BTS Star Jin Feels ‘Happy' With New Friend In Latest IGIN Post
Last Updated:
The official IGIN handle shared a picture of the BTS star Jin, showing him posing with a puppy.
Jin is winning hearts with his latest IGIN picture, and it seems to have a new family member. The BTS star ventured into independent business with his liquor brand, IGIN, in December 2024, years after co-founding Yesan Doga with celebrity chef Baek Jong Won. On June 9, a picture of Jin was shared on IGIN's official Instagram handle, where he could be seen posing with a cute little pup.
'???????????????????? ???????????????????????? ????????????????????, ????????????????. My mood today is, HANG-BOK! (Happy). When are your happy moments like sweet and sour, Eigin? Today, I choose to feel happy! How about you? When does your heart sparkle like IGIN?" the post's caption read.
The pictures show Jin in a relaxed mode, seated on the couch and indulging in some video games. A couple of IGIN cans and snacks could be seen on the table. However, what catches attention is a small puppy in the singer's arms. Jin, who is known for being quite fond of dogs, lost his pet dog, a Maltese breed, in 2017. With the latest, creating a buzz, fans have been wondering if the BTS idol is raising another furry friend, while others showered love on his adorable looks. One wrote, 'CEO WWH Jin, in the cute version, manages to be even more beautiful," while another added, 'Awww, 2 puppies. Jin makes me happy every day."
A fan wondered, 'Wait—is this Seokjin's new pet???" An overexcited fan continued, 'No. Nooooo, no, no. IGIN, why are you dropping the most adorably comfortable version of gamer boyfriend Jin on me like this?!?!? Delulu level: skyrocketed. As an aside, I can't help but low-key wonder if this is his place and if he perhaps got a new pet ARMY isn't aware of. It just looks so very, very homey."
The picture in question features Jin in a white T-shirt, which he paired with an oversized shirt and loose lounge pants. Prior to that, another picture of the BTS idol left fans in awe, wherein he sported a new look for his liquor brand. The picture shows Jin pouring a glass of IGIN liquor, dressed in a formal shirt, white bottoms and round-shaped glasses.

World's most popular TikTok star Khaby Lame leaves the U.S. after being detained by ICE
Khaby Lame, the world's most popular TikTok personality with millions of followers, has left the U.S. after being detained by immigration agents in Las Vegas for allegedly overstaying his visa. The Senegalese-Italian influencer, whose legal name is Seringe Khabane Lame, was detained Friday (June 6, 2025) at Harry Reid International Airport but was allowed to leave the country without a deportation order, a spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed in a statement. Also Read | Trump launches paid self-deportation program to end 'invasion' Mr Lame arrived in the U.S. on April 30 and 'overstayed the terms of his visa,' the ICE spokesperson said. The Associated Press sent a message seeking comment Tuesday (June 10, 2025) to the email address listed on Mr Lame's Instagram account. He has not publicly commented on his detainment. His detainment and voluntary departure from the U.S. comes amid President Donald Trump's escalating crackdown on immigration, including raids in Los Angeles that sparked days of protests against ICE, as the president tests the bounds of his executive authority. A voluntary departure — which was granted to Mr Lame — allows those facing removal from the U.S. to avoid a deportation order on their immigration record, which could prevent them from being allowed back into the U.S. for up to a decade. The 25-year-old rose to international fame during the pandemic without ever saying a word in his videos, which would show him reacting to absurdly complicated 'life hacks.' He has over 162 million followers on TikTok alone. The Senegal-born influencer moved to Italy when he was an infant with his working class parents and has Italian citizenship. His internet fame quickly evolved. He signed a multi-year partnership with designer brand Hugo Boss in 2022. In January, he was appointed as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador. Last month, he attended the Met Gala in New York City, days after arriving in the U.S.

BTS' RM says mental health worsened amid HYBE issues, had to rely on pills: ‘I cried all night, kept saying I was going to die'
BTS RM was discharged from the military on June 10 after 18 months of service, along with fellow band member Kim Taehyung. Though the two served at different military bases, both enlisted on the same day and were discharged from Chuncheon. Upon their return, the two held a comeback Weverse live, which was joined by BTS's oldest member, Kim Seokjin, and they spoke about how their MBTI had changed over the months. But once the live ended, both idols then held separate lives to talk to fans and share their experiences at the military base. However, what RM shared has deeply upset and angered fans. The K-pop idol revealed he was diagnosed with insomnia and couldn't sleep for two days straight due to everything happening at their agency, HYBE. Also read: 'Taehyung was so passionate': Award-winning director recalls how BTS' V got rid of IU's MV scene, cut his hair and enlisted the next day While all the BTS members recalled having a good time in the military, serving the nation, RM seemed to have had a hard time. The BTS leader shared with fans how physically and emotionally draining his service had been, especially with everything going on at his company, HYBE, around the same time. Last year and even now, BTS' agency led by Bang Si Hyuk has been embroiled in a number of controversies, ranging from the ADOR vs. Min Hee Jin fight, the NewJeans feud, and now a probe on Bang. Although RM didn't blame HYBE directly, fans connected the timing and felt he was clearly affected by it all. RM revealed that he had suffered from serious insomnia, so bad that at one point, he didn't sleep for 78 hours straight. 'They're sleeping right next to you, snoring and grinding their teeth. So… There was a time when I did not get a single minute of sleep for two days, for about 78 hours. That was toward the end of April. I mean, there were a lot of things happening outside the base. I remember thinking to myself, 'Oh, I'm going to die at this rate.' Like, I have to keep going with the daily schedule, but I'm running on no sleep. I'd be lying down and—those of you who have insomnia know what I'm talking about. I'm tired but I just can't fall asleep.' Also read: BTS' RM and V finally discharged from mandatory military service, receive hero's welcome from fans. See pics Furthermore, Kim Namjoon also shared that he started feeling emotionally weak. He kept questioning himself, wondering why he was struggling so much in the military when he had handled worse things in the past. 'Why are you so weak? You've been through more challenging times already. So why are you losing to things like sleep… or the military?' RM revealed he tried to push himself to be positive again and to go back to the roots, to go back to being 'Mr. Why Not?' He said, 'It was a way for me to try to hype myself up, but it doesn't really work when you're in the army. But I'm going to come around.' In the same livestream, RM shared that he had to get professional help during his service. The therapist diagnosed him with insomnia and gave him sleeping pills, which he's now been taking for 1 year and 2 months. A day before discharge, the K-pop idol revealed crying all night after his fellow comrades went to sleep and kept consoling himself that his military service had finally ended. After the livestream, fans showed RM support and praised his honesty. But there was also a lot of anger. Many fans were furious, not just at how harsh the military conditions sounded, but also at HYBE. Since RM mentioned this all started around the time HYBE was dealing with its internal drama, fans felt that maybe the company didn't protect him well enough.
