In his inaugural address, Kadakampally Surendran, MLA, said the latest edition of The Hindu Home Expo is happening at a critical juncture when the State capital is witnessing rapid expansion, providing ample opportunities for the real estate sector and home buyers. 'Much of this urban expansion is centred on the Kazhakootam region and its environs. With the development of Technopark progressing at great speed, Thiruvananthapuram is rapidly transforming into a city of techies with nationally and internationally-renowned companies getting established there.
