Ashley Roberts flashes her sunburnt bum in thong bikini as she enjoys scorching holiday

ASHLEY Roberts looked red hot in a thong bikini in Turkey - as she flashed her sunburnt bum. The Pussycat Doll shared a video of her scored bum on Instagram after frying in her bikini. 5 5 Ashley, 43, sizzled in the blue two-piece as she revealed she'd spent too much time on the beach. The singer joked she is "too hot to handle" as she posted the video to her 718k followers. Ashley turned around and lifted the strap of her bottoms to show off her natural pale skin, in comparison to her very red bum cheeks. The star told fans: "Day one, I never learn." It was clearly making Ashley feel worse for wear, as she groaned in pain: "Ahh cheeks. Ouch!" Ashley took a well earned summer holiday with a friend after celebrating the release of her new book, Breathwork: Techniques for better mental, emotional and physical health. While promoting the book she opened up about her wellness journey, and revealed being in The Pussycat Dolls made her "really, really sick". The Don't Cha hitmakers became one of the most successfull girl groups of all time after their debut album in 2005. But Ashley said she was left with arthritis, shingles, eczema, stomach ulcers, and extreme headaches because of their lifestyle in the band, and she was eventually admitted to hospital. 'I remember being on stage in New York with the crowd singing back the lyrics and thinking, 'Oh, this is really happening.' It was a fast, extreme rocket ship,' she told The Times. Ashley Roberts risks flashing fans as she drops to the floor and rolls around in tiny mini-skirt 'There were no discussions around, 'How is your mental health?' It was a different era. Now, artists are coming forward to talk about their struggles and concerts are rejigged. 'I remember once we were in three countries in one day. Eventually, my body just got to the point of shutdown. I was really, really sick.' Ashley continued: 'I remember saying [in the hospital], 'I need to get on a flight to Germany. I've got a show to do. You gotta give me something.' That was the mentality. 'I was having extreme headaches, being sick. 'They found viral arthritis in my knee. I couldn't do anything really. 'But that was my drive. And then when I finally got out of the Dolls [in 2010], I had eczema all over my legs, shingles across my face and a stomach ulcer. 'An acupuncturist told me then, 'If you don't scream, your body's gonna scream for you.'" She has since discovered breathing practices have helped her to 'understand how my body feels around certain people.' She said: 'My foundation is stronger. I'm not saying I'm some kind of guru, or that I've got a certificate saying I've got everything figured out. If anything, it's the opposite. But I do feel better.' 5 5

Ashley Roberts flashes her sunburnt bottom as she admits she 'never learns' during sun-soaked Turkey holiday

