Vogue Williams' neighbour 'boiled her own poo' during rent row

Vogue Williams disclosed how her neighbour once 'boiled her own poo' during a rental dispute. The 39-year-old former Fade Street personality revealed she was residing in a flat owned by an ex-partner at the time. Vogue explained that her neighbour had fallen behind with rent payments, prompting her landlord to try and "throw her out" of the property. The woman then chose to take extreme revenge on fellow residents in the building. The Irish TV host made this shocking admission whilst discussing air fresheners on her Vogue and Amber podcast with her sister. She mentioned being reminded of the appalling odour whenever she catches a scent of plug-in air fresheners. Vogue detailed: "I used to love Glade plug-ins but I'll tell you what happened. But there was a woman that lived in this apartment that I lived in, that my ex owned, and she hadn't been paying her rent for a year and basically had to get thrown out. "She was so p****d off about being thrown that out that she boiled her own s**t on the hobs. She put hots on the hobs and boiled her own s**t so the smell of s**t was all around the apartment. Vogue Williams says she was living in a flat owned by her ex at the time "We got it repainted, still smelled of s**t, so we got all of the Glade things over there and now they just remind me of s****y Glade." Portmarnock-born Vogue featured in RTE Two series Fade Street - chronicling four Dublin women - back in 2010. Audiences witnessed her working at Stellar Magazine whilst pursuing acting studies. After departing the programme in 2011, she started a relationship with Westlife vocalist Brian McFadden. The pair wed in September 2012, but ended their marriage in June 2015. Vogue encountered former Made in Chelsea personality Spencer Matthews whilst preparing for The Jump in 2017. Their courtship blossomed rapidly, resulting in their wedding less than twelve months later on Spencer's vast 10,000-acre ancestral estate in Scotland. Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews share children Theodore, Gigi, and Otto together (Image: Instagram) This occurred merely months after Spencer proposed whilst the duo were in London watching The Lion King in the West End. The pair now share three children: Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and two year old Otto. Vogue has previously disclosed she would have "swiped past" Spencer had they encountered each other on a dating application. However, she confesses she "loved" his character on The Jump. She made the admission on a previous episode of Vogue and Amber after a listener wrote in to say they were struggling to find love online. Vogue said: You're just judging someone completely on the way they look. "And I always say this, Spencer is obviously gorgeous, but he wouldn't have been my type when we met. And I would have swiped past him on a dating app. "And then we met, and we were mad about each other because we just loved each other's personalities. So, I think trying to meet somebody in real life, although it can be hard, can be a really amazing thing."

Fans say the same thing as Natalie Portman tipped for Sinéad biopic

The reactions are rolling in following news that Natalie Portman could take on the role of Sinéad O'Connor in her upcoming biopic. While the resemblance is certainly there, fans are worried about one particular aspect of Portman's possible portrayal. The Nothing Compares 2 U singer died in 2023, with a number of production companies teaming up to recant her early life and career. The reactions are rolling in following news that Natalie Portman could take on the role of Sinéad O'Connor in biopic about the musician, and while the resemblance is certainly there, fans are worried about one aspect of Portman's possible portrayal. Entertainment one of the companies behind the project. The Sun report that Natalie, 44, is 'the actress the filmmakers want' for the role of Sinéad. A source told the publication: 'They think she is the spit of Sinéad in terms of her physicality but as an actress, they know she has strength and power to do justice.' In 2005, Natalie Portman shaved her head for her role as Evey Hammond on action-thriller V for Vendetta. Social media users have been having their say, and while there's no denying a resemblance between Portman and O'Connor, there is one thing the actress may not be able to master… 'Well now you mention it I could see that,' one commented under the announcement post, 'However her accent is gonna be shagging terrible.' The biopic is understood to have been in the works since Sinéad's documentary came out in 2022, with I.E. Entertainment one of the companies behind the project. Pic: Getty Images Another echoed: 'Can she do a convincing Irish accent through? She is very talented, but nothing about any of her work that I've seen suggests she will be able to pull that off.' A third objected objected: 'She'll be awful. There are so many Irish actors, shame that celebrity is more important than talent.' A fourth wrote: 'I understand the need for a Hollywood name, but you mean to convince me that there isn't a single Irish actress who could have faithfully played the role AND had the talent and charisma?' See-Saw Films are also onboard with the project along with Nine Daughters who previously worked on Paul Mescal's God's Creatures. It is being directed by Josephine Decker and written by Irish writer Stacey Gregg. Nine Daughters founder Fodhla Cronin O'Reilly and the Oscar-winning duo of Iain Canning and Emile Sherman from See-Saw will produce. They will be joined by Neil Chordia, with music heavyweight Tim Clark serving as executive producer on behalf of I.E. Entertainment, while the film's development is being funded by BBC Film.
