The 27-year-old Australian influencer, who uses they/them pronouns, shared an Instagram Stories post on Monday and admitted to feeling 'under the weather' both physically and mentally.
Kath, who officially parted company with JoJo in April, also confessed to experiencing 'panic attacks' and being in a 'constant state of overwhelm'.
'Woke up feeling super under the weather both physically and mentally,' they wrote alongside an image in which they were cuddled up with their cat.

Kath, who confirmed their split with JoJo last month after the Dance Moms star called things off, detailed their health challenges in the lengthy post.
'Been struggling with night time panic attacks lately (the girls that get it, get it),' they said.
'I hate the feeling of my body acting against me (when it's in fact trying to protect me.) I've just been in a perpetual state of overwhelm for a while, I don't think I know what's what anymore.
'Someone asked me recently why I seem so chill about stuff and I replied that I just pretend it's not me going through it, it's someone I know but it's not my life and that I've been doing that since I was a kid when life got ugly.'
Kath ended the post with a tribute to their supporters and others who might experiencing similar challenges.
'Anyways a little honesty diary. Big love to my other disassociate peeps, it's not a nice way to exist but remember it's just your brain trying to protect you from experiencing the pain. Like a little friend' Kath wrote.
'Slow down, connect with people that really love you, drink some water and get outside even if it's just for 10minutes. Also put the phone down (talking to myself!!)
Kath signed off, 'Love you guys, Kath x.'
In the wake of JoJo and Chris Hughes going official last month, Kath, who is non-binary, took to Instagram to take a subtle dig at their former partner
It comes after Kath appeared to be living their best life following a high profile split from JoJo.
The American dancer, 22, raised eyebrows during her stint on UK Celebrity Big Brother after forming a close bond with Love Island star Chris Hughes, 32, whilst still being in a relationship with Kath.
While they repeatedly insisted their relationship was platonic, before and after JoJo broke up with Kath at the Big Brother wrap party, the duo have since 'confirmed' their relationship late last month.
In the wake of the news, Kath, who is non-binary, took to Instagram to take a subtle dig at their former partner, sharing videos and photos of their 'joyful' post-breakup life in Sydney.
The video shared showed Kath happily cuddling two women in a kitchen, who were revealed to be Kath's ex-partner and the ex partner's wife.
Kath looked chuffed to be in such supportive company with the video showing the trio huddling close as George Michael's Father Figure played over the scene.
'Sapphic love is your ex and their new wife nursing you through a breakup,' Kath said in a pointed reference to JoJo coming out as 'not a lesbian'.
Kath's posts come after they recently responded to speculation that the singer and Chris had confirmed their romance with a subtle dig on social media.
Kath and JoJo ended their six month relationship almost immediately after the Dance Moms star left CBB, despite Chris insisting that their relationship in the house was 'platonic'.
Speculation has been rife ever since, with fans insisting that JoJo and Chris had already begun a romance.
In late May, the pair seemingly confirmed they are an item, with a slew of images taken after Chris flew to the US for JoJo's 22nd birthday.

Shane Warne's son Jackson breaks his silence on the shocking way he found out his father had died: 'I looked at him as Superman'
Jackson Warne has revealed what went on behind the scenes the day his famous dad, Shane Warne, died. Speaking for the first time about the tragic events, the 26-year-old said he was with members of his family when he learned that Shane, 52, had suffered a fatal heart attack. 'Worst phone call of my life,' Jackson said in a new interview, three years after his father's death. Speaking to the Herald Sun on Monday, Jackson said he was with his mother, Simone Callahan, and his eldest sister, Brooke, when Shane's manager, Andrew Neophitou, called with the horrific news. Jackson explained that there were initially two separate phone calls, the first explaining that Shane had a massive heart attack, and the second informing the family that a resuscitation attempt was underway. The podcaster and his family had to wait an agonising 90 minutes before James Erskine, Shane's manager, called again with an update. 'It was just the worst hour and a half,' Jackson said. When the sad news finally came, Jackson said that he and his family all broke down in tears. 'I found out at the same time as the rest of the world,' Jackson said. 'As soon as I hung up on the first call, I got messages from people saying, "tell me it's not true" and it has to be fake. 'And I thought, surely that's not what's going to get him. There was not a single part of me that thought dad wouldn't make it. That thought wasn't there 100 percent. 'I looked at him as Superman. I didn't think anything would happen to him. It still is such a shock.' Shane died suddenly from a massive heart attack while on holiday in Thailand in March 2022. The megastar cricketer turned pundit and businessman was found unconscious in a villa in the resort of Koh Samui. Thai police said that Warne was one of four friends staying in the villa. One of the group tried to wake Shane for food at around 5pm on March 4, but the athlete was found to be unresponsive. Warne's manager Neophitou performed CPR on the cricket great for around 20 minutes to try and save his life before an ambulance arrived. He was then taken to the Thai International Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Jackson recently revealed how his new career move is 'therapy' to help him cope with the loss of his father. The budding media star has launched his new podcast, Warnes Way, and explains how he pays tribute to his dad on set. 'We've got a studio we've set up which is in dad's old office so it feels like he's there,' Jackson told the Herald Sun last week. 'We've got all his memorabilia, his book, his ashtray, it's really special.' Jackson says that he and his dad had originally planned to do a father-and-son podcast together back in 2018, but it never happened. With guests who knew his dad - such as Eddie McGuire and Mark Howard - Jackson says the podcast has served as a means of healing his grief. 'I'm also treating it as a bit of therapy for me,' the professional poker player said. 'I don't see a therapist but when I talk to people like Mark Howard and Eddie McGuire it's so personal and we talk about stories with dad.'

