Dune 3 gets an exciting filming update which will reassure fans
Dune fans who are eagerly awaiting the third instalment will be pleased to hear that filming should be underway very, very soon. According to Deadline, filming on Dune 3 will begin in July which tracks with previous reports that the production was aiming for a summer start. Last July Dune 3's release date was confirmed for 18 December, 2026 and hopefully the film should still be on track to come out as planned. Dune 3 will see Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya and Florence Pugh all returning to the franchise. Pugh's character Princess Irulan is expected to take on a bigger role in the third instalment with director Denis Villeneuve previously comparing her importance to Zendaya's character Chani. Related: Best streaming services in 2025 He told Moviefone: "Of course, if there's a Dune Messiah as we plan, [Irulan will] become one of the prominent characters of that whole series. I'm doing a bit of what I did with Zendaya in the first movie. "I introduced Chani in Dune and then she becomes one of the main characters in Part Two. I do the same with Florence, I just introduced her in Part Two and if there's a Dune Messiah, she becomes one of the main characters." One more surprising name that will also be back is Jason Momoa whose character Duncan Idaho died in the first movie and was not present in the second. Related: Dune 3 will adapt Frank Herbert's 1969 novel Dune Messiah where Momoa's character Idaho is cloned and brought back to life as an artificially created human known as a ghola. The cast of Dune 3 may also have a big name addition as in April it was reported that Robert Pattinson had been offered a role, though his casting has not yet been confirmed. Dune 3 will be released on December 18, 2026. Dune: Part Two is available to buy in the UK from , , and more. Digital Spy's first print magazine is here! Ramayana: Has Yash's Raavan found his Mandodari? Here's who will play his wife in Ranbir Kapoor starrer
Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana stands out as one of the most highly anticipated releases of the year. Featuring an impressive ensemble, the film has Ranbir Kapoor portraying Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash in the role of Raavan, and Sunny Deol stepping in as Lord Hanuman. Adding to the already stellar lineup, Kajal Aggarwal has been cast as Mandodari, Raavan's wife. Recognizing the significance of Mandodari's character in the Ramayana and wanting to find a strong on-screen match for Yash's Raavan, the creators were keen on casting a well-established actress with wide-ranging appeal across India. After considering various top contenders from both Bollywood and regional cinema, the team finalized Kajal Aggarwal for the role, owing to her strong fan base and popularity across both northern and southern markets. Meanwhile, Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that Yash joined the sets of Ramayana on April 30, 2025, and filmed his first shot as Raavan. According to a source close to the project, the actor is expected to shoot for nearly a month, covering scenes from both Part One and select portions of Part Two. He reportedly began filming with solo sequences and is scheduled to move on to combination scenes with Sai Pallavi (who plays Sita), Ranbir Kapoor (as Lord Ram), and Sunny Deol (as Lord Hanuman). The source also mentioned that the principal photography for Ramayana: Part One is on track to be completed within the next two weeks. Following that, the team is expected to continue work seamlessly on the sequel. For the uninitiated, Ramayana: Part One is slated for release during the Diwali 2026 weekend, with Part Two scheduled to hit theatres around Diwali 2027. The makers reportedly plan to complete the filming of both parts of Ramayana by the end of the year, after which they will shift focus to an intensive post-production phase. A source close to the project shared that the vision behind the film is to create a cinematic work that showcases Indian mythology on a global platform. Additionally, those who have had an early glimpse of the visuals are said to be highly impressed, describing it as an unprecedented visual spectacle.

