Summer has officially arrived, and to celebrate the three-month long season, this year running from June 20 to Sept. 22, Billboard has curated the ultimate Latin playlist.
The nearly two-hour list has 35 songs that have been released in 2025 so far and will make for the perfect soundtrack to blast on a hot poolside day, breezy beach afternoon, or at a carne asada with family and friends.

On the Billboard Latin Summer playlist, fans will enjoy bachata with songs like Natti Natasha's 'Desde Hoy' and Prince Royce's 'How Deep is Your Love'; merengue such as Fariana and Kiko El Crazy's 'Me Muevo'; Afrobeat as in Kapo and Myke Towers' 'ILY'; cumbia with Elena Rose, Camilo, and Los Ángeles Azules' 'Carteras Chinas'; Yailin La Más Viral's dembow in 'Todos Mienten'; and even the rhythmic reparto from Cuba with Bebeshito's 'Tacto que llegó el Reparto.'
And, let's be frank, what's summertime without a good mix of reggaetón bangers? The list also includes Alemán and Netón Vega's saucy 'Te Quería Ver,' J Balvin's 'Rio,' and Karol G's 'Verano Rosa' in collaboration with her boo, Feid.

Jim Jones Stands On His Nas Claim In Heated Exchange With Shannon Sharpe

Source: Prince Williams / Getty Jim Jones is standing on business regarding his bold claim that he's rapping better than Nas these days. During a heated appearance on Shannon Sharpe and Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson's Nightcap podcast, Capo held his ground and let the shots fly. 'I can sing more Nas records than you right now!' Jones fired at Sharpe, defending his take with confidence. Then, turning to Ochocinco, he added, 'He don't even know about rap, he's just doing it for the views—trying to get Jim Jones on here to get hot.' Jim was NOT feeling that one at all and said, '*Get him hot? Man, check the podcast space,' Sharpe clapped back made it clear that the night cap was 'The biggest podcast' the rapper has ever been one. Even when the Harlem rapper tried to flip the convo by asking Sharpe to name a Nas track, Unc didn't flinch. 'You not on that level yet, bro,' he said. 'You might can out rap me, but you can't out talk me!' Jones eventually gave Sharpe his props, but not before throwing some shade at *Club Shay Shay*, saying nobody really cares about that show like they say they do. This all started when Jim made noise on the Joe and Jada podcast, claiming he's got more Billboard hits than Nas and that he connects more with the younger crowd. Sharpe wasn't feeling it, and now it's turned into a full-blown debate, Hip-Hop credentials vs. Hall of Fame confidence. This was an episode for the books. One thing's clear: Jim's standing on business, and Shannon's not letting anything slide. SEE ALSO Jim Jones Stands On His Nas Claim In Heated Exchange With Shannon Sharpe was originally published on

Country star recovering after hospitalized for ‘not making sense' on stage

Ronnie McDowell is recovering after the country music star was hospitalized this weekend following an onstage medical event. McDowell was released from the hospital Monday after he began to slur his words and started 'not making sense' after a few songs while he was performing at the Summer Solstice Music Festival in Oley, Pennsylvania Saturday, WKRN reported. A tour manager told the outlet that McDowell reportedly thought he might have had a stroke. He was then brought to a hospital in Reading for treatment. 'I know you're all concerned. I promise — no one is more worried than I am," McDowell's son Tyler wrote in a Facebook post Saturday. 'Please understand, this is an incredibly stressful time, and right now, my focus is on my Dad. If there's anything that needs to be shared, I promise — we will." On Sunday, Tyler revealed his father underwent an MRI and that he and his brother, Ronnie Dean McDowell Jr., spent the day with Ronnie in the hospital before discharging him and taking him back to their home. 'Ronnie McDowell has been released to go home,' a Facebook post from guitarist. Greg Martin reads. 'I'm sure he'll be back out doing what he loves soon, Ronnie is a go-getter. Thanks for all the prayers!' With a career spanning nearly five decades, Ronnie McDowell has charted more than 30 top 40 hits on the Billboard country music charts. Two of his singles — 'Older Women' and 'You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation' — reached were No. 1 hits. Billie Partners With Charli XCX-beloved Accessories Company Ian Charms to Release Bush Positive Swimwear

Shave and body care brand Billie dives into swimwear. Since 2017, Billie has been on the frontlines of the body hair positivity movement, rewriting beauty standards with feel-good products and brand messaging that encourages customers to love their natural selves, pubic hair and all. Now, the company is channeling its core values in a punky new partnership with popular jewelry brand Ian Charms to release a limited-edition, two-piece swimsuit and matching bikini charm. This marks Billie's inaugural move into fashion and accessories. 'Having the freedom to go nuts on the custom body-hair-positive bikini chain bottoms was a blast.' Available in hot pink, forest green and lavender, the bikini features a detachable Y2K-inspired bikini chain hung across the front of the cheeky bottoms. Charms include colorful mushrooms, mini hair brushes, Billie hearts and pubic hair-positive catchphrases such as 'So Bushy,' 'I (heart) Fuzz' and 'Bushkini.' This collaboration is uniquely coinciding with a rise in human hair fashion, in which avant-garde designers, including Dilara Findikoglu, are embellishing garments with real, textured manes (see Julia Fox's Vanity Fair Oscars after party gown). More fittingly, the launch of the Billie and Ian Charms bikini and bathing suit charm comes amid pushes to abolish strict, 'clean-girl' standards within the wider beauty lexicon. Making noise online is a niche TikTok community called Bushtok. With more than 3,000 related posts on the app, Bushtok has sparked conversations about the stigma of female body hair, specifically pubic hair, and its impact on body shaming culture. Videos feature women revealing their 'bush maintenance' while humanizing their pubic hair. Other Bushtok followers have posted footage of them blissfully basking in the sun with the caption: 'How life sounds and feels when I have a full bush.' The idea is not necessairly to entice women to grow out their hair down there, but to erase the negative connotation from people who do, which is exactly what Billie has been working toward since its initial launch. 'Body hair positivity has always been core to Billie, and so is the belief that the bush was never out of style,' Catherine Wolpe, Billie's co-general manager, told WWD. 'Collaborating with a buzzy, bold brand like Ian Charms felt so natural to us as a way to honor the bush and celebrate women choosing to show up exactly as they are, whether that's fuzzy, bare or anything in between.' The Billie x Ian Charms bikini and bathing suit charm will be available starting Tuesday.
