Ashley, 43, sizzled in the blue two-piece as she revealed she'd spent too much time on the beach.
The singer joked she is "too hot to handle" as she posted the video to her 718k followers.
Ashley turned around and lifted the strap of her bottoms to show off her natural pale skin, in comparison to her very red bum cheeks.
The star told fans: "Day one, I never learn."
It was clearly making Ashley feel worse for wear, as she groaned in pain: "Ahh cheeks. Ouch!"
Ashley took a well earned summer holiday with a friend after celebrating the release of her new book, Breathwork: Techniques for better mental, emotional and physical health.
While promoting the book she opened up about her wellness journey, and revealed being in The Pussycat Dolls made her "really, really sick".
The Don't Cha hitmakers became one of the most successfull girl groups of all time after their debut album in 2005.
But Ashley said she was left with arthritis, shingles, eczema, stomach ulcers, and extreme headaches because of their lifestyle in the band, and she was eventually admitted to hospital.
'I remember being on stage in New York with the crowd singing back the lyrics and thinking, 'Oh, this is really happening.' It was a fast, extreme rocket ship,' she told The Times.
Ashley Roberts risks flashing fans as she drops to the floor and rolls around in tiny mini-skirt
'There were no discussions around, 'How is your mental health?' It was a different era. Now, artists are coming forward to talk about their struggles and concerts are rejigged.
'I remember once we were in three countries in one day. Eventually, my body just got to the point of shutdown. I was really, really sick.'
Ashley continued: 'I remember saying [in the hospital], 'I need to get on a flight to Germany. I've got a show to do. You gotta give me something.' That was the mentality.
'I was having extreme headaches, being sick.
'They found viral arthritis in my knee. I couldn't do anything really.
'But that was my drive. And then when I finally got out of the Dolls [in 2010], I had eczema all over my legs, shingles across my face and a stomach ulcer.
'An acupuncturist told me then, 'If you don't scream, your body's gonna scream for you.'"
She has since discovered breathing practices have helped her to 'understand how my body feels around certain people.'
She said: 'My foundation is stronger. I'm not saying I'm some kind of guru, or that I've got a certificate saying I've got everything figured out. If anything, it's the opposite. But I do feel better.'

EastEnders' Natalie Cassidy looks slimmer than ever as she strips off to a bikini on luxury family holiday
NATALIE Cassidy stripped to a palm tree print bikini as she kicked back and relaxed on an idyllic family holiday. The former EastEnders actress, 42, showed off her toned figure in the matching green and cream two-piece, which she paired with a straw hat during her Crete getaway. 6 6 6 Natalie, who played Sonia Fowler in the BBC One soap, looked blissfully relaxed as she stretched out on a hammock, dipping her toe into the private pool below. She read her book as she soaked up the sunshine on what she hailed as "10 days of pure family time." In her gallery, posted to Instagram, Natalie also showcased her toned look as she posed in a brown sun dress with her fiance Marc Humphreys. Other snaps captured them playing card game UNO as they enjoyed drinks in the evening as well as sea swims and tasty Greek food. Natalie and Marc were seen enjoying a hug as they stood in the pool before they were joined by their daughter. In her cheery caption, she wrote: "Crete. 10 days of pure family time. "UNO, clear seas, gorgeous people and beautiful food. I love you all so much and feel so blessed." The screen star then emphasised: "NOT AN AD AT ALL NO DISCOUNTS NO NOTHING but thank you to @oliverstravels as the villa and everything about this break were fabulous. Would recommend them for a trip." TOWIE 's Jess Wright was quick to write: "Love it Nat." Dianne Parish then wrote: "You're all flipping gorgeous," as Patsy Palmer added a series of red love hearts. EastEnders' Natalie Cassidy claims huge pop star used to BULLY her at school and reveals awkward confrontation One fan then gushed: "Bloody gorgeous pics well deserved break for you all." Another posted: "You look beautiful Natalie, you just can't beat family time in the sun, esp with lots of games of UNO xxx" One then added: "Beautiful family. Your daughter is a mini version of you Natalie." Just last month, she looked unrecognisable from her soap character as she glammed up for an event. EastEnders stars who QUIT MICHELLE Collins has seen her second EastEnders stint boost her bank balance. Yet what stars have quit this year? The Sun exclusively reported how Michelle, 62, was down to £20,000 in her company accounts when she agreed to a shock back-from-the-dead return to Albert Square last year. Her character, Cindy Beale, was presumed dead off-camera in 1998. Yet what about the 2024 exits? Earlier this summer, loyal soap fans appeared to note how Stevie Mitchell had "quit" the long-running series. It came after Alan Ford enjoyed just six-months on-screen. Bobby Beale actor Clay Milner Russell also left this year after five years in Walford. Fans also feared Martin Fowler actor James Bye would "quit out of boredom" over recent storylines. Additionally, a host of stars have quit the BBC soap for Hollywood