Zendaya, who is engaged to actor Tom Holland, stopped to chat with staff and took the time to take photographs.
The actress ordered mint ice cream with a scoop of butterscotch and Stracciatella, which is a vanilla and chocolate mix.
The dessert shop wrote online: "Our very own Superstar Joss with Zendaya last night down at Miele's Inverness.
"Any guesses what 3 flavours Zendaya went for?
"Seemingly, she wants to come back for a few more testers with Tom.
"Team Miele's have done so well this weekend with it being so hot and busy, we are super proud of each and every one of them for providing excellent service under lots of pressure.
"Also thanks to our customers too for their patience.
"So it was a great buzz to welcome the Hollywood star to our team of superstars here at Miele's."
Speaking to The Press and Journal, superfan Joss Tonico, 16, told of the 'crazy' visit.
She said: "I've been a huge fan of Zendaya ever since I was seven years old, and I also loved her in Dune.

'I've been invited to a wedding hours away for the evening reception - is it real?'
Scots love a wedding but it's unclear whether it's insulting or not a big deal to only be invited to the night part There is no denying the fact that Scottish people love a good wedding. From kilts and Ceilidh dancing to rapturous renditions of Runrig's Loch Lomond that will undoubtedly erupt at the end of the night, we know how to celebrate. If you are the one getting married, though, deciding on attendees is tough. Who's coming for the main ceremony? Are kids allowed? And what about that third cousin twice removed your mother really wants you to invite? Perhaps one of the most contentious decisions is who to ask to the evening reception, and whether the guests will perceive this as a snub. This is the situation of one woman who has taken to Mumsnet to ask for some advice. Taking to the platform recently, the woman shared her dilemma, writing: "An old friend had been telling me that I was going to be 'invited to her wedding'. Lovely, would be nice to go. "Invite arrived and it's for the evening reception after dinner. So essentially 8pm - midnight for a boogie. "It's about four hours drive from my house and on a working day. I could stay with my parents so that's not the issue. "[The issue is] do we think an invite to an evening reception is a real wedding invite?" Essentially, the woman is wondering whether to make the long journey to toast her friend's new life with her partner, or to politely decline the invite and not make the effort, because the evening reception doesn't merit it. The replies came in thick and fast with users airing their thoughts and feelings on the move. Some thought the evening invitation was "rude" and thought if the woman went, it would just be "awkward". "Has she kept numbers down for the main part due to money?" one enquired. "It's a big ask to travel four hours for the evening in a work night. I would probably decline." Another commented: "I think evening only invitations are cheeky for people that need to travel. It should just be for local acquaintances. If she actually told you that you were being invited then it's quite rude." A third scribed: "Wedding evening do arrivals are often kind of awkward, although I would go if it was near home and a work colleague or similar. Many of the guests will have been drinking for hours, and they've been there all day so they are all discussing how lovely it all was and there are you arriving sober at 8pm. "No thanks. Send a card, wish her the best, think no more of it." However, others were more accepting, and said they don't have an issue with rocking up to the evening do. "You're only an 'old friend' so that's usually standard for a evening invite," one reasoned. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! "You are an old friend so why do you think you should be invited to the sit down part?" another questioned. "If you don't want to go - don't go. I've never understood the outrage over evening invites." A more neutral user concluded: "I've no issue with evening invites. I think it's lovely to be able to include extra people in your day but if someone said I was invited to their wedding, yes, I would assume the day. "I wouldn't travel far for an evening do, though, or incur extra expenses such as hotel."

Have Oasis played Murrayfield before as countdown to Edinburgh gig underway
The famous brothers are taking to the stage in Edinburgh in August. The countdown to the much anticipated Edinburgh Oasis shows is officially underway, with the Gallaghers playing three nights at Murrayfield stadium next month. The brothers' highly anticipated reunion tour will see Oasis reunite on the Edinburgh stage for the first time in 15 years. Up to 210,000 eager fans are to descend on Murrayfield Stadium on August 8, 9 and 12 to hear classics like Wonderwall and Live Forever for the first time since the famous brothers' even more famous fallout. Oasis have already played the first couple of legs of their reunion tour, which kicked off at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on July 4. The band are currently in the middle of their Manchester leg of the tour, where the pair are playing five nights at Heaton Park in their hometown. Following their Manchester gigs, the Gallagher brothers are to play five nights at London's Wembley Stadium before heading north for Edinburgh's performances. But as Oasis are soon to make their iconic return to Scotland, many have been led to wonder whether the Gallaghers have played Murrayfield before. Here's everything you need to know about the brothers' past Scottish gigs. Have Oasis played Murrayfield Stadium before? Oasis played Murrayfield Stadium twice, most recently in 2009, just before their infamous argument. They played in June, mere weeks before their last ever gig for 15 years. The band also previously played Murrayfield in the year 2000. Some other notable Scottish gigs that the pair have played include King Tut's in Glasgow in May of 1993 as well as Plaza and Cathouse in December of the same year, also both in Glasgow. Oasis played a series of gigs in Scotland in 1994, including Gleneagles, La Belle Angel in Edinburgh, Tramway in Glasgow, and the iconic long-gone Scots festival T in the Park. Other iconic Scottish venues and festivals that saw Oasis take stage before their break-up included Glasgow's Barrowlands, Glasgow Green Festival and Edinburgh's Usher Hall, according to their 'gigography'. Can you still buy tickets for the Oasis reunion dates in Edinburgh? General admission for the Edinburgh dates sold out almost instantly, like all of the tour dates for Oasis' reunion. However, several other options still exist to try and bag resale tickets, although you'll have to be quick on the ball. Twickets is a reselling site that offers a platform for fans to sell their tickets at face value or less. If you're lucky, you could catch a ticket this way, but be careful- if you blink you could miss it. Ticketmaster also offers a verified ticket resale service, but again, you'll have to be vigilant to catch one before it sells again. After their many UK dates, including the three Edinburgh shows, the Oasis tour then goes worldwide with dates in Brazil, Australia, South Korea, Japan and the US. It read: "We are deeply shocked and devastated by the recent incidents that have tragically occurred. "Our priority is to support those affected and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and to fully assist the authorities with their investigations.
