Colton Ford's peers and friends honor a 'sweet, funny, talented' man
Colton Ford, a.k.a. Glenn Soukesian, at SiriusXM Studios in 2012. Colton Ford was pronounced dead on Tuesday, May 20 through early social media posts shared by friends, peers, and loved ones mourning his passing. Otherwise known as Glenn Soukesian to many people who knew him on a personal and/or professional level, Ford had a 20-year career as an adult film star and was 62 years old at the time of death. Besides his work in the gay adult film industry, Ford was an actor, singer, and model who collaborated with queer icons such as Chi Chi LaRue, Cazwell, Cyndi Lauper, and Todd Stephens. To honor this beloved figure in the LGBTQ+ community, Out compiled a list of notable reactions to Ford's passing that highlights not only the artist and performer, but also the man who will be deeply missed by those who knew him. Billy L'Amour Wigs wrote via Instagram (@billylamour): "I still can't believe this sweet, soulful angel is gone. When I got the call Tuesday morning, I was shocked, devastated and honestly, angry. Why Glen? He was so healthy, so kind, so talented, so strong, and so deeply loved by so many. A true pillar of our community. He was also just starting such an exciting new chapter in his life. Vibrant, inspired and ready for all the opportunities that were coming his way. His eyes were twinkling, and he was like a little boy, so ready to play, to sing, to create. I guess it's better to go out on top… (No pun intended.) I'd known Glen for a couple of years, but we really bonded during our run as Mr. Gatch and Hedy LaRue in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Our first scene together always got a lot of laughs. Every night we'd play in the that scene, always right on the edge of cracking each other up. That kind of connection is rare. We had so much fun that we started working on a cabaret act. I'm so grateful for that time, just the two of us on his couch, singing, laughing, creating, sharing, being. We were so present with each other. I knew it then but I know it even more now that time with him was such a gift. I treasure this show we were working on. When I sing the songs I can feel him singing with me. That sweet soulful angel. It's funny how appropriate some of the songs he wanted to perform are now that he is gone. Missing You by Diana Ross." Mark Nelson Mark Nelson wrote via Facebook: "Glenn made some pretty sweet videos. Here' his Joe Oppedisano directed 'That's Me' featuring Cazwell. Colton Ford's music is timeless." Steven Michael wrote via Instagram (@iamstevenmichael): "It's truly a hard pill to swallow when a great loss provides you space and time to appreciate life even more than you had before. To say I will miss Glenn is an understatement… Here are a few words and frames of times we shared. I miss you, Mister. X And to think I'll never photograph you again breaks my heart even more. You were such a beautiful man. It was a joy and honor to share life together." Tim Wood Tim Wood wrote via Facebook: "With a very heavy heart I share this tragic news. While we don't have all the details, I never would have dreamed that the photo below of Glenn Soukesian (Colton Ford) and I from 3 weeks ago would be our last. Glenn was involved in a tragic hiking accident this past weekend that took his life. He was a brilliant artist who always kept a song in his heart. Sweet, funny, kind, sassy — and hopelessly handsome. My heart is broken — it's almost too much to take. One of my best friends, a man who helped save my life many years ago. I miss you terribly… I can't stop the flood of tears. Sing with the angels, my beautiful, special soul. I love you." Kila Packett wrote via Instagram (@kilapackett): "In 2014, the brilliant playwright @harrisondavidrivers gifted me a play that I co-produced with Studio C Artists, directed by @ During auditions we met a lot of actors, but when Glenn walked into the theatre there was immediate chemistry. Working on this play with Glenn was explosive, intimate, and heartbreaking. I could not have shared the stage with a more passionate, kind, and professional human being. You will be missed dear friend." Aaron Casserly Stewart Aaron Casserly Stewart wrote via Facebook: "Absolutely gutted to learn today that my guy Glenn Soukesian (Colton Ford) went to the spirit world this past weekend. He was absolutely instrumental in helping me through my father's death & I'm honored to have worked with him on seven of his music projects with Larry Peace & manage him for three years. You were a beautiful soul & a beautiful person Glenn. I will never forget you for everything. Sending love beyond words. Fly high my friend." Marcus Purnell Marcus Purnell wrote via Facebook: "Good night old friend… Our community lost a