fame. One of the most successful stars to come from the BBC One soap is Rob Kazinsky. He played Stacey Slater's brother Sean Slater from 2006 to 2009, he has starred in Hollywood blockbusters Pacific Rim and Captain Marvel. Ben Hardy, who quit EastEnders as Bobby Beale almost a decade ago, went on to break Hollywood the following year, when he starred as Archangel in X-Men: Apocalypse. Since then, he has played Roger Taylor in Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, and he starred in Michael Bay 's Netflix movie 6 Underground. Michelle Ryan played Zoe Slater until 2005. She starred as the lead in short-lived American series Bionic Woman from 2007 to 2008. Natalie was a familiar fan favourite on the BBC One soap until her exit in April after a 32-year stint. She has spoken openly about her weight loss battles and admitted she was offered a bumper pay cheque to release two weight loss DVDs in 2007. Yet after pocketing £100,000 to lose four stone - she put it straight back on. Just last year, Natalie was forced to deny she used diet pills to lose weight. OPENING UP She recently spoke about her marriage to former fiance Adam Cottrell and his relationship with his daughter. Natalie got engaged to the transport manager from Bristol in 2010, but split a year later. During their relationship, Adam was charged with assaulting her and received 120 hours of community service. Natalie later reconciled with him for a brief time as she tried to make it work for the sake of their child Eliza, who they welcomed back in 2010. Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast Life With Nat, the actress was joined by her aunt Linny, where she admitted her relationship with her ex "wasn't a happy one". Discussing her parenting, mum-of-two Natalie said: "We don't raise them the same, of course we don't..." She told her aunt: 'It's a cementing of your marriage, or your life... it's everything… but I didn't have that experience. "I was in a relationship, it wasn't a happy one. "Eliza was my absolute life, but the experience that came with it wasn't a nice one." In 2014, Natalie started a relationship with Marc. They got engaged in 2015 and welcomed their first child Joanie Elizabeth into the world in 2016. 6 6 6

‘For crying out loud' fume shoppers as chocolate advent calendar ALREADY on shelves at UK supermarket
DESPITE the UK basking in glorious sunshine and with still plenty of time left of August, some shops are sneaking in early Christmas treats. Fed-up shoppers took to social media to name and shame one supermarket after noticing an Advent calendar on its shelves. The shop in the firing line is B&M, after a photo of the Guylian countdown treat was shared on New Foods UK's Facebook. "For crying out loud, it is only August! Some of us haven't had our summer holiday yet," one moaned, adding angry-face emojis. Another pointed out: "The way the chocolate is going in b&m during this heat, I would hate to think what it would be like in Dec!" "It's bloody August!" a third echoed. "Can't we just enjoy summer? We'll have months of this to come," argued a forth. But not everyone was annoyed by the bargain retailers forward thinking. One person tagged her husband and wrote: "Please do not pass by this in B&M without buying me one!!" Another tagged a friend and said: "Get looking early. I'd like one of these please." The £12 calendar is filled with three different flavours of the iconic Belgian chocolates. From December 1 to 24, behind each door is a milk truffle, original seashell, or salted caramel delight. And it's not just Advent calendars that the bargain store is flogging. Another picture of seasonal goodies was shared on Dansway Gifts and Bargains UK Facebook Group. "Festive Chocolate Selection Boxes are BACK at B&M," one shopper wrote. "A few we found whilst in store today, there's lots of other Christmas chocolate to choose from!" But one disappointed customer penned: "We've not even finished summer yet or had Halloween. "I swear Christmas gets earlier and earlier every year, makes you wonder how long these chocolates sit there before we buy and save for Christmas." Another added: "Too soon for Christmas but I'd still scoff them." While it may feel premature to start stocking up on Christmas treats, bargain hunters often bag better deals in the off-season. In fact, one expert has shared why now is the ideal time to buy your festive decorations, and where to buy them. 2 Why B&M is so good for bargains SENIOR Digital Writer, Abby Wilson, who loves a shopping trip to B&M, has shared her thoughts on why the chain is the place to go for bargain buys... WE all love B&M (especially me). It's a one-stop-shop where you can nab all things from gardenware and homeware, to snacks and cleaning supplies. Not only do we love the variety B&M offers (because after all, who can be bothered to go to five different shops anymore?!), but the prices are brilliant too. If you're on a budget, B&M is definitely worth vising - as it's full of cheap bargain buys. Not only will you find affordable items, but B&M is full of dupes too - so if you're after beauty buys without the designer price tag, you'll need to take a trip. Similar to this, the chain are eager to get on trends - so if you see something in H&M Home but are on a budget and can't justify the price, give it a few weeks and you'll probably spot something similar on the shelves in your local B&M.

