A tractor-trailer crash on the Mass. Pike east in Charlton slowed traffic on the highway and in surrounding towns for hours Thursday morning. State troopers responded to the two-car crash on I-90 around 7 a.m., Massachusetts State Police said in an email Thursday afternoon.
