Arshdeep Singh was happy to be back at his second home, Kent, as India get ready for the series against England, starting from June 20. Arshdeep got the call up to the Indian Test team for the first time for the five-match series, and many expect him to make his debut during the tour. The left-arm pacer spent some time in Kent playing in the county championship to improve his skills with the red-ball. Arshdeep was now back to his second home. In a video released by the BCCI, Arshdeep talked about Kent and how he enjoyed the peaceful nature of the place and enjoying some hot chocolate and Churros during his time in the county. Speaking about the preparations for the Test series, Arshdeep said his motivation was to get a rhythm with the red-ball after being part of limited overs cricket for a long time. "As for today's training session, my only motivation was to get a feel for the rhythm—how the body feels, how the red ball is coming out of the hand—because all the players have been playing with the white ball for quite a while. So I really enjoyed it.""Going forward, as we keep progressing step by step, the intensity will keep increasing, and we'll keep making it more and more difficult for the batters to face the ball.