Romeo Beckham shares photos of himself with sister Harper on their yacht in St Tropez- amid family feud with estranged brother Brooklyn
Romeo Beckham shared some photos of himself with his sister Harper on Saturday from their family holiday St Tropez. The footballer, 22, gave an insight into their summer jaunt on board their parents' £16 million yacht which took place while Brooklyn was renewing his vows thousands of miles away in the US - with no family in attendance. Romeo, 22, joined his parents David, 50, and Victoria, 51, on the trip as well as siblings Harper, 14, and Cruz, 20. Posing for a photo with his sister, he went shirtless as he posed on his parents boat while Harper sat next to him. Other photos showed Romeo as he got in the driving seat and enjoyed a wakeboarding session. Elsewhere, his brother Brooklyn, 26, and his wife Nicola Peltz, 31, said 'I do' for a second time on August 2 in Westchester County in front of her family, with the Beckham clan nowhere in sight amid their ongoing 'feud'. He did however, spend the week before in the same location with his wife Nicola and his in-laws, but left before the Beckhams arrived. Brooklyn and Nicola, who first wed in 2022, failed to invite any members of Brooklyn's family, with reports David and Victoria heartbreakingly found out about their big day after reading about it on a US website. It's a stark contrast to Nicola's family, who had key roles at the second wedding, with her father Nelson, 83, officiating, wearing her mother Claudia's, 70, vintage wedding gown and letting her parents take centre stage once again at the after party. Brooklyn's family has been in turmoil in recent months as it has been claimed he has become increasingly estranged from his parents after failing to attend any of his father David's 50th birthday celebrations in May. The lack of Beckham presence at Brooklyn's vow renewal is the latest sign Brooklyn and Nicola have washed their hands with his family - with many indications seemingly marking Brooklyn's intentions to quit Brand Beckham for good. The Beckhams were said to be upset by the Peltzes during Brooklyn and Nicola's first wedding in 2022, as they felt they were taking over the wedding. The two families have not reunited since and Nicola has rarely been pictured with the Beckhams. A clear sign Brooklyn and Nicola have washed their hands with his family is that fact that none of the Beckham's were invited to the low-key ceremony. His brother Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz said 'I do' for a second time on August 2 in Westchester County in front of her family, with the Beckham clan nowhere in sight A source told The Sun: 'This was the final kick in the teeth for David and Victoria. Seeing Nelson having such a pivotal role at the ceremony was heartbreaking for David especially. Not one member of the 30-plus extended family knew about the wedding, or were invited.' The source added: 'His grandparents are devastated too as Brooklyn has always been so close to them.' 'It feels cruel and spiteful. This is no longer a game. It has gone beyond all that. This is a family who feel they have lost their precious boy - and see no way back. 'Honestly, they are now questioning why he even wants to keep the 'Beckham' surname - will he revert to Peltz? August 2nd 2025 - is this the day Brooklyn formally declared himself no longer a part of the Beckham family? It certainly feels like it.' Even at their butterfly-themed afterparty, it appears not one of Brooklyn's childhood friends and family was in attendance - making for a glaring signal that Brooklyn has quit both his family and former life altogether. Daily Mail contacted Brooklyn, Nicola and the Beckhams' representatives for comment at the time. Brooklyn's family's feelings towards their vow renewal could suggest why none of his relatives were on the invite list. However, Victoria, David and their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, were said to have only found out about Brooklyn's big day after reading about it on a US website.
