After their win over Connecticut, Stephanie White discussed the current state of the Fever, most notably the success and adjustments of All-Stars Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell.
When speaking on Boston, White mentioned that she views the front court star as an anchor to the team defensively as well as a versatile piece on the offensive end of the floor.
"She's the anchor on the defensive end of the floor," White said, per the Indiana Fever. "And she's a facilitator offensively. I thought really early when she was not getting a lot of touches and we have to go a better job at getting her touches, she was facilitating, she was making the right play."
Boston finished the win over the Connecticut Sun with 11 points, six rebounds and four assists.

Boston has also posted incredible numbers on the defensive end, heading into a matchup against the New York Liberty averaging 1.1 blocks and 0.7 steals.
The Fever are looking to extend their win streak on Wednesday night when they play the Liberty at 7:30 p.m. ET.
After a matchup against the Liberty, Indiana will host the All-Star weekend festivities. Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell were all named the All-Star game in the home event.

Aryna Sabalenka withdraws from Canadian Open citing fatigue
World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka has withdrawn from the WTA 1,000 Canadian Open, which begins July 27 in Montreal. Sabalenka cited fatigue following her semifinal run at Wimbledon as her reason for pulling out of the tournament, which is one rung below the Grand Slams. 'I'm looking forward to kicking off the North American hard-court swing, but to give myself the best chance for success this season, I've decided it's in my best interest to skip Montreal,' Sabalenka said in a statement announcing her withdrawal. Sabalenka played the tournament last year, after skipping the 2024 Paris Olympic tennis event which directly preceded it. She reached the quarterfinals, losing in three sets to Amanda Anisimova of the U.S. — the player who beat her in this year's Wimbledon semifinals. That defeat took her Grand Slam record for 2025 to two finals and one semifinal, but no titles, having lost the Australian Open final to Madison Keys and the French Open final to Coco Gauff. She has reached seven finals in 2025, playing 56 matches in the year to date and winning three titles. Anisimova, who lost 6-0, 6-0 to Iga Świątek in the Wimbledon final but rose to world No. 7 in the process, has herself withdrawn from the D.C. Open in Washington, D.C., which begins July 21. Defending champion Paula Badosa has also withdrawn due to a persistent injury to her lower back, so the world No. 10 will drop 500 points from her ranking; Olympic gold medalist Zheng Qinwen, who had received a wild card into the main draw, has also been removed from the player list. Olivia Smith: Arsenal Women sign Liverpool striker in world-record £1m transfer
Arsenal Women have completed the world-record signing of Liverpool striker Olivia Smith. The move represents a historic moment as it is the first £1million transfer in the women's game. Smith's move beats the previous world record for a deal in women's football, which was Naomi Girma's £900,000 transfer from San Diego Wave to Chelsea in January. Liverpool had been reluctant to sell Smith, who only joined them last year from Sporting for a fee of £200,000. Arsenal's seven-figure bid, however, was too good to turn down and the 20-year-old has joined the Gunners on a long-term contract. 'It's a privilege and an honour to sign for Arsenal,' Smith told the official Arsenal website. 'It's my dream to compete for the biggest titles here in England and in Europe and I'm excited to get started and contribute to doing that here with Arsenal. 'The atmosphere the supporters create at Emirates Stadium is incredible and I can't wait to have that behind me now.' Smith spent time in the US college system before signing her first professional contract with Sporting in July 2023. The forward scored 16 goals in 28 appearances for Sporting during the 2023-24 season, which earned her a move to Liverpool. Smith managed nine goals in 25 appearances across all competitions last term and was voted the club's Player of the Season. The Canadian is her country's youngest-ever player after making her international debut at the age of 15 in 2009. Arsenal head coach Renee Slegers said: 'Olivia is an exciting young player and we believe she can make a big contribution here at Arsenal. 'We've been impressed by her mentality and character, excelling in two European leagues at such a young age. 'I know she has a level of ambition that matches our own and we're looking forward to working with her as she continues to grow at the club.'

Contract details for new Steelers CB Jalen Ramsey fully revealed
Jalen Ramsey's contract details have just been fully revealed — and here's what Steelers fans should know about Pittsburgh's newest cornerback. According to Spotrac, a well-respected source of information on sports finance, Ramsey's contract with the Steelers is a four-year, $84.7 million deal — including $19.5 million in guarantees, all of which he'll receive this upcoming season. Ramsey's 2025 cap hit is set at $4.904 million, and his 2026 salary includes only $3.5 million in injury-only guarantees — an absolute steal for Pittsburgh. It was previously speculated that the Dolphins had to trade Ramsey in a player-for-player deal due to his expensive contract — which might explain why the Steelers sent away one of the NFL's highest-paid safeties in Minkah Fitzpatrick. While both defensive backs involved in the trade are considered past their prime, Ramsey's versatility to play outside, in the slot, and at safety offers Pittsburgh an arguable upgrade over Fitzpatrick — whose lack of splash plays played a part in the Steelers' eagerness to deal him.
