"I interviewed Steven's family," Olivia detailed to NewsNation's Banfield Aug. 18. "This was when Bryan was still not arrested yet." The independent journalist noted that Steve Goncalves—Steven and Kaylee's dad—and his wife Kristi Goncalves learned about her TikTok, which has amassed over 1.3 million followers, through their daughter and reached out to her through email. "Several days before she had passed, she had sent my page to Kristi and was talking about it," Olivia explained. "So they wanted to reach out and do a documentary with me."
