Woah! This new LG 77-inch OLED TV is already $1,200 off — this could be the value of the year
In case you haven't checked our best OLED TVs list recently, you should know that LG's B-series of OLED TVs is one of our favorites on the market. We've consistently praised them for their excellent picture quality, brightness and gaming features. This year's new model, the LG B5, looks like it'll be better than ever. Hence why I'm so excited to see the new LG 77-inch B5 4K OLED TV on sale for $1,799 at Best Buy. This TV has seen an incredible $1,200 discount that you really don't want to miss out on! (Check out our OLED TV deals guide for more discounts). The B5 is LG's most affordable OLED of 2025, but don't let that fool you into thinking that it's not a terrific TV for folks looking to save money on an OLED. In addition to supporting 4K gaming at 120Hz, the B5 also supports Dolby Vision HDR and costs significantly less than its higher-end counterparts.48" for $89955" for $1,29965" for $1,69977" for $1,79983" for $3,999 We haven't done a full review of the LG B5 OLED TV yet, but our Senior Editor for TVs Michael Desjardin thinks the LG B5 OLED could be the value of the year. And I'm with him — especially since it's already on sale for $1,200 off. We currently rank the B5's predecessor, the LG B4 OLED as the best value OLED TV you can buy. This year's model is set to surpass it with a ton of upgrades under its belt. For example, the B5 comes with LG's Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen 2, which will give the TV more power for everything from better 4K upscaling to faster menu navigation. The LG B5 also looks like it'll be an excellent choice for gamers. It comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, four HDMI 2.1 ports and support for useful gaming features like AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync. We'll have to wait until we get the B5 into our labs to test it out fully, but I'm confident that this TV is a great buy for anyone who wants the gorgeous picture quality and contrast that OLED TVs bring — without breaking the bank. Get it while you can! For more savings, see our Best Buy promo codes, and check out the Timberland deals I'd shop from $17 at Amazon.

OLED TVs under $1,000? These deals just dropped — here's what to buy now
If you want the best possible picture performance, you're going to need an OLED TV. The problem is that most of the best OLED TVs come with a hefty price tag, making them hard to recommend for those looking to save some money on a new display. Fortunately, there are quite a few OLED TVs available right now at steep discounts. You'll have to settle for a smaller screen sizes from lesser-known TV brands, but there are a healthy smattering of OLED TVs under $1,000. For the most part these TVs are relegated to last year's models, as the pricing is far more reasonable. But don't worry, as the picture quality even in a year-old set more than adequate for most, especially if price is a big concern. The LG B4 OLED remains one of our favorite OLED displays from last year. Like its C-Series counterpart, it's built on a value-first proposition, but makes a few cuts in performance to fall under the $1,000 price mark. That doesn't mean this is a bad TV by any means. On the contrary, as someone who tested and reviewed it last year, I can attest to the brilliance of the LG B4 OLED. It's a true stunner with incredible contrast, surprisingly adept motion processing, and stunning color output. As with most LG OLED TVs, the B4 is also an excellent gaming display. It has four HDMI 2.1 ports and a 120Hz refresh rate, making it an ideal choice for console gamers and even new owners of a Nintendo Switch 2. Looking for an incredible OLED picture without the high price? The LG B4 is the best deal you can find. It's not as bright as higher-end OLED TVs, but you still get to bask in the glory of those perfect contrasts. Inky black levels and ultra-wide viewing angles are the key advantages over LED-LCD TVs, but dedicated gamers will also appreciate the B4's array of sought-after features, including four HDMI 2.1 inputs, support for 4K gaming at 120Hz, VRR and FreeSync.55" for $999 If you're looking for a budget OLED built on Google TV, this 55-inch Sansui display is the one for you. It's got its drawbacks, but it's still a decent-performing OLED at a reasonable screen size for under $1,000. The big issue I had when reviewing the Sansui OLED TV was its interface. It runs on Google TV, which is awesome don't get me wrong, but it runs poorly and slowly on this display. That's largely to do with its processor, which I'm sure isn't as sophisticated or advanced as its rivals. That said, if you can find a streaming device to pair it with, the Sansui still is an excellent performer for most content. Like the B4, it also has a 120Hz refresh rate and has excellent color volume. It's a solid OLED for the price, but you could always spend just a bit more and get a C4 OLED with slightly more features to offer. The Sansui S55VOUG is one of the cheapest OLED TVs around. Despite its low price, this model offers some impressive specs, including a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision/HDR 10/HLG support and two HDMI 2.1 ports. Unfortunately, we never did get the Panasonic Z85A in for testing last year, but all signs point to it be as phenomenal as Panasonic's other TVs released in 2024. It's built on Fire TV, which isn't our personal favorite interface but it does have some redeeming qualities. Namely, it comes