In particular, the programme explores plastic surgery and eye-opening cosmetic treatments.
This week's episode sees Olivia joined by The Traitors legend Amanda Lovett.
Amanda, who appeared in series one of the smash-hit BBC show, is shown getting a neck and lower facelift.
In a clip shared by ITV on Instagram, she tells Olivia beforehand: "I'm going to have a new face and neck by this evening."
The star also discussed her procedure in an exclusive chat with Fabulous.
Amanda said: 'I was looking at myself on the camera, and I kept seeing myself at all these different angles that I had never seen before, as it's so different to having a picture taken.
'I noticed my face and neck were just getting saggier and saggier.
'I started to think about needing to wear a scarf or polo necks just to hide this area of my body that I didn't like."
Upon arriving in The Traitors castle in 2022, host Claudia Winkleman selected Amanda to become a Traitor.
She joined Wilfred Webster and Alyssa Chan as the trio worked against their fellow contestants.
I was minutes away from winning The Traitors & masterminded infamous 'Red Breakfast'... now I've quit my job after starring in hit BBC show
From the moment Amanda became one of the Traitors, fans loved her - thanks to her devious gameplay yet cheerful and friendly accent.
Although she didn't manage to make it to the end of the series, thanks to fellow Traitor Wilfred turning on her so close to the final, she's had the last laugh.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun last year, Amanda shared: 'I don't think any of us expected The Traitors to be as big as it was.
"We all hoped that the public would like it but it was just phenomenal, the way it blew up over the Christmas and New Year.
How does The Traitors work and who hosts it?
The Traitors first launched in the UK in 2022, after the Dutch format was acquired by the BBC.
Claudia Winkleman is the show's host, and has now hosted all three series to date.
How does it work?
It is a reality game show that involves 22 contestants, and some of them are chosen to be The Traitors.
The Traitors sees a group of contestants taking part in "the ultimate game of truth and deception".
The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize.
While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group (usually three contestants).
Each night, the Traitors gather to "eliminate" one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition
Meanwhile, the traitors can be "banished" if they're successfully outed as a traitor by a faithful.
The winners of the show are either the Traitor who remains undetected or the Faithfuls if they successfully eliminate all the Traitors.
The prize sees the winner could get £120K.
'So life's been really busy for me.
' I gave up my estate agency job because I had so many opportunities that came my way, and I've just travelled the UK this year, meeting lots of different people.
"I've gone to other cities, done some TV, been involved in lots of different projects.
'These are things I never dreamt of doing, but the doors the show has opened to me have been fantastic.'

Glastonbury 2025: CMAT says she still gets abuse after viral song
Irish singer CMAT says she is still facing abuse after writing a single in response to being fat-shamed over her appearance at a festival last to BBC News at Glastonbury, she said the online comments are so bad that she does not have TikTok on her singer - real name Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson - spoke following her Friday afternoon set on the Pyramid stage, which lit up the festival with her powerful vocals and stage presence.A huge crowd of fans also joined the dance to the single Take A Sexy Picture Of Me, which pushed back on last year's fat-shaming incident and went viral on TikTok. Before performing the song, CMAT reflected on the abuse she says she received last year.'Lots of people would come and film us on their phone. The comments section was filled with very nasty comments about my physical appearance,' she crowd booed at this, while I heard several people shouting out 'you're stunning' back to wrote new song after being fat-shamed over festival showCMAT attacks 'fat shaming' comments on BBC video Following her set, I met her backstage where I asked her whether online abuse is still something she's facing.'Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I'm not allowed to really have TikTok on my phone or anything,' she said.'Every day, people will leave terrible terrible comments under my TikToks and posts and stuff.'But they have their full face and full name attached to it. They're just saying terrible things knowing that they're backing it up with their online footprints.'She admitted that to some extent, 'we've all actually done it' because of how 'desensitised' people have become to posting online.'I think a lot of people do it unaware that people are actually reading this stuff,' she said. Take A Sexy Picture Of Me, the second single from upcoming album Euro Country, charts the challenges of being a woman in the public track begins with CMAT singing about trying to wax her legs with sticky tape when she was nine, and how the pressure to be attractive has meant she's "been having a horrible time of late".But the lyrics are contrasted with poppy hooks and the tongue-in-cheek solution of having someone "take a sexy picture".CMAT indicated that she had mixed feelings about the response to the song.'It's just sad that so many people are like, yeah relatable, totally get you, really relate to this song about ageing out of commercial attraction and people being mean to me about my physical appearance,' she said.'It's a double-edged sword, like I don't know if it's good that so many people relate to it but I'm glad that it's there.'She also said she likes the dance routine that was made up to go with it.'I think it's doubling down on the ridiculousness of the situation, and I like that if you are someone who has related to the song in some way, you are able to physically manifest how you relate to it.' CMAT's performance on the Pyramid Stage made fans laugh, dance and cry as she went through a string of her a few hours after, she said she was still 'in shock' at the reaction to her set.'It's taken my entire life [to get to Pyramid Stage],' she said. 'It's constantly grafting.''I also begged Emily Eavis,' she said, naming the festival's ended her set with an incredible moment - she parted the crowd and met fans as everyone belted out the lyrics I just can't do it from the song Stay for only Friday, but I'm already convinced this is one of the moments we'll remember from Glastonbury work so hard to get to the Pyramid Stage but there's also something to be said for how that stage itself can make some artists' careers. It felt like we just saw that happening with CMAT.

Jockey following in the footsteps of Hayley Turner gets big break at ITV meeting
Taryn Langley is treading a path that proved pivotal in the career of Turner as she makes her first appearance on a big Saturday card in the Northumberland Plate Taryn Langley could be the secret ingredient that can deliver Northumberland Plate glory for Duke Of Oxford today. The 20-year-old, an apprentice for only 14 months, gets her first chance in front of the ITV cameras and she would like to make it count. Langley, who has ridden 17 winners including ten this year, has had no previous connection to the Michael Bell stable. But the trainer who helped propel Hayley Turner into the limelight has given her the responsibility of turning last year's third place in the 'Pitmens' Derby' into something even better. 'My apprentice Joe Bradnam was going to ride but he couldn't do the weight,' explains Bell. 'Taryn is riding plenty of winners and is claiming 7lb. Duke Of Oxford is a regular in these races. It's not going to be easy off a mark of 95 but the 7lb claim should make him very competitive.' Langley secured her biggest win so far on Tides Of War in a valuable 2m handicap at Lingfield on Good Friday for her boss David Simcock, the other trainer who helped the legendary Turner, who announced her retirement in April, achieve Group 1 honours. It is Turner, rider of more than 1,000 winners, who has made the pathway along which Langley hopes to progress. 'Hayley was always very supportive towards me and never too busy to sit down and look at a race with me," says Taryn. "She has always been an influence into which direction I want to push my career. Hayley was the first female to start pushing the boundaries for us fellow girls coming through behind her." She continues, "This will be the first time Michael Bell has put me up. It's great that he has decided to use me and has the faith to put me up on a horse like Duke Of Oxford. I had been booked to go to Windsor for my boss David Simcock but he said this was too good an opportunity to refuse. The horse walked past me the other morning and looked as fit as a flea, an absolute picture.' Langley, originally from the Cotswolds, showjumped as a child and was a late convert to racehorses. She rode as an amateur before taking out her apprentice licence with Richard Hughes, then late last year moved to Newmarket and secured a job with Simcock, who with Bell provided Turner with her Group 1 successes. 'It's opened up a lot more contacts for me,' she says. 'I wouldn't have been as busy as I have without David Simcock encouraging me to ride out at other yards.' With business picking up Langley hopes to reach a point where she can mount a challenge on next year's apprentice championship. 'It's never going to be a smooth ride but I feel I could put myself in the running,' she says. The immediate priority is to show what she can do in Newcastle's most famous Flat race. 'I'll be excited going to bed Friday and waking up Saturday morning,' she admits. 'There will inevitably be a few nerves. 'It's great when someone thinks I can have the chance to prove I can ride well. It will be nice to be on the main stage on a Saturday on ITV. Hopefully it can open more doors.'
