Benjamin Alves unearths photos from Twilight-inspired shoot with Alden Richards, Tippy Dos Santos

Benjamin Alves just unearthed a throwback photo with Alden Richards and Tippy Dos Santos channeling their inner Jacob Black, Edward Cullen, and Bella Swan from the "Twilight" films! On Instagram, the Kapuso actor hopped on Cristopher Diwata's iconic "What hafen, Vella?" trend by sharing some snaps from the Twilight-inspired shoot photographed by Andrew Apuya years ago. In the photos recreating the movie poster for "Twilight: New Moon," Benjamin and Tippy were facing each other while Alden, who was sporting a vampire makeup, stood behind them, creating the impression of a love triangle. "What hafen Vela? I know, Alden ryt?" Benjamin wrote, referencing Cristopher's iconic line. In the comment section, fellow celebrities such as Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos can't help but poke fun at his post. Even Tippy herself joined the fun train commenting "Oh my gosh." In 2013, Cristopher joined the "It's Showtime" segment "Kalokalike" as Taylor Lautner's "Twilight" character, Jacob Black. Over a decade later, Cristopher went viral again and stamped his place in the Philippine internet's hall of fame for memes. TikTok users and even celebrities such have been dubbing and recreating his iconic lines: "What hafen, Vella? Why you cryin' again? I know, vampire, right? Vampire will feyt to me." Since then, Cristopher has collaborated with several brands and Filipino artists, such as Ben&Ben, SB19, Sparkle stars Michael Sager and Barbie Forteza, "Unang Hirit" host Anjo Petierra and food content creator Abi Marquez a.k.a Lumpia Queen.

You can book Bella Swan's ‘Twilight' house on Airbnb — but there's an annoying catch

Here's a rental you can really sink your teeth into. The home of the iconic 'Twilight' heroine Bella Swan is bookable on the vacation rental website Airbnb. The exterior and interior of the whitewashed 1930s home in St. Helens, Oregon, served as the residence of shy high-schooler Bella Swan throughout the iconic 'Twilight' saga. The four-film franchise launched the careers of Kristen Stewart as Bella and Robert Pattinson as the 104-year-old vampire Edward Cullen. 10 The iconic home resides in a quiet neighborhood in St. Helens, Oregon. Airbnb 10 The 1930s abode featured heavily in the film, often alongside Bella's red pick-up truck. Summit Entertainment 10 The 'Twilight' films launched the careers of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart (above). ANDREW COOPER The five-bedroom home, dubbed the 'Twilight Swan House,' can accommodate up to eight guests, according to the listing. The popular getaway has amassed 580 reviews and an impressive 4.99-star rating. 'My family and I spent Christmas there and it will be the most memorable Christmas ever!' wrote one former guest. 'Our 3rd stay at the Twilight Swan House, and it's just like the first and second time. Perfect,' share another. It's clear that the rental's runaway popularity isn't because of the nearby historic riverfront, nor its convenient proximity to Portland. The home's owner appears to have put their heart and soul into making the rental a dream come true for 'Twilight' diehards. 10 The kitchen features green cabinets and the original table seen in several 'Twilight' scenes. Everett Collection / Everett Col The house, which Bella shared with her divorced police-chief father, Charlie, played by Billy Burke, is filled with memorabilia from the films. Guests can enjoy dinner at Charlie Swan's actual dining table, where he cocked his shotgun before meeting his daughter's vampiric date. They can sleep in Bella's moody teenage bedroom, where Edward spent long, creepy nights watching her sleep. The listing photos boast movie-accurate purple floral bedding and even recreations of wall art just barely glimpsed in background shots of the film. 10 The Airbnb's most eye-catching room is Bella's bedroom, featuring the character's familiar purple bedding. Airbnb 10 Bella arrives at the home in the 2008 film 'Twilight.' Summit Entertainment 10 An additional bedroom features a life-sized cutout of Bella Swan. Airbnb 10 The 'Jacob Black guest room' is located downstairs and includes a cutout of actor Taylor Lautner in character. Airbnb Upstairs, a 'lookout' room window overlooks the front yard — the same window through which Bella spied Edward parked with his shiny silver Volvo. The rental even caters to members of 'Team Jacob.' A downstairs bedroom, dubbed the 'Jacob Black guest room,' featuring a cardboard cutout of 'New Moon'-era Jacob, played by Taylor Lautner. Unfortunately for all of the 'Twihards' out there, the rental comes with a huge catch. The ''Twilight Swan House' appears to be booked out on Airbnb until April 2027.

