Love Island viewers all saying same thing as stars prepare for final villa date

Love Island fans were less than impressed as it was announced the contestants had to prepare for final date nights in the villa. Friday night's Love Island episode saw stars on the show discuss the aftermath of a recent challenge, Mirror UK reports, during which couples were tasked with writing the same answers on a board when they were asked a question. Following a good night's sleep, the boys got a text telling them to get ready to leave the villa in preparation for a cute date night later on in the villa. Fans of the show were joking about the budget dates as they rushed to social media to share their thoughts on this year's set up. One user said: "Don't tell me these are the final dates." Another posted: "Another year of budget final dates," while one fan commented: "Another year another villa date for everyone. ITV is so poor." One added: "Have they f**ked the final dates off for these s***ty in villa dates?" Meanwhile, Helena and Blu were dumped from the villa only a few days before the final. Fans have been speculating who of the final six would be the last couple to be dumped before the winner is crowned. Last night, the Islanders took part in the Knowing Me, Knowing You challenge, hosted by Yas and Jamie. The Islanders were asked a series of questions, some light hearted, and some not so light hearted. Despite a number of arguments, it was Meg and Dejon and Shakira and Harry who came out victorious. It resulted in Dejon and Meg arguing over his decision to pick Yas when asked who he would couple up with if his partner wasn't there. He said at the fire pit: "You're trying to make me look bad. And I don't understand why you are trying to make me look bad." Meg answered: "I am not trying to make you look bad." Dejon added: "At the time, Billykiss was also in the villa. I said to Yas you are my number one. And then after you, it would be if I had to, it would be Yas and Billykiss." When Meg said 'yeah', he asked whether she remembered the conversation, which she said she did. Unsatisfied with her answer, he added: "I know but I know what I am saying. You just tried to act like I didn't tell you that. That's a big thing." Meg defended herself: "No, but you didn't say the words, if Meg wasn't there then she would be your number one priority. You didn't say them words, you said if Meg wasn't there, then it would be Yasmin and Billykiss." In a first-look at tonight's instalment, it would appear they are still feuding. Speaking to Conor, Meg shares: "I'm not just gonna stand there. He's put Yas on a board again. "I take so much heat from these three girls. You've put on a board that you would recouple with Yas." Conor then interjected, saying Dejon "may have taken the question too literal". Love Island fans beg producers to axe star from villa after 'uncomfortable' row

Love Island viewers slammed the series after watching an 'uncomfortable' row between a couple following a recent challenge Love Island fans have begged producers to remove Dejon from the show after they watched his 'uncomfortable' row with Meg, with some accusing him of 'gaslighting' her. In last night's episode of the ITV2 programme, the Islanders took part in a game called Knowing Me, Knowing You. ‌ Each contestant was given a board to write down answers and the goal was for each couple to match with their partner's answers for each question. Many of them, including Shakira and Harry, did well but Dejon was annoyed after he and Meg gave differing answers on the first question. ‌ The boys were soon asked which girl they would have coupled up with if their partners weren't in the villa. Meg was shocked when Dejon chose Yasmin despite the previous tension between them. It comes after the ITV show was hit with over 9000 Ofcom complaints. ‌ They later discussed his answer by the fire pit, and Meg claimed he never shared this information with her before. He claimed he previously told her about his attraction towards Yas, but Meg disagreed. He soon asked her why she was "trying to make him look bad". Fans said their row, during which he insinuated she was doing it all for the cameras, was 'hard to watch' and rushed to social media to call him out on his attitude towards her. ‌ "As a collective, lets report Dejon to Ofcom, scary man," one user said and another posted: "I don't like meg in the slightest but that conversation where he manipulated, gaslighted and dismissed her was so so so uncomfortable and hard to watch. get this man out!" One concerned user wrote: "Dejon steamrolling conversations and I need meg to find her voice. Don't like her. Don't support her. &&& that man is scary. But she can fight girls all day but not her man? Get the man out of the villa." ‌ "'Blu tells dejon that meg isn't that popular outside the villa and suddenly dejon is picking fights with her," one fan pointed out. Another added: "Dejon is very very very CALCULATED. Without fail every episode, he either mentioned camera's, causes a scene or makes sure it looks like him & Meg are winning couple material." Meanwhile, tonight's episode will see Meg and Dejon fall out over the previous night's challenge again after she discovers Yas was initially going to write Dejon's name down as well. ‌ Tensions remain high while the boys are tasked with cooking up a storm for date night.
