush's Kuberaa, Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj, Ram Charan's Game Changer and Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunam to contend with. About Hari Hara Veera Mallu HHVM is a historical epic film that has been in production for five long years. The film saw a change in directors after Krish walked out due to shoot delays, and producer AM Rathnam's son Jyothi Krisna took over. While the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant issues to production, Pawan also took a break to campaign in the AP elections. He is now the Deputy CM of the state. HHVM tells the story of an outlaw called Veera Mallu who travels from Golconda to Delhi on a quest for the Koh-i-Noor. The film will have a sequel, HHVM: Part 2 – Battlefield (Yuddhabhoomi in Telugu), which has yet to go on floors. Pawan has stated that he shot a portion of the sequel but hinted he'll only complete it if this film is a hit.

HIT 3 script entirely original, accusations are false, says Nani
The actor files counter affidavit denying plagiarism allegations made by a Tamil writer. Actor Nani has filed a counter affidavit in response to a recent petition by Tamil scriptwriter and author Vimalavelan, who alleged that the actor's recent Telugu film HIT: The Third Case was plagiarised from his script (Agent 11) and novel (Agent V). Nani claimed that the accusations are 'false, misleading and unfounded'. Since Vimalavelan's script is written in Tamil, Nani and the other respondents stated that they are not familiar with the language and have requested for its official English translation so that they can give an effective and informed response on the alleged similarities between both scripts. They also claimed that the similarities pointed out by Vimalavelan are standard tropes and recurring motifs in the thriller, crime, and investigative genres. 'These elements are not unique, distinctive, or original to the plaintiff's work, nor are they protectable under copyright law,' stated the affidavit while opposing the writer's request for an interim injunction. Vimalavelan had claimed that he sent the synopsis of his script to Nani's mail ID that was mentioned on his Facebook page in 2022, and that's how the actor accessed his script.
