Actress Sheetal Maulik , who plays the role of Priya Jaiswal in Meri Bhavya Life , says that she loves the title of the show. She adds that the storyline is very apt for what is happening in society today. 'I loved the title and I'm happy that it's not some typical show. I am looking for bhavya love from the audience too. The storyline is absolutely relevant in these times … in today's world where confidence is only being slim here, we have our Bhavya who is sweet, beautiful, confident and talented. She stands for herself without fear. We need to boost this confidence in today's youth that talent is more important than looks and they should strive for the right thing … I am absolutely privileged to be a part of this wonderful show,' she says. Talking about body shaming , she says, 'Who doesn't face body shaming these days everyone who is chubby faces it. The important part is that people are aware of this and talk about it. The show is actually associated with issues where being slim is everything. People go to any extent to stay slim. This kind of show is needed in these times.' Sharing more about her role, she says, 'I am playing Priya Jaiswal, the bahu of the family, Rishank's (the lead of the show) aunt. She is mean and insecure and wants to be good to everyone just to have a place in the family. I am sure there will be more colours to my character when the story unfolds. I love playing with this charcoal.' She adds, 'Obviously, I don't relate to the character. She is mean and insecure, unlike me. But yes, I love playing someone, who is not like me, with conviction. It gives me an idea of where I stand as an actor.' Talking about being associated with Sphere Origin, she says, 'I have worked with them briefly before on a project and my experience then and now has been wonderful. They are professionals and so am I … so I think it's gonna be a long association I hope and I wish.' Bhavana fights all the odds to support her family