I'm sorry Princess: Kieran Hayler's heartfelt apology to Princess Andre after she blamed his split from Katie Price on her battle with drug addiction and suicide attempt
Katie Price 's ex-husband Kieran Hayler has issued a public apology to his former stepdaughter Princess Andre after she admitted: 'I wish I could have had a happier childhood.' The personal trainer, 38, told the Daily Mail he has been saddened by the recent revelations from Princess, 18, who explained the toughest time in her life was when Katie's marriage to Kieran broke down after he confessed to cheating with multiple women. Speaking in her new ITV2 show The Princess Diaries, the influencer recalled watching her mother's decline following her split from Kieran, saying Katie was 'heartbroken' and suffered 'dark times', which led to her battles with drug addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder, and attempted suicide. Princess said: 'He was in our lives for five years, so we got really close to him, obviously we loved him, he did a lot of stuff and when they split up everything went downhill. My mum was obviously heartbroken, she didn't deal with that the best way, she went through a very, very dark time which was understandable.' And now, Kieran has admitted he 'regrets' cheating on Katie with the TV star's former best friend Jane Pountney and their ex-nanny Nikki Brown, saying it became impossible to shield Junior, 20, and Princess, whose father is singer Peter Andre, from the devastation that ensued. Kieran, who shares Jett, 12, and Bunny, 11, with Katie, said leaving the marital home where he lived with Junior and Princess for five years was 'one of the hardest things I ever had to do' and he's deeply sorry to the children for failing to protect them. He said: 'It makes me feel so sad. I am as sorry as I can be to Princess witnessing us go through such a horrible separation. Leaving them was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. 'I would love to apologise and really know how she felt during that time when mine and Kate's marriage broke down. 'It's difficult isn't it but I would like to reach out. I would love to support Princess and when I have time I will sit down and watch her show. 'Whenever any marriage breaks down and one parent has to leave the house, it rocks those children's worlds, it's really sad. I went into my marriage wanting a happily ever after, no one goes into a marriage wanting it to break down and end but ultimately as much as it impacted the adults, it disrupted and affected the children. 'When I left, it wasn't that was it, end of, point blank, I always made sure I kept in touch. 'It's hard, when they're your stepchildren, naturally that bond disappears over time, you have played a massive part in their life but Princess is 18 now, life moves on and you no longer play a role in their lives anymore. 'But when I look back, I believe I was the best stepfather that I could have been to them. I was respectful to Pete, I hope that's how they see me as well.' Katie and Kieran were married from January 2013 to March 2021 when the couple's divorce was finalised but their relationship only lasted five years. In 2017, Katie spoke on ITV's Loose Women about the end of her marriage to Kieran, saying: 'As everyone knows, I caught him having an affair with our nanny, for a year, sleeping with her in my house, so here I am again.' She added: 'My kids are older, they know what's going on. He's hurt me once and I don't deserve it, it's happened again.' In the aftermath of their split, Katie suffered a mental breakdown, bankruptcy, and turned to alcohol and drugs as a way of coping. She received a 16-week suspended sentence in 2021 after flipping her car while under the influence of cocaine and alcohol, later apologising for her actions. Katie has claimed one of the reasons she ended up bankrupt was because her three ex-husbands, which include Pete, Alex Reid and Kieran, were all 'on her case' but she shut herself off to the world, which only made situations worse. In 2023, she said: 'When you're having a breakdown and you're suicidal, you shut the world off. You don't talk to anyone, you don't answer your phone, you don't open your letters, and before you know it you'll have a bailiff at your door. Then the work stops because your head's not there to do it.' Speaking about the way his marriage ended, Kieran said: 'I regret it, of course I do. 'The trouble is with me is I have never spoken about the things that happened in the relationship to make me behave the way I did. 'A lot of that is out there and it's one sided, I have never spoken honestly and truthfully about why those things happened and that's because I am trying to move on and protect the children, it's not just Junior and Princess, it's Jett and Bunny too. 'When it comes to children and adult situations, they should be kept private and as away from the children as much as possible. But that was very difficult because our lives were exposed publicly. 'That was one of the hardest parts about it, I personally wasn't able to protect them and shield them from that. 'Look, it's difficult. Of course, I regret the way things happened but at the same time those are issues I never put around the children, they were put around the children by everything becoming so public. No one could get away from it and it gets dragged up all the time, which is really difficult for the children involved.' Princess is managed by The Can Group, the agency behind her father Peter's success, and Katie believes they have purposely excluded her from having any say in her daughter's career Kieran moved on from his marriage to Katie with Michelle Pentecost who he was engaged to wed until last October when the couple announced they had separated. They share son Apollo, three, who they continue to co-parent, while Kieran says he owes being in Junior and Princess's lives for his ability to be a good father today. He said: 'I loved them like they were my own children. I really did care, and I was invested in both of their lives. 