legend. I can say this, in my life I have a small collection of friends, a handful if you will, and I call these people my Most favorite people in the World and Glenn was one of them. I was just going over my texts to him and I told him that every time I am in his presence he elevates my soul that he takes me to a higher place and to me it feels Spiritual. Glenn loved to sing, it was his passion, and I was very lucky that he would share his music with me for a first listen. A light in my life is gone. I had just heard from him last Thursday. Rest in Peace, sweet man." X/Twitter (@DallasSteeleXXX) Dallas Steele via X/Twitter. Dallas Steele via X/Twitter (@DallasSteeleXXX): "It is with great sadness, I share word of the passing of my friend Glenn, who you may have known as porn star and singer Colton Ford. Few details have been shared, but sources say he died from an accident on a hiking trail in Palm Springs. I met Glenn when he first moved to Palm Springs a few years ago. Though he 'retired' from shooting commercial studio porn, l asked him to do an Only Fans with me, and he agreed. We had a wonderful, hot, and meaningful experience together. He was a very deep, caring, thoughtful person. In 2022, Glenn performed at several of our charity pool parties. The crowd loved his vocals, engaging energy and sex appeal. In 2023, Glenn asked if I'd appear with him in a series of mid-century modern style gay erotic photos with him and a man way younger than both of us. It was a wonderful day with photographer Jay Jorgensen. Sadly Jay took his own life a few months later. But I'll never forget the fun we had onset that day together. Glenn was such an amazing spirit. Always thinking about what he planned to do next. Always optimistic about the possibilities. I will miss him and his great smile." Chi Chi LaRue Chi Chi LaRue (a.k.a. Christopher Trepinski Christopher Trepinski wrote via Facebook: "I'm so grateful we got to have dinner in November. My heart is broken. You lived with such passion, unapologetically. You had SO MUCH love to share. I admired you in every way. I looked up to you. You embodied all the virtues of kindness, empathy, work ethic, charm, and silliness that I aspire to and always felt so much lighter and hopeful after one of our catch-ups. Thank you for sharing your dreams, enthusiasm, positivity, light, and love for life with me. I'll miss hearing your voice and seeing that grin. It always lit up the room. RIP Glenn Soukesian, AKA Colton Ford (If anyone hears of a celebration of life in NYC, please let me know)." Walter Kurtz wrote via Instagram (@walterkurtzphotography): "R.I.P Glenn."

(Video) From Joking Around To Practising Local Songs: What Happened Backstage At BTOB's KL Show
BTOB (비투비) just dropped the behind-the-scenes video from their '3, 2, 1 GO! MELympic' fan-concert in Kuala Lumpur from April 19, 2025. Being a fly on the wall in this scenario might've led to some melting and serious fangirling (or fanboying) – see the time they became school boys for reference. From the group that brought you 'Pray (I'll Be Your Man)' and 'Missing You', the aegyo was off the charts, all this while doing the serious prep work for putting on a show. Whether it was mic checks, playful banter about 'fried rice,' or last-minute Malay practice, how are they just as charming behind the curtains as on stage? The video opens with the members greeting each other and preparing for rehearsal. Despite leader Eunkwang's (은광) ankle injury, he is seen energetically participating in the rehearsal while seated, unable to resist dancing from the waist up. Mic checks, warm-up banter, and playful moments. At one point, the group discovered the name of the concert's organiser, Fried Rice Entertainment, only to mistake it for a catering company. In another memorable segment, the group practised part of the local classic 'Saya Anak Malaysia', expressing excitement to connect with their Malaysian fans in a more personal way. Hyunsik (현식) even went full multilingual, practising four languages—Korean, English, Chinese, and Malay—for the fan interaction moments. Just before the concert, Eunkwang lamented missing his chance to snap a selfie in a beret outfit due to a quick costume change, prompting a mini photo mission backstage. The vlog also features snippets of the members getting ready in their custom-made T-shirts, optimising their cuteness for the acts later, and sharing thoughts on reconnecting with Melodys in Malaysia after a seven-year wait. During the MELympic games, Peniel (프니엘) and Minhyuk (민혁) shine as they lead their teams during the fan-interactive portion of the concert, filled with competitive shooting games, ball-rolling races, and a lighthearted aegyo competition. The energy from Melodys in the crowd really lifted the group's spirits, making it the highlight of the video. Toward the end, fans surprised BTOB with a touching tribute video and group sing-along, visibly moving the members. In return, BTOB expressed their gratitude and love, promising to return to Malaysia soon. Eunkwang commented, 'Seven years' worth of energy just exploded all at once,' which captures the emotional weight of the reunion. As the video ended, the members shared their reflections. The boys expressed their love and commented, 'This was a nice chance to recharge from the fan love', before warping space and time by teleporting to their next stop—Hong Kong. Diddy trial witness reveals threats and violence that could support RICO charges: expert
