Gulf Today4 days ago
Actress Tamannaah Bhatia took to social media to offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the backstage chaos at a recent fashion event. Reflecting on the fast-paced atmosphere and teamwork involved, she highlighted the effort that goes into creating those magical moments on the runway.
Taking to Instagram, the Baahubali actress shared a series of photos and videos from her ramp walk at India Couture Week 2025. Alongside it, Tamannaah wrote, 'The thrill of walking in one look and coming back in another is unmatched. What happens in those minutes backstage - the speed, the teamwork, the focus, it's chaotic yes. But it's the kind of chaos that fuels you.
There's so much love and labour behind those fleeting moments on stage, from many more people than one can assume. @rahulmishra_7 @divyabmishra What a night. What a team. What a feeling..'
In the images, she is seen striking a pose with utmost grace and style. In the next Tamannaah is seen posing or the shutterbugs. In one of the backstage videos, the actress could be heard saying, 'Ganpati Bappa Moriya. Har Har Mahadev.' On July 24, the 'Sikandar Ka Muqaddar' actress turned showstopper for designer Rahul Mishra at India Couture Week 2025. For her first appearance, Tamannaah graced the runway in a lavender-colored, body-hugging gown. In her second look, she stepped out in an exquisite lehenga adorned with delicate floral motifs and landscape-inspired detailing.
FDCI on its official Instagram handle shared Tamannaah's pictures and captioned it, 'Tamannaah Bhatia (@tamannaahspeaks) turned showstopper for Rahul Mishra (@rahulmishra_7) at the Hyundai India Couture Week 2025 on 23rd July. Becoming Love: Love is more than a feeling; it is a state of being. Like breath, it surrounds, fills, and transforms you. In Sufism, love unfolds in seven stages: attraction, infatuation, surrender, reverence, devotion, obsession, and ultimately, death—the dissolution of the self into the beloved. A journey from the first gentle spark to complete oneness.'
Work-wise, Tamannaah Bhatia was last seen in the 2024 Netflix heist thriller 'Sikandar Ka Muqaddar.' She will next be seen in the supernatural thriller 'Odela 2' and the upcoming web series 'Daring Partners.' Meanwhile, Tamannaah, who was recently seen in a special appearance in the Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Raid 2,' is currently in her 'figuring-it-out phase'. The actress took to her Instagram, and shared a series of pictures and videos of herself. The post documented her routine life, and how her days look like while she is immersed in work, and takes time out to enjoy life.
She also penned a long note in the caption, as she wrote, 'This is the figuring-it-out phase. The phase where you're half designer, half detective. Where every detail matters, and every misstep teaches. Where ideas live on sticky notes. It's not perfect (yet). But it's on its way'. She further mentioned, 'And honestly, that's the magic. Behind every shiny thing is a not-so-shiny process. Decisions and doubts. This is that part. The nerdy, chaotic, the exciting middle'.

'Wednesday' Season 2 gets gothic global premiere in London

Hit Netflix series "Wednesday" expands the Addams Family world as it returns to screens nearly three years after the show launched in November 2022. Season Two of the dark fantasy series premiered at London's Westminster on Wednesday, with its cast and creators walking a purple carpet outside Central Hall and Queen Elizabeth II Centre. Wednesday Season Two will be released in two four-episode installments, with Part One dropping August 6 and Part Two out on September 3. The new season sees Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega, returning to Nevermore Academy as a celebrated hero, much to her dismay. The tetchy teen puts her detective hat back on to solve new supernatural mysteries, while dealing with glitches in her psychic powers. Wednesday also faces another nuisance - family. Her little brother Pugsley, played by Isaac Ordonez, starts his studies at Nevermore and their parents are a frequent presence on campus. "She's kind of knocked off her feet this season. So it's a lot of pressure," said Ortega. The series' creators and showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar said Wednesday returns "bigger and better". "There's more of the Addams Family this season," said Gough. "We learn more about the characters you got to meet in Season One and they have their own storylines." The sophomore season also introduces new characters, including Steve Buscemi's Nevermore principal Barry Dort and the Addams family matriarch Grandmama Hester Frump, played by Joanna Lumley. Pop star Lady Gaga makes a guest star appearance as a teacher in Part 2. Mother-daughter dynamics are at the heart of the new season, said Millar. "It's about mothers and daughters, it's three generations of Addams women together. It's also about learning to not be in control of everything, for Wednesday. And it's really always about female friendship and female sisterhood," he said. Ortega, 22, also executive produced the new season. Rather than control, it gave her "freedom" she said. "She's kind of our cast spokesperson. Any time I felt like something needed to be said or if I had any ideas, she was always like, 'come to me and we'll make it work'. She just looks out for us," Emma Myers, who plays Wednesday's roommate Enid Sinclair, said.