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) MOLLY-MAE Hague and her sister Zoe furiously clash over her reunion with Tommy Fury in shock scenes from her reality show. Amazon Prime's Behind It All continues to lift the lid on Molly's private life and, in the newly-released Part Two, tensions hit boiling point between her and her sibling, 29. 8 Molly-Mae and sister Zoe clash over Tommy Fury in her new documentary Credit: AMAZON PRIME VIDEO 8 Zoe says she thinks about her sister's wellbeing constantly Credit: AMAZON PRIME VIDEO Viewers are given an unfiltered look at the emotional fallout from Molly's split with the boxer, 26, - and how his looming return could be driving a wedge between the influencer., 25, and her sister. 'I would always, always, always, 100% be there for her,' Zoe insists in a tense on-camera exchange. 'But, yeah, I do worry for her, and my relationship with her if they would get back together. "Definitely. I just want us to get on. I actually don't hate you in the slightest. Like, I feel like you actually hate me.' Molly, clearly emotional, pushes back: 'No, I don't hate you. But I feel that anger from you towards me, from like, years and years of us sometimes having arguments.' The candid conversation marks one of the rawest moments yet in the series, which follows Molly as she rebuilds her life after splitting from Tommy, the father of her one-year-old daughter, Bambi. Zoe doesn't hold back in voicing her concern, claiming: 'I think she potentially needs to look into the future and think what's best for her and Bambi. "She's got a long, rocky road ahead, unfortunately.' In part one of Behind It All, the Love Island winner was grilled by Zoe once again over her man. Molly admitted that her memories of her sister's own wedding day last July were ruined by sports star Tommy's drinking. Watch the terrifying moment Molly-Mae Hague is thrown from her horse in 'traumatising' accident At the time, she confessed to "begging and pleading" with the boxer not to get drunk at the Lake District ceremony - and "couldn't remember" any moments where his boozing didn't end in "disaster". The Sun previously revealed her fiercely protective sister has been waving red flags, refusing to forgive or forget how things played out prior to Molly-Mae and Tommy's break-up. The Marathon runner and Hydrox fanatic was seen chatting to the businesswoman in her Cheshire home, directly asking: "Have you actually addressed the problems?" Molly shot back at the time: "One hundred per cent." She said: "I'm sad for you but you have to go through it and it's hell and that's what makes me sad – you want to be with 50 per cent of Tommy but you don't want to be with the other 50 per cent of him. 'The last two months you've been happier and nicer to be around because you've not got the stressors that come along with being with him.' In a piece to camera she added: "Mine and Tommy's relationship was very very turbulent. "We definitely butted heads a fair few times about him going out and me being protective with Molly. "He was great with Bambi but he wasn't at the time being a great partner and I think that's what she potentially couldn't see." Tommy and Molly's shock split came in August last year when she posted a statement to Instagram, telling fans: 'Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this. 'After five years of being together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.' He was later accused of cheating on her with a 'blonde stranger' on a lads' holiday to Macedonia - something Tommy has repeatedly denied. The boxer then admitted that alcohol and partying was behind his split, saying: 'We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn't be the partner that I wanted to be anymore. 'It kills me to say it, but I couldn't. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.' The couple have continued to co-parent their tot Bambi, aged two. HAPPY REUNION In March, Molly-Mae revealed their reunion as she spoke out on the family's holiday to Dubai. It came after the influencer and boxer, both 25, shared almost identical holiday snaps from the UAE, Tommy posted his own gallery showing their tot playing in the same hotel pool as he added the word "Dream" - while Maebe founder Molly-Mae admitted she was in her "happy place." Talking of the trip on her vlog she said: "I feel like I haven't felt this excited for a trip for so long." She then addressed her relationship status and said of the pair: "We're just figuring things out." She said: "We had a really really amazing time, probably the best holiday ever for all of us. "It's not that I'm hiding it, I'm not quite ready to talk about it." 8 The mum of one sobbed as she addressed their split in part one Credit: Prime Video

Wicked: For Good debuts ‘dazzling' and ‘intriguing' first trailer
The trailer for Wicked: For Good was screened exclusively at CinemaCon yesterday, and early reactions are calling it 'dazzling' and 'intriguing.' The film is the much-anticipated sequel to last year's blockbuster musical Wicked and is set to arrive in theaters on November 21 this year. The first footage from the film was presented at the annual conference for theater owners and distributors in Las Vegas, presented by director Jon M Chu, producer Marc Platt, and stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. According to multiple reports, the clip shown exclusively to the in-house audience introduced classic Wizard of Oz characters Dorothy, the Tin Man, Cowardly Lion and Scarecrow to the story. The trailer also included Erivo and Grande singing popular Wicked second-act songs 'For Good' and 'No Good Deed' but did not preview the two new songs reportedly written for the sequel by original Wicked composer Stephen Schwartz. Variety described the first glimpses of the new film as 'dazzling,' while The Hollywood Reporter wrote: 'To say the Wicked footage bewitched the packed house is an understatement and received a rousing response.' Gizmodo added that 'it was a trailer filled with lots of very cool and intriguing moments.' Deadline noted that while there were 'no musical performances a la Erivo and Grande's at the Oscars' during the presentation, 'the trailer shown to theater owners inside the room was epic enough. And they went nuts for it.' No release date has yet been announced for the trailer. The first Wicked film, which was based on the first act of the hit Broadway musical, was a box office success but divided critics. In a three-star review for The Independent, Clarisse Loughrey wrote: ' Wicked looks like every other film now. That's its problem. It may be the screen adaptation of the stage musical – itself based on a 1995 novel – but, within moments, it also tethers itself directly to the classic 1939 musical The Wizard of Oz. 'And while that film's Emerald City and Land of Oz have been cemented in the public imagination as brilliant-hued dream worlds, and the most famous demonstration of the Technicolor process, Wicked is shot and lit like we're being sold an Airbnb in Mykonos.' Chu has previously said that the second part of the film is 'eight times more relevant' because of where we are 'in society right now.' Asked last November how the filmmakers intended to keep the film's momentum going during the year-long gap between installments, Chu replueed: 'I don't know, but 'Part Two,' I will say because I've cut 'Part Two' together, is a doozy.'