flashed her sunburnt bottom in a cheeky Instagram video on Tuesday as she enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway in Turkey. The former Pussycat Doll singer, admitted she 'never learns' as she missed to put on enough sunscreen while soaking up the sun at the beach. Ashley shared a mirror video on her Stories wearing a skimpy blue bikini as she turned displaying her red bottom. The radio presenter joked she is ' Too hot to handle?!' as she moved her bikini bottoms revealing the burn and flashing her lower back tattoo. She said: 'Day one and I never learn, ouch!' Earlier in the day, Ashley cooled off from the sun as she paddled in the ocean while staying at the 4-star Yazz Collective hotel. It comes after Ashley opened up to the Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her. She told Mail columnist Bryony Gordon how being forced to give up dancing - and discovering breathwork - pulled her back from the brink of a mental breakdown. The performer was only 22 years old when she joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, eventually moving to London from Los Angeles after their split in 2010. Ashley's new book transforms the hard-won lessons from her difficult past into practical techniques for improving mental and physical health. 'My body was literally shutting down', Ashley told the podcast. 'The Dolls were in London doing a show. I was sat in my hotel room and all of a sudden, I had this extreme headache. 'The pain was unreal. I also felt really sick. We were supposed to do a show in Germany the next day, so I called my manager - who told me to go to the hospital. 'The doctors thought I'd had a brain aneurysm. When I went to have an MRI, my knee locked up and that was viral arthritis entering my body. 'My mentality at the time was all about making it to the next show – but that was the moment I remember thinking, "What's going on here? I need to take a second because this isn't cool".' Ashley revealed how the cutthroat music industry had instilled a toxic work ethic that was destroying her health. 'The early 2000s was a whole different era honey', the performer told Bryony. 'No one ever spoke about mental health or the importance of checking in. 'I am grateful there has been a shift – people cancelling shows now when they need to look after themselves. 'I felt I was weak. It was instilled in us from a young age that we were interchangeable. 'There was a pressure of like, if you don't show up, who knows what might happen? 'I grew up in the dance world and there is still an attitude of – if you break your toe, you need to keep going. Your mind is programmed to think: the show must go on. It comes after Ashley opened up to the Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast (pictured) about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her 'In the end, I had to take some time off. It was a viral infection with extreme side effects – what was probably a manifestation of being so rundown.' Following The Pussycat Dolls' split in 2010, Ashley began building her career in the UK, finishing as runner-up on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2012. After making the move to London permanent, the Heart Radio presenter told Bryony how feeling 'spiritually lost' in her new home led her to discover breathwork - her second great love after music. 'After the Dolls, I stopped dancing completely', Ashley said. 'Being in a pop group for so long, I just shut all that down and wanted to go in a different direction.' It was then she found breathwork: 'It created this sense of calm that I can't explain. 'I always felt this chaos internally and suddenly, for a few moments, it felt like I wasn't battling it anymore. 'I didn't quite realise how then how great a tool it would be in helping me process life. 'When my dad died, that ability to reflect gave me the motivation to stay strong – and I want to share that.'

Lauren Goodger displays her sunburnt boobs in plunging bikini top as she flogs games to fans in her garden after sharing surgery regrets

Lauren Goodger displayed her sunburnt boobs in a plunging bikini top as she flogged a series of games to her fans in her garden. The reality star, 38, has been making the most of the UK heatwave by stripping off and relaxing in the sun - after sharing that she has 'ruined her looks with surgery'. Taking to her Instagram on Tuesday, she put up a Story where she was visibly sunburnt on her chest. She was wearing a cream and khaki bikini and full glam whilst enjoying the weather. Lauren, who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex in 2010, told her fans about a series of cash-grabbing games which can earn them up to £80. She admitted she spends a lot of time 'pointlessly scrolling', but fortunately there's actually a benefit that comes with it. Speaking to her followers, Lauren said: 'Hi guys, if you're like me and just waste loads of time scrolling on pointless apps, well then this is for you. 'You can earn up to £80 just by playing games. There's over three million subscribers and it's all over Trustpilot, it's completely trusted.' Lauren then encouraged her fans to sign up by sharing the link in her post. The telly personality seems to be embracing self-love just weeks after admitting that she thinks she has 'ruined her looks' with plastic surgery. Earlier this year, she revealed her plans to have her breast and bum implants removed this year. And speaking to The Sun, Lauren admitted the surgery she has undergone has left her thinking her body looks 'abnormal'. Lauren said she thinks her 'massive boobs and bum' have made her look bigger than she actually is and shared her plans to look like her old self again. The reality star expressed regret about getting the work done and insisted she plans to have all of it removed or reversed. Lauren said: 'I've ruined my looks with surgery - I hate my fake boobs and bum now. 'I feel like my body looks abnormal - I don't need these massive boobs and massive bum. She added: 'When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see is lumps and bumps everywhere.' In May, Lauren revealed she is having her 'heavy' breast implants removed and can't wait to go back to a 'natural look'. She admitted her breast were 'perfect' before although now they simply 'make her look big' while opening up about her breast-reduction journey on Instagram. After years of desperately wanting to get her cosmetic surgery reversed, Lauren revealed she had finally plucked up the courage to put plans in place for later this year. Sharing her plans in an exclusive interview with Daily Mail, she said: 'I was terrified [of getting it done] which is what I'm working on, I'm working on that. 'I've delayed it for a year now. I was meant to get the implants out and I want them out because that will transform me. 'It's not even about my weight, it's more my boobs and bum. If I could get rid of them I'd feel and look so much better.'
