Ashley Roberts flashes her sunburnt bottom as she admits she 'never learns' during sun-soaked Turkey holiday

Daily Maila day ago
flashed her sunburnt bottom in a cheeky Instagram video on Tuesday as she enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway in Turkey.
The former Pussycat Doll singer, admitted she 'never learns' as she missed to put on enough sunscreen while soaking up the sun at the beach.
Ashley shared a mirror video on her Stories wearing a skimpy blue bikini as she turned displaying her red bottom.
The radio presenter joked she is ' Too hot to handle?!' as she moved her bikini bottoms revealing the burn and flashing her lower back tattoo.
She said: 'Day one and I never learn, ouch!'
Earlier in the day, Ashley cooled off from the sun as she paddled in the ocean while staying at the 4-star Yazz Collective hotel.
It comes after Ashley opened up to the Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her.
She told Mail columnist Bryony Gordon how being forced to give up dancing - and discovering breathwork - pulled her back from the brink of a mental breakdown.
The performer was only 22 years old when she joined The Pussycat Dolls in 2003, eventually moving to London from Los Angeles after their split in 2010.
Ashley's new book transforms the hard-won lessons from her difficult past into practical techniques for improving mental and physical health.
'My body was literally shutting down', Ashley told the podcast.
'The Dolls were in London doing a show. I was sat in my hotel room and all of a sudden, I had this extreme headache.
'The pain was unreal. I also felt really sick. We were supposed to do a show in Germany the next day, so I called my manager - who told me to go to the hospital.
'The doctors thought I'd had a brain aneurysm. When I went to have an MRI, my knee locked up and that was viral arthritis entering my body.
'My mentality at the time was all about making it to the next show – but that was the moment I remember thinking, "What's going on here? I need to take a second because this isn't cool".'
Ashley revealed how the cutthroat music industry had instilled a toxic work ethic that was destroying her health.
'The early 2000s was a whole different era honey', the performer told Bryony.
'No one ever spoke about mental health or the importance of checking in.
'I am grateful there has been a shift – people cancelling shows now when they need to look after themselves.
'I felt I was weak. It was instilled in us from a young age that we were interchangeable.
'There was a pressure of like, if you don't show up, who knows what might happen?
'I grew up in the dance world and there is still an attitude of – if you break your toe, you need to keep going. Your mind is programmed to think: the show must go on.
It comes after Ashley opened up to the Mail's The Life of Bryony Podcast (pictured) about other aspects of the devastating toll her time in the music industry had on her
'In the end, I had to take some time off. It was a viral infection with extreme side effects – what was probably a manifestation of being so rundown.'
Following The Pussycat Dolls' split in 2010, Ashley began building her career in the UK, finishing as runner-up on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2012.
After making the move to London permanent, the Heart Radio presenter told Bryony how feeling 'spiritually lost' in her new home led her to discover breathwork - her second great love after music.
'After the Dolls, I stopped dancing completely', Ashley said.
'Being in a pop group for so long, I just shut all that down and wanted to go in a different direction.'
It was then she found breathwork: 'It created this sense of calm that I can't explain.
'I always felt this chaos internally and suddenly, for a few moments, it felt like I wasn't battling it anymore.
'I didn't quite realise how then how great a tool it would be in helping me process life.
'When my dad died, that ability to reflect gave me the motivation to stay strong – and I want to share that.'

Lil Tay issues $60million boxing fight call-out to rival Sophie Rain

The 18-year-old influencer wants to settle the score with Rain, but it appears that the OnlyFans star wants nothing to do with the fellow content creator Influencer Lil Tay has called out OnlyFans star Sophie Rain to a stunning $60million boxing showdown. ‌ It comes after Tay - real name Claire Hope - made her debut on the adult content platform. The 18-year-old has since made quite the name for herself, but left fans stunned after calling for a boxing fight with rival Rain. ‌ Earlier this week, Hope uploaded a fiery post to social media, targeting the Bop House founder and OnlyFans top earner. Neither have any in-the-ring experience whatsoever, but it seems as if Tay is desperate to settle their bitter rivalry inside the squared-circle. ‌ Tay - who became an internet sensation at the age of nine - said to her millions of followers on Instagram: "Sophie Rain, $60 million is what I have for you to fight me in a boxing match. You're about that money, right? Well this is more money than you've ever made off that crusty, dusty, boomer a** life. So put on the gloves and fight me." Hope went on to add that a potential dust-up would be a chance for the OnlyFans star to meet her 'idol in the ring.' She continued: "And don't pretend you're above it all just because you're scared I'm gonna beat the brakes off of you. I'm ready for you. I've been training, I've been doing spicy boxing training sessions, workouts." The 18-year-old revealed she was going to tell her manager and lawyers to draft up a contract about getting her and Rain in the ring. Over the years, several OnlyFans content creators have made the switch to boxing, including Elle Brooke. And while a potential clash between Tay and Rain would attract a wide range of viewers, the latter seemingly wants nothing to do with Hope. The Bop House founder was eager to respond to Tay's call-out and did not hold back in her assessment of the OnlyFans star. Rain is seemingly bored with going back-and-forth with her rival, telling TMZ that it is nothing but 'fake drama' from someone who has been 'irrelevant since middle school.' She said: "Lil Tay's been falling off for years, now she's making up fake drama just to stay relevant. It's giving desperation. If you have to invent beef to get views, maybe it's time to log off." Rain added: 'Calling me out won't bring her clout back. That ship sailed a long time ago. I built my platform on consistency and hard work, not manufactured internet theatrics. The only ring I'm interested in is the one that pays me to work, not play pretend.'