equipped with a set of special AI features, including wallpaper generation, as well as unique cloud gaming services. If cloud gaming isn't your thing, it's equipped with Dolby Vision and HDR10+, meaning HDR movie nights will be full of gorgeous colors, and it has special audio built into the display for incredible performance right out of the box. This was more or less my experience with the Panasonic Z95A OLED TV. It too had a solid speaker system and I loved the OLED's picture performance. The Panasonic Z85A offers the built-in benefits of OLED display technology in a stylish package. It's packed with features for gaming, streaming and more, and folks with Alexa-centric smart home devices will make the most out of the Z85A's built-in Fire TV features. What can we say? We adore LG's C-Series OLEDs for their incredible value proposition. In our LG C4 OLED TV review, we raved about its picture quality and gaming features. A surprising hit is also its use of webOS, which has since been upgraded to include several cloud gaming services. The webOS on the C4 OLED will receive updates through 2029, as LG has committed to a five year update path, making your TV feel fresh and new each year. Its somewhat middling speaker system isn't our favorite, but it can be fixed by buying one the best soundbars for enhanced audio. And if the C4 isn't for you, you can always go with the LG C5 OLED TV. It's slightly more expensive, but we gave it a perfect score in our review and it's bound to get some price cuts sooner rather than later. The C4 is LG's flagship OLED TV from 2024. It's powered by LG's A9 processor and features a 120Hz panel, Dolby Vision/ HDR10/HLG support, built-in Amazon Alexa, four HDMI 2.1 ports and Apple AirPlay 2 support. 42" for $699 Okay, so the Samsung S85D OLED isn't quite under $1,000, but it's not significantly more expensive, either. We couldn't leave it off the list as it's one of the best Samsung TVs for the price. Equipped with four HDMI 2.1 ports and one of the lowest input latency in our testing, it's a no-holds bar OLED. And, while it might not have Dolby Vision support, neither does the PS5 Pro — making these two the perfect pairing. We highlighted its exceptional color handling and brightness in SDR content in our review. Although most OLED TVs tend to be lacking in brightness, Samsung's excel in this regard, making them a good pick for rooms with lots of ambient light. Even if it's a bit over the $1,000 mark, the Samsung S85D is totally worth the investment. It's a no-compromise gaming icon built on an incredible interface. What more could you ask for at just under $1,300? Samsung's entry-level OLED blends the many benefits of OLED display technology with an array of gaming features, all for a price that's lower than most TVs in its class. In addition to its incredible contrast and accommodating viewing angles, you're getting a full suite of HDMI 2.1-compatible inputs, a 120Hz native refresh rate and built-in smart features.

No way! This 48-inch LG OLED just got slashed to $600 — and it's the perfect TV for back to school
Looking for a back to school TV on a budget? Specifically one that's adequately sized and doesn't compromise on picture quality even under $1,000? This LG OLED might be perfect for you. Right now, you can get the 48-inch LG B4 OLED TV for $599 at Best Buy. That's a major discount on a fantastic, budget OLED we loved from last year, especially if you're looking for exceptional picture quality on a smaller screen. (For more deals, check out or roundup of the best OLED TV deals right now). Looking for an incredible OLED picture without the high price? The LG B4 is the best deal you can find. It's not as bright as higher-end OLED TVs, but you still get to bask in the glory of those perfect contrasts. Inky black levels and ultra-wide viewing angles will have everything from movies to video games looking fantastic. Dedicated gamers will appreciate the B4's array of sought-after features, including four HDMI 2.1 inputs, support for 4K gaming at 120Hz, VRR and FreeSync.55" for $999 The LG B4 OLED is one of the best TVs you can buy on a budget. Even at its budget price, it still comes packed with tons of features that make it worthy for new students and recent graduates. Even better is that you can use the 48-inch model as a PC monitor, which is perfect for video editors and budding entrepreneurs. I got a first hand taste of how the LG B4 OLED stacks up against the competition last year and it proved to be the best value in the OLED camp. There will be some minor downsides, like a reflective screen, no HDR10+ support, and middling audio, but these pale in comparison to its positives. In my testing, I found it had excellent motion processing. You wouldn't expect that, given its budget pricing and smaller processer, but I was adequately blown away by how it handled fast-moving. Whether it be sports and action movies, the LG B4 did not disappoint. It's also built on the brilliance of LG's OLED panels. This means you can expect rich contrasts, perfect shadows, and inky blacks in darker movies like "The Batman" and "Interstellar." It also has a robust color output, both in terms of accuracy and coverage. I wrote a piece last year replacing my PC monitor with the LG C4 OLED, and that did not disappoint. You can do the same with the LG B4 and get an incredible boost in picture quality, making term papers and research an absolute breeze. But don't wait! The LG B4 is selling out fast, as it's 65-inch and 77-inch models are already unavailable.