Taylor Lautner Publicly Defended Selena Gomez After Her SAG Awards Appearance Sadly Resulted In Disgusting Discourse Around Her Weight

Taylor Lautner has taken to social media to chime in on an ongoing conversation surrounding speculation about Selena Gomez's weight. In case you didn't know, Taylor and Selena dated briefly back in 2009, when Taylor was filming Twilight: New Moon, and Selena was filming Ramona and Beezus. Speaking to Seventeen back then, Selena called their fling 'fun,' but confirmed that the two split because of media attention, saying, 'I knew he had paparazzi following him and I had paparazzi following me. People were getting a little crazy about us.' Following her recent appearance at the SAG Awards, Selena — who is now happily engaged to Benny Blanco — has sadly been the subject of a ton of online scrutiny around her weight. On Feb. 24, Glamour published an opinion piece titled, 'It's Okay to Feel Hurt When Celebrities Lose Weight—but Let's Unpack It,' with the title image being of Selena. The article stated that criticism of celebrities' weight loss was ultimately contributing to the unfair judgment of people without accounting for what may or may not be going on in their lives. The writer, Alex Light, said, 'If we want body neutrality—which I know I do!—we must give women the freedom to make decisions about their bodies without judgment.' The following day, The View co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin agreed with the article's statements about celebrities' boundaries and defended Selena against the speculation occurring. 'Why look to a complete stranger for inspiration?' asked Sunny. 'You don't know what's going on in that person's life. Selena Gomez suffers from lupus, so weight is a part of that condition. And so she may have lost this weight for her health condition.' 'And it's none of your business!' Whoopi added enthusiastically, before continuing on to explain that celebrities' choices were nobody's decision but their own. And yesterday, Selena's ex Taylor posted a statement on Instagram echoing the sentiment. Sharing a side-by-side photoset of Selena, he wrote a lengthy message asking people to be 'a little bit nicer.' Frazer Harrison / Getty Images, Frazer Harrison / WireImage The images Taylor shared showed Selena in 2024 and 2025, alongside contrasting — but equally disgusting — comments made about her weight in either photo. One comment read, 'Really not to be mean, but it's tjme for Ozempic,' while another from a year later said, 'She looked better thicc.' Under the images, Taylor wrote, 'It's a cruel world full of hate out there. You can never please everyone nor should you have to. In my experience it doesn't make the words sting less, it just refocuses you onto what matters.' He continued, saying, 'And it sure isn't the shape, color, or appearance of your body. Daily reminder to all of us to not forget how beautiful you are inside and out.' He then reminded people to 'be a little bit nicer,' and added the 2011 Selena Gomez & The Scene song 'Who Says' to the post, which fans will remember was all about loving yourself for who you are. Fans online have since called Taylor a 'green flag,' with one person saying that, 'This is the kind of ex that Selena deserves.' Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. Stranger Things star admits ‘dead serious' struggle from filming scenes

You might think that starring in Stranger Things would come with its pressures considering it's one of Netflix 's biggest ever shows. But for one actor, the stress reached a peak before their episodes were broadcast. Jamie Campbell Bower, whose credits include Twilight: New Moon and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I, won legions of new fans as the villainous Vecna in season four of Netflix hit Stranger Things. The British star has now revealed that getting into the mindset of the evil character became a point of topic with his therapist. People reported the actor, 36, as saying at a MegaCon Orlando fan event: 'We were going through some stuff, and he was like, 'We really need to make sure that you carve out time for you whenever you're working next.' 'I turned around to him, and I was like, 'Yeah, to be honest with you, man, I just don't think I'll be doing another bad guy for a minute.' Like it f***s me up. I'm dead serious.' Bower said his time on the show, which has now completed production for good, has 'been amazing' and 'an incredible journey'. He will appear in the forthcoming final season, which was in production for a whole year and is set to start in November. 'It's something that so many people love and something that I loved as well and still love,' he continued, adding: 'But I definitely am ready to hang up the foam latex and wish him a slippery farewell.' Bower spent up to eight hours a day applying make-up while portraying Vecna on the show. In an interview with make-up designer Barrie Gower said: 'It was about an eight-and-a-half hour process, that first time with Jamie, from start to finish.' While they eventually managed to streamline the process, it apparently still took an average of seven hours to transform Bower into his monstrous form. 'I think we got it down to about six hours and 20 odd minutes,' Gower said. 'That was our record. But it averaged about seven hours, I think. Something like that. 'The actual application process, it was a well-orchestrated dance. It was the four of us, applying his makeup. And we would be doing this kind of dance around him. Somebody had to be at a certain place at a certain time. 'It was a marathon every day, but he was incredible,' he added. 'We never once had a complaint from Jamie.' Bower previously opened up about his journey with addiction that 'got so bad' that he 'ended up in a hospital for mental health' in 2010. In 2022, he shared a post celebrating almost eight years of sobriety.
