Live music: 9 Charlotte concerts in April, including Tyga and Tuck Fest
Charlotte live music fans, here's a quick list of the nine biggest concerts coming to the city in April. Editor's note: This is not a comprehensive list of all concerts coming here this month. For shows that are sold out, you can check to see if there are resale tickets available. April 2: Anberlin This alt-rock band is bringing its 20th-anniversary tour to Charlotte. Headliner Copeland will perform their album "In Motion" in its entirety. Location: Neighborhood Theatre Time: 7pm Tickets: $42+ April 9: Awolnation Best known for their hit song "Sail," Awolnation combines electronic elements with rock. April 10: Trey Songz, Omarion and Bow Wow Get ready to jam to some throwbacks. The Millennium Tour brings together some of the biggest names in R&B and hip-hop from the early 2000s, including headliners Trey Songz, Omarion and Bow Wow, plus the Ying Yang Twins, Plies, Boosie, Ray J, Sammi, Bobby V, Pleasure P, Nivea and special guest Rock Ross. 7 Charlotte festivals to check out this spring
Charlotte has come out of hibernation, and with it, festival season has sprung. Driving the news: No Man's Land, a festival celebrating women and women entrepreneurs, is taking place along Camden Road in South End from 11am-5pm today. It's free to attend. Here are several other local spring festivals to get on your radar. March March 27-April 6: Charlotte Spring Fair at Route 29 Pavilion in Concord.
