Sandler had previously dedicated his 2020 Netflix film Hubie Halloween to Boyce, ending with a heartfelt message: 'In loving memory of CAMERON BOYCE. Gone way too soon and one of the kindest, coolest, funniest, and most talented kids we knew. You live on forever in our hearts and are truly missed every day.'
Boyce was known for his roles in Jessie, Descendants, and Mrs. Fletcher. His family later founded the Cameron Boyce Foundation to raise awareness and fund epilepsy research.
