Yahoo fantasy football analysts Matt Harmon and Justin Boone discussed Brown's current position in drafts going into 2025, currently going on average around pick 28. With an ADP in the early third round, both Harmon and Boone agree that Brown's going way too low in drafts.

Boone isn't concerned about the defensive side of things with Cincinnati trying to get guys signed. He believes the team can be better and that Brown can handle a big workload again, similar to what he did most of last season, consistently getting around 15-25 touches every week. Boone also notes the lack of competition for touches in the backfield from Moss and rookie RB Tahj Brooks.
If everything works out for the Bengals and Brown remains healthy, he could provide Round 1 value to fantasy managers who are lucky enough to snag him in the late-second or early-third rounds in drafts.

Micah Parsons' dad once named Chiefs, Steelers, Lions as preferred trade destinations
With Micah Parsons officially requesting a trade from the Dallas Cowboys, an old clip of his father, Terrence Parsons, talking about preferred destinations for his son in a hypothetical trade scenario has resurfaced. During an appearance on the "Life in the Stands" podcast in December 2024, Parsons' dad stated that his preferred trade landing spots for the superstar edge rusher are the Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Detroit Lions. "I know Pittsburgh fans are like, 'whoa,' but I'm sorry, him [Micah Parsons] and [T.J.] Watt together would be like cheating," Terrence Parsons said. "Him and [Aidan] Hutchinson together in Detroit would be like cheating. I love it. Kansas City, that's who they are right now." Parsons requested a trade out of Dallas due to the franchise's lack of communication with his agent. The 26-year-old's relationship with the Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones seems to be completely destroyed. Dallas has no plans of trading Parsons, but if they can't agree on a long-term extension with him, they may be forced to move him at some point. Parsons' father's landing spots for the four-time Pro Bowl edge rusher are bold. Adding Parsons to Kansas City's defense would be lethal, while pairing the disgruntled Cowboy with Watt or Hutchinson in Detroit would also be pretty much unstoppable. However, none of the teams Parsons' dad listed as preferred spots have the money to sign Parsons to a record-breaking extension. The Chiefs are slated to have negative $61 million in cap space next offseason, and the Steelers already have two expensive edge rushers in Watt and Alex Highsmith. As for the Lions, the team must prioritize getting an extension done with Hutchinson first, which likely takes them out of the running for Parsons. It's possible that Parsons lands with one of three destinations his dad spoke about during a podcast appearance last year, as all three franchises are playoff contenders, and two are legitimate Super Bowl contenders in Kansas City and Detroit. However, it remains to be seen whether any have the money to sign Parsons to a new deal after trading valuable picks for him while also keeping their core together. PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Jhoan Duran's wife almost cried when the closer told her he might have to surrender his No. 59 uniform number when he was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies. The number has plenty of sentimental value to Duran. Ornamental value, too — the number is engraved as part of the family pool design in the Dominican Republic. Aidra Duran can save her tears. Duran got to keep his number and wore his new Phillies uniform for the start of a three-game series against Detroit. But as far as potentially unhappy wives go, someone might have to check on Michele Thomson. Rob Thomson's first call to the bullpen with Duran came when the reliever wanted to check on the availability of No. 59, which belonged to the Phillies manager. There was no high-end bargaining needed — like when former Phillies great John Kruk once traded No. 29 to new reliever Mitch Williams for two cases of beer. Thomson happily gave up the number to Duran and the former long-time New York Yankees coach took No. 49 in honor of former Yankees star Ron Guidry. 'The only one that's upset at this point is my wife,' Thomson said to laughter. 'All her merchandise has 59 on it. Now she has to go buy new stuff.' Duran said he tried to be respectful in his first talk with Thomson about wanting the number. Thomson, who led the Phillies to three straight playoff appearances, had no issue giving it to the closer. 'The number really doesn't mean much to me,' Thomson said. 'But if it makes you feel better, I'm all in. He said, 'yeah.' Then it's all yours.'