Jurors in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial were introduced to a number of witnesses in the government's case against the disgraced music mogul. The U.S. Attorney's Office called Dawn Richard to the stand, a former member of Diddy's Danity Kane girl group, who claimed the "Last Night" rapper threatened her to remain quiet about the alleged abuse of his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Los Angeles litigator John J. Perlstein exclusively told Fox News Digital that Richard's testimony could possibly support the government's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charge. Cassie Ventura Emerges As 'Star Witness' In Diddy's Federal Sex Crimes Trial: Expert "Corroborating Cassie Ventura's testimony, Dawn Richard provided eyewitness accounts of multiple occasions where the defendant struck or attempted to strike Ventura, and also testified to Combs' controlling behavior in stating that Combs allegedly said that he 'owned' Ventura and that her success would be on his terms," Perlstein said. "As far as the RICO charges, Dawn also testified that Combs threatened her to maintain her silence, which can be perceived as an attempt to intimidate witnesses and obstruct justice. Her testimony supports the prosecution's RICO case." Read On The Fox News App Richard testified Monday that she told Cassie to leave Diddy after witnessing the Bad Boy Records founder's violent behavior toward his girlfriend. Although Cassie was allegedly torn, Richard testified that Cassie would listen, but she could see the fear. Diddy Trial: Cassie Ventura's 5 Most Explosive Claims Against Rapper The singer said she "observed Cassie being attacked." She alleged that Diddy came downstairs screaming, hit her in the head and beat her around. Richard claimed Diddy "came downstairs angry saying where the f--- is his eggs." She then alleged Diddy grabbed a skillet of eggs and attempted to hit Cassie in the head. Cassie allegedly fell to the ground, anticipating the hit, but it didn't hit her. "She went into a fetal position ... literally trying to hide her face," Richard said. "Richard's testimony is highly impactful because it corroborates Ventura's account," former federal prosecutor Neama Ramani told Fox News Digital. "Her witnessing Combs attempt to hit Ventura with a skillet, kick her when she was in the fetal position and drag her by the hair was one of the most graphic of the trial so far. Richard also [allegedly] suffered her own abuse. She [claimed she] was groped and threatened not to speak out." Rahmani added, "The prosecution has to corroborate Ventura's testimony with that of independent witnesses. The defense scored points with Ventura's emails and text messages. But Richard's testimony shows a pattern of physical violence and helps rebut the defense's argument that the conduct was consensual." Richard told the court on Friday that one day after an alleged altercation in which she "observed Cassie being attacked," the "Missing You" rapper told her it was par for the course in a normal relationship. Watch On Fox Nation: What Diddy Do? Diddy and Richard were in the recording studio when he allegedly said that what was witnessed the day before was "passion" and what people in relationships do. He claimed Cassie was OK and that it was best if they didn't say anything. The rapper allegedly said that where he's from, people go missing. She heard his words to mean that people end up dead. Diddy allegedly didn't like Richard talking to Cassie and that Diddy would tell her to "stay the f--- out of my relationship." Richard claimed Combs told them if she didn't stay in line there would be consequences. Richard also testified that she was willing to work with Diddy again even after he allegedly threatened her life. Diddy's defense lawyer, Nicole Westmoreland, asked Richard about reaching out to Combs as recently as 2020 or 2021. Richard testified that if they got Diddy – Dirty Money back together, she would be required to be around Combs often: working, writing, touring, traveling out of state and out of the country. Like