'I did a lot for them, I did the school run, I would take Junior to football, me and Princess would go out riding on the horses, it was a big lifestyle change for them when I left. 'I had a good rapport with Pete, there was never any friction, if something had happened like at school I would ring up Pete, if one of the kids were naughty and I felt as their stepfather I couldn't tell them off, I would call Pete. 'It was the first time I had children in my life. I have to thank them really because they moulded me into the dad that I have become today.' Kieran says he saw Princess at a celebrity event in December and it wasn't awkward between the pair, revealing: 'We spoke to each other, I gave her a cuddle, and I would be exactly the same with Junior. Nothing ended badly between me and the children.' Last week ahead of The Princess Diaries airing on ITV2, Katie expressed her upset and distress over not filming for the show, claiming she offered to be part of her daughter's TV debut but was rejected. Princess is managed by The Can Group, the agency behind her father Peter's success, and Katie believes they have purposely excluded her from having any say in her daughter's career over their view she's 'trash.' On her podcast, she said: 'I am very, very, very upset that Princess has signed with them when she was 16 I wasn't asked to look at any contracts so I don't know what contract Princess has signed because it's all to do with that side. 'People need to realise with that management and Pete I am very disrespected as a mum, very disregarded, in fact, I am nothing to them and never will be.' It has led to feud claims between Katie and Princess, who told the Daily Mail last week that there is 'no rift' with her mother. When asked whether he agrees that Katie should have been kept out of the series, Kieran said: 'This is Princess's career and it's down to her management and the TV company on what they want, it's her show, so that's how it works. 'Princess is credible and needs to take her own path, rather than follow her mum, it's down to her to create her own pathway. 'Princess and Junior are so respectable, Princess is well spoken, she's a really kindhearted young woman and it's great to see that and know that I had a part in their upbringing, it makes me proud.' Kieran says he has been attempting to rebuild his life following his divorce and split from Michelle, attending weekly therapy sessions to understand where his past relationships went wrong. And has Princess speaking on his former marriage brought back traumatic memories for Kieran, who now lives a quiet life away from the cameras? He said: 'I have done six months' worth of therapy and I am past all of this now. For me, I am quite comfortable being able to watch this and know the reasons why I did things. 'Maybe that wasn't the right thing to do at the time but now I know why I did it and how I can be better going forward. I'm talking about the mistakes I made in the relationship... 'It's good for men to talk, they don't talk enough after coming out of relationships and marriages, a lot of blame goes towards the man but actually there's always two people and many reasons for why a relationship breaks down.'

Epic Games wins partial victory in Australian court against Google and Apple
Epic Games, the company behind the popular online game Fortnite, won a partial victory in an Australian court in U.S. billionaire chief executive Tim Sweeney's claim that Google and Apple engaged in anti-competitive conduct in running their app stores. Federal Court Justice Jonathan Beach on Tuesday upheld key parts of Epic's claim that the tech giants breached Australian competition laws by misusing their market power against app developers and using restrictive trade practices. Google and Apple 's dominance of the app market had the effect of substantially lessening competition and breached Australian law, Beach found. But the judge rejected some of Epic's claim including that Google and Apple engaged in unconscionable conduct as defined by Australian law. Sweeney is also challenging Google and Apple dominance in the app markets through the courts in the United States and Britain. The litigation began in August 2020 when Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store expelled Fortnite because Epic installed a direct payment feature in the extraordinarily popular game. The court ruled both companies pressured app developers including Epic through contracts and technology to sell their products through the two dominant app stores. Epic posted online that the judgment was: 'Another HUGE WIN for Epic Games!' Apple said the company 'faces fierce competition in every market where we operate.' 'We welcome the Australian court's rejection of some of Epic's claims, however, we strongly disagree with the Court's ruling on others,' Apple said in a statement. Google said it would review the judgment. Google and Apple could potentially appeal the ruling before the Federal Court full bench. 'We disagree with the court's characterisation of our billing policies and practices, as well as its findings regarding some of our historical partnerships, which were all shaped in a fiercely competitive mobile landscape on behalf of users and developers,' a Google statement said. Beach has yet to release a 952-page judgment on Epic's case against Apple or his 914-page judgment on the case against Google. The judge gave an oral summary of his findings during a 90-minute hearing Tuesday. Lawyers will return to court on a date yet to be set to argue what Epic is entitled to in terms of damages.
