Al-Hawwa Iman, Al-Taqwa & Al-Nasr complete semi-finals of "Faith Identity " volleyball Championship
Sana'a - Saba: The teams of Al-Hawwa Iman, Al-Taqwa and Al-Nasr completed the contract of the teams that qualified for the semi-final round of the Identity of Faith Volleyball Championship, organized by the Steering Committee of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation, sponsored by the Ministry of Youth, and supported by Kamran Company for Industry and Investment and Yemen Mobile. The three teams qualified after winning on Wednesday in their last matches on the final day of the group stage in the presence of Walid Faye, head of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation's Steering Committee, in the presence of the Yemeni General Volleyball Federation. The Iman identity team, led by its brilliant players Kamal Al-Sanhani and Ghamdan Al-Zubairi, managed to beat the Iman Yaman team, led by its creative player Mohammed Al-Himi, with two unanswered goals of 25/21 and 25/15. Wa'ad team is first semi-finalist in volleyball Championship
Jawf - Saba: The team of Wa'ad Al-Akhira reached the golden square of the "Faith Identity" volleyball Championship, organized by the steering committee of the Yemeni General Federation for Volleyball, sponsored by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and supported by Kamran for Industry and Investment and Yemen Mobile. The team qualified for the square with a valuable victory in its second match against Nour Al-Risalah team with two unanswered goals, 25/21 and 25/23, for the second group. In an exciting match in the same group, Al-Nasr team won a hard-fought victory over Al-Fath by two halves to one, where the first half was won 27/25, before Al-Fath won the second half 26/24, but Al-Nasr came back in the third half and won it with a score of 15/12. Thus, the competition for the two qualification cards for this group intensified after Al-Hawiya Al-Imaniya team topped the group with five points, followed by Al-Hikma Al-Yamania with four points, then Al-Taqwa third with three points, while Al-Iman Yaman finished last in the group with no points. Launch of "Identity of Faith" volleyball championship in Sana'a
Sana'a - Saba: The "Identity of Faith" volleyball championship, organized by the Steering Committee of the General Volleyball Federation under the supervision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and with the support of Kamaran and Yemen Mobile, will start tomorrow, Monday. The tournament lasts five days at the Sam Entertainment Club in Sana'a, with the participation of 80 players representing eight teams. The head of the committee, Walid Faye, explained that the tournament is the first activity of the committee after its formation, and aims to revitalize volleyball in Yemen. Today, Sunday, the technical meeting of the tournament was held, where the regulations were discussed and the teams were divided into two groups: The first group: identity, faith, the promise of the hereafter, the light of the message. The second group: piety, conquest, wisdom, victory. The first and second of each group qualify for the semi-finals according to the "scissors" system, with the two winners qualifying for the final.