What You're Reading? Click Here For More Entertainment News Richard told Assistant U.S. Attorney Mitzi Steiner that she reached out to Diddy to work with him after ending their professional relationship because Kalenna Harper, the third member of Diddy – Dirty Money, requested it. Richard explained contact was sporadic, but she wanted to get Diddy – Dirty Money back together because of the issues Harper was allegedly having. According to Richard, she didn't want to go back to work with Diddy because "it wasn't good." She claimed she just wanted to help a friend. Kerry Morgan also testified and claimed Diddy physically assaulted her in 2018, leading to the end of her friendship with the "Me & U" singer. Diddy's lawyer questioned Morgan about why that would break up her friendship with Cassie. Morgan replied, "I draw my line at physical abuse." According to Morgan's testimony, she and Cassie have not spoken in seven years. Click Here To Sign Up For The Entertainment Newsletter Morgan cut off contact after Cassie offered her $30,000 to sign a NDA about Diddy's alleged abuse after she claimed he assaulted her at Cassie's home in 2018. They were allegedly listening to music when Diddy walked into the room. Cassie allegedly proceeded to lock herself in the bathroom. WATCH: SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS ASSAULTS CASSIE VENTURA IN 2016 LOS ANGELES HOTEL INCIDENT "He came up behind me, choked me" Morgan claimed, before Diddy allegedly threw a hanger at her head, which hit her right behind her ear. She allegedly suffered a concussion from the incident and was treated at an urgent care. Diddy was charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal indictment unsealed Sept. 17. He has maintained his innocence. If found guilty, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars or a maximum sentence of life in prison. Authorities allege Diddy ran a criminal enterprise through his businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global, among others. He used "firearms, threats of violence, coercion and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse" to fulfill his sexual desires, according to prosecutors. Backstreet Boys' AJ McLean opens about addiction struggle: "Fortunately, I missed a large bullet" Backstreet Boys member AJ McLean has opened up about his addiction to drugs, sharing how close he came to catastrophe at the peak of the opioid epidemic. In an interview, McLean discussed his path through addiction, the turning points that altered his life, and how he eventually found hope and healing. "Dodged a Huge Bullet" Amid the fentanyl crisis When he guested on The Lulu Podcast , McLean, who has had hits such as 'I Want It That Way,' revealed that his use of drugs came close to ending in tragedy, particularly since the fentanyl epidemic was growing worse. Operation Sindoor 'Pakistan army moving its troops in forward areas': Key takeaways from govt briefing 'Pak used drones, long-range weapons, jets to attack India's military sites' 'Attempted malicious misinformation campaign': Govt calls out Pakistan's propaganda "Fortunately for me, I avoided a gigantic bullet because the fentanyl epidemic hadn't reached the level that it is today, but it was occurring; it was there, but it wasn't quite as common knowledge as it is today," he disclosed. McLean admitted he was lucky to have retreated before things could have gone in a deadly direction. A turning point in Miami McLean spoke about a very bleak incident three and a half years ago that turned around his recovery. He shared, "I was doing a show in Miami on my own with a friend of mine and I went out that night. I went hard." The artist confessed that one thing led to another, and he was again taking drugs. Once he returned home, he tried to conceal his relapse by consuming lots of coffee and breath mints. "I consumed a c**p tonne of coffee and tried breath mints and all this rubbish," he stated. Even though he tried to keep his addiction hidden, McLean's wife knew about his issues already. "My wife had known all along and was simply waiting for me to be truthful, which was my greatest issue for decades-being truthful with anyone concerning it because I was attempting to make it work. And naturally, as we all know, it worked until it did not," he confessed. The stress of addiction ultimately led to the dissolution of his 13-year marriage, McLean and his wife having two daughters together. Family and recovery The 'Missing You' singer revealed that it was his daughter who ultimately inspired him to seek help and turn his life around. Hitting rock bottom, McLean recognized the need for change and is now grateful for the second chance he's been given. 'I hit rock bottom, but I'm glad to have come out of it better,' he reflected.
