Hulk Hogan's son Nick Hogan has paid tribute to his late father with a moving tribute.
The WWE Hall of Famer, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died at the age of 71 after an apparent 'cardiac arrest'.
His family confirmed the news to Us Weekly, and now his son Nick has spoken out about his father's death, thanking fans for their support at this tough time.
'Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me and comforted me over the last few days. It truly means a lot. I'm sorry to everyone I have not responded to yet. This has been overwhelming and extremely difficult.'Hearing so many kind words and stories about my dad's life, interactions and experiences with everyone has been incredible and comforting.
'My dad was the most incredible person I've ever known and will always be my hero. He was the most kind, loving and amazing father anybody could ask for. I feel so blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world. He was not only the best dad but also my mentor and my best friend. He always has been my best friend and I love him and miss him more than I could ever explain.
'I thanked him for everything he has ever done for me and told him how much I loved him and hugged him every chance I got. I spent a lot of time with him the past few years after moving back to Florida to be closer to him and I am so grateful for those memories. They are the best moments in my life.'
He then told fans he would do anything to get his father back but would endeavour to make him 'proud'.
'I would do anything to have him back but I know now that he will always be watching over me. I will always remember the lessons and advice he gave me and carry on in a way that I know would make him proud.
'Thank you for being the best dad in the world and thank you for being my best friend. I love you so much Big Dog and I will miss you forever.'

Yasmin had previously been voted the villa's top girl and had ranked at the top of popularity polls leaving her third place finish a shock. Angel and Ty finished the show in fourth place with Yasmin and Jamie coming in third. Commenting on the final results online, one fan wrote on X: "What a fix !! They should've been 1st or 2nd place !!" Another then added: "It was Cach who won, lets be real. Toni didn't deserve that win. Yasmin and Jamie have been robbed." Before a third penned: "Didn't watch this year but I thought yas and Jamie would've got higher." The show's result means that Toni has become the first ever American to win the UK version of the show The final four were decided after another long-standing couple were axed on Sunday night. On Sunday night, Meg and Dejon were the last couple to be dumped before the final. All of the dumped islanders returned to the villa to have their say over who should be up for the win. Love Island UK fans 'never been happier' as 2025 winners are crowned

The summer of love has come to an end as Love Island UK season 12 declared its winning couple – Toni and Cach. The finale of the ITV reality dating series took place tonight as the nation voted on their favourite couple out of Harry Cooksley and Shakira Khan, Jamie Rhodes and Yasmin Pettet, Cach Mercer and Toni Laites, and Angel Swift and Ty Isherwood. All four duos, barely exclusive by the final episode, have faced their ups and downs on the Maya Jama-hosted show in their quest to find true love. During the finale the pairs enjoyed a finale dinner in which they all made sweet speeches to one another about the happiness they have found with each other which left some viewers teary-eyed and others 'cringing' at the cheesy display. Coming in fourth place are Angel and Ty who 'can't wait for life on the outside', in third we have Yasmin and Jamie who 'felt the spark' from the first moment they kissed and in second place Harry and Shakira. Ultimately, however, Toni and Cach won over the hearts of the nation and join winners past including last year's Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan, Ekin-Su and Davide, and Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea. Fans have plenty of thoughts about the final victors – which also makes Toni the first American winner in a UK season ever. 'I have NEVER been happier for love island winners,' Ab wrote on X. 'And there we have it guys, our 2025 Love island winners TONI AND CACH So well deserved! This was the perfect ending to this season, the trio as our top 3 was all I could ever ask for. This is the first time I'm truly impressed with the British public,' Tima added. ' Elsewhere in the episode we caught up with the Islanders who bid adieu throughout the series and got confirmation that Harrison and Lauren were now exclusive. The chat with Maya spilt plenty of tea with two of the boys – Ben and Tommy – realising they kissed the same woman… at the same event. Love Island has faced scrutiny this season from fans and organisations such as Women's Aid for platforming men exhibiting toxic behaviour, such as contestant Harris Solomon's treatment of Toni and ex-Islander Lauren Wood. In fact, the 2025 season is the second most complained-about series ever to Ofcom, with a staggering 9,000 complaints, largely to do with bullying allegations involving Shakira. More Trending Elsewhere, viewers were left less than impressed by Megan and Dejon getting hot and steamy under the covers. It's not been all smooth sailing for the recently-axed pair, however, with an 'uncomfortable to watch' row between the two prompting fans to call for Dejon's removal. Football club Farnham Town, for whom Harry plays as a midfielder, also came under fire after posting a video of his fellow team players and managers sharing negative commentary on the two women he was involved with on the show – Shakira and Helena Ford. Donald Trump wades into Sydney Sweeney ad debate

Donald Trump has waded into the debate surrounding Sydney Sweeney's jeans ad. The American Eagle ad, which features the 27-year-old actress, who starred in the HBO series Euphoria and White Lotus, has the tagline "Sydney Sweeney has great jeans". It has sparked a debate in the US over race and Western beauty standards. In a since-corrected Truth Social post, the US president initially misspelt Sweeney's first name, saying: "It's for American Eagle, and the jeans are 'flying of the shelves.' Go get 'em Sidney." Most of the criticism has centred on videos using the word "genes" instead of "jeans", with one in which Sweeney says: "Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair colour, personality and even eye colour. My jeans are blue." Critics argued the play on words potentially promotes eugenics, a discredited theory that believed humanity could be improved through the selective breeding of certain traits. But others have defended the ad, saying the critics are reading too much into its message. The video appeared on American Eagle's Facebook page and other social media channels, but is not part of the ad campaign. In a statement on Instagram on Friday, American Eagle Outfitters said the campaign "is and always was about the jeans. Her jeans. Her story. We'll continue to celebrate how everyone wears their AE jeans with confidence, their way. Great jeans look good on everyone." Stocks in American Eagle Outfitters jumped by 23.3% after Mr Trump's intervention. Trump knows all publicity is good publicity US correspondent @marthakelner They say all publicity is good publicity, and Sydney Sweeney's American Eagle ad is certainly notching up the column inches, especially now Donald Trump has intervened. The US president must have been breathlessly excited when he found out Sweeney was a registered Republican because he wrote a Truth Social post in support of her before deleting it twice and reposting three times to correct various spelling and grammatical errors. He clearly could not wait to get involved in the discourse. "Sydney Sweeney, a registered Republican, has the HOTTEST ad out there,' he wrote. "Go get 'em Sydney!" In any other era, the president weighing in so heavily on one side of a pop culture issue would've been unusual. But the current president knows people are talking about the ad around their dinner tables and at parties right now. By injecting himself into the discussion, they will now be talking about him too. In his Truth Social post, which he reposted three times to fix various typos, Mr Trump compared the ad with "woke" ones "on the other side of the ledger" - as he criticised other companies, as well as hitting out at Taylor Swift. "The tide has seriously turned - Being WOKE is for losers, being Republican is what you want to be," he wrote.