Built on a 165Hz refresh rate with a Game Mode Ultra mode, the Hisense U7QG is designed to be the best seat in the house for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and even your PC. Add to that one serious sound system in its 2.1.2-channel speaker and you've got a powerhouse of a TV with tons of flare. It's not everyday you see a brand new 2025 model getting a major discount on the heels of its release, but the U8QG is an icon in this regard (and many more). It's bound to be among our favorite gaming TVs this year thanks to its slew of gaming features built on a 165Hz refresh rate. It's also got the best brightness in the TV game, owing to its Hisense lineage. Full disclosure: I've not yet tested the QN70F, one of Samsung's mid-range TVs for 2025. That said, I've seen it up close and personal, and for this price, it's well worth considering. Like the rest of the brand's Neo QLED lineup, the QN70F blends quantum dots and Mini-LED backlighting for a punchy presentation. The QN70F is also packed with gaming features, like four HDMI 2.1-compatible inputs and support for 4K gaming at 120Hz. That's fantastic for the price point. If you don't need 4K resolution, this 2-Series is a budget smart TV with 1080p resolution and support for HDR 10, HLG, and Dolby Digital Audio. The included Fire TV Alexa Voice Remote lets you find your favorite content, get sports scores, control smart home devices, and more with the sound of your voice. The popular Amazon Fire TV 4-Series just got even better. A new ultra-slim bezel puts your entertainment front and center, while support for vivid 4K Ultra HD, HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Digital Plus bring scenes to life. Plus, it operates on Amazon's Fire OS, which makes streaming your favorite apps easier than ever.

Not a typo! This 65-inch LG OLED TV just crashed to $996 for Prime Day
Prime Day is still in full swing and we're tracking all the best deals on TVs, from OLEDs to QLEDs and everything in between. While there are some amazing deals on newer models, you'll often find even better deals on last year's sets. Right now, you can get the 65-inch LG B4 OLED for $996 on Amazon. That cuts $100 off this brilliant OLED, bringing it under $1,000 in a rare deal that even includes its 55-inch model. Looking for an incredible OLED picture without the high price? The LG B4 is the perfect companion. It's not as bright as higher-end OLED TVs, but you still get to bask in the glory of OLED display technology. Perfect black levels and ultra-wide viewing angles will have everything from movies to sports looking fantastic. Dedicated gamers will appreciate the B4's array of sought-after features, which includes four HDMI 2.1 inputs, support for 4K gaming at 120Hz, VRR and FreeSync. Last year was packed with amazing OLED TVs, but one of the cheapest you could find on the market was the LG B4 OLED. It still serves as an incredible value if you're looking to save big an improved screen. As with most LG OLEDs, the B4 is known as one of the best gaming TVs thanks to its four total HDMI 2.1 ports in tandem with a 120Hz refresh rate. That gives you tons of leeway for both PC and console gaming, plus it even has access to cloud gaming services for more ways to play. I reviewed the LG B4 and loved it for its picture performance, primarily for the deep blacks and colors. Skin tones looked true-to-form while darker scenes, most notable in movies like "The Batman" and "Interstellar," truly popped on the screen. Of course, you will have to live with some middling audio performance, but that's to b expected on most TVs. Nothing one of the many Prime Day soundbar deals can't fix. But if the LG B4 OLED is a little too expensive for what you're looking for, you can always check out or Prime Day TV live blog for more amazing deals across the size and price spectrum.
