ITV Britain's Got Talent's Amanda Holden shares three-word Mile High Club confession

Daily Record10-05-2025

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has made a cheeky admission about her love life with husband Chris Hughes.
Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has dished the dirt on whether she has ever joined the Mile High Club with her close pal and BBC co-star, Alan Carr. In a saucy conversation about her romantic life, Amanda spilled the beans on whether she's ever engaged in any risqué activities mid-flight with her spouse, Chris Hughes.
During a revealing chat on Alan's Life's A Beach podcast, 54-year-old Amanda was answering quick-fire questions when she confessed, Belfast Live reports. Alan quizzed her on membership of the Mile High Club, to which the Heart FM frontwoman replied: "No, I haven't ever done it" followed by a cheeky comment: "I probably should."

To leave no room for doubt, the ITV judge light-heartedly affirmed: "I haven't, it's the truth, I'm not too shy, there's just not enough space or hygiene." Elsewhere from this juicy revelation, Amanda has also let slip some details about her nearly two-decade marriage to Chris during a segment on Heart FM, highlighting how they live "separate lives".

She stated: "I've been married for over 20 years. Well, I met him in 2003, I can't work it out.
"Anyway, a long time, and our lives have been very separate for a long time because we're both very busy."
Continuing, she remarked: "Obviously, we're very happily married, but we do lots of things separately. I love my Peloton and running, he goes and plays squash.

"He's got a massive career as well. We're always separate, you know."
After meeting in 2003 while in Los Angeles, she went on to marry the record producer five years later at St. Margaret's Church in Somerset.

They now share two children together, Alexa Louise Florence and Hollie Rose.
In addition to sharing glimpses of her domestic life with her hubby, Amanda has been a regular presence on our televisions recently.
Some of her latest appearances have come alongside her pal Alan Carr, who she made her Mile High Club confession to.

Demonstrating their home improvement abilities, Amanda and Alan were given the task of renovating properties in Italy and Spain for their joint BBC series.
Amanda has also returned to her role on the judging panel for another season of Britain's Got Talent this year.

Heartbreaking Corrie scenes as Debbie confirms dementia diagnosis to loved ones

Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) has been keeping a huge secret from (most of) her family recently in Coronation Street, after she was diagnosed with dementia. Proud, independent Debbie felt like she didn't want to burden her brother Kevin (Michael Le Vell) with the news, as he's already going through a tough time with cancer treatment. As for her relationship with Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan), Debbie opted to dump him rather than tell him the truth. Debbie's split with Ronnie hasn't been easy for either of them, as they both love each other and had previously decided to get married. Ronnie has been left hurt and confused, while Debbie thinks he's already moved on as she's spotted him a few times in the company of Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson). So far the only person who knows about Debbie's diagnosis is her other brother, Carl (Jonathan Howard) – and he only found out by accident and has been sworn to secrecy by Debbie. But all that is about to change in an episode airing soon, where Debbie takes a sudden turn for the worse and is forced to open up to her family about what's really going on. Debbie and Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) go to the Chariot Square bar for a few drinks to cheer Debbie up after she admits to Bernie that she's finding it hard to be in the same room as Ronnie. Also in the bar is Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey), and when he causes a fuss by failing to produce ID when asked, Debbie loses it with him. We've seen Debbie becoming irrationally angry before and it's a symptom of her condition, and this time she really loses control and smashes Brody's glass on the bar. The next day Bernie is worried about Debbie because of her behaviour at the bar but also because she forgets to pay at the cafe. She's under pressure because there's been a flood at the hotel and she's facing having to cancel an awards ceremony, but Leanne offers to host the event at Speed Daal. EastEnders confirms arrest for Joel as he commits shocking assault

EastEnders teen Joel Marshall (Max Murray) is arrested after committing a shocking assault next week. As the BBC soap's dark incel plot gathers pace, the newcomer is questioned by police after inappropriately touching a passenger on the tube. Since arriving in Walford with his dad Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) and his partner Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) earlier this year, Joel has exhibited some disturbing behaviour. After it was revealed he had previously upskirted one of his classmates back in Australia, he recorded himself and Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) having sex without her consent. As well as making various misogynistic comments, he also encouraged friend Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) to use his dad's credit card to view adult content online. Next week, the pair are on the tube home together when Joel asks Tommy to film him, unaware of his intentions. Tommy is horrified when he then witnesses Joel pretending to fall on fellow passenger, Isla, who he touches inappropriately. Upon arriving at the tube station, Isla reports Joel to the authorities, and he is swiftly apprehended. After Ross and Vicki arrive on the scene, Ross demands answers as Vicki comforts Isla and supports her decision to report Joel, hoping this might stop him doing it again. Later, Ross tries to get through to his son, who lies about what happened. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Who's leaving Coronation Street? Seeing Ross worry about Joel's future, Vicki tries to support her partner and meets up with Isla to offer her money to drop the complaint. Coronation Street character left to die alone as Lisa makes an arrest

A life-threatening situation unfolds in upcoming Coronation Street episodes after police officer Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) arrests Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey). Since Brody was released from the secure training centre he's caused a fair amount of trouble in the Street. Almost the first thing he did was to start nicking stuff from the corner shop. His arrogant attitude and apparent determination to follow in the footsteps of the man he considers to be his father, Mick (Joe Layton), has meant he hasn't exactly made a great impression on the local residents. Especially in the aftermath of Mick killing beloved police officer Craig Tinker (Colson Smith), sympathy for the Michaelis family is in short supply. The situation is complicated for DC Kit Green (Jacob Roberts), of course, as he believes he could be Brody's biological dad. Recently we saw Kit stopping Brody from stealing wine from a delivery van. Although he just sent Brody on his way, Brody tried to stir up trouble by telling Lisa that Kit was harassing him. Not long after this, Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove), Kit and Sarah (Tina O'Brien) came across Brody lying injured in an alley with a broken bottle of whisky by his side. He then had a seizure and wet himself. Kit took him to hospital, where Brody told him that he suffers from epilepsy and often wets himself during a seizure. Kit promised to keep this information to himself. More Trending But in a soon-to-be-aired episode, a dangerous situation develops for Brody. He's been trying to wind Daniel Osborne (Rob Mallard) – his former teacher at the STC – up, and spills a drink over something he's working on. Lisa is nearby and when she sees what's going on she tells Brody she's arresting him for harassment. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Who's leaving Coronation Street? At the police station Brody is ordered to empty his pockets. There's a bottle of white pills – his epilepsy medication – but Brody is giving it attitude and refuses to say what the pills are. He's put in a cell, but shouts out to Lisa that he needs the pills. Lisa ignores him, thinking it's just another ploy to wind her up. Sadly it isn't – and when Brody's alone in his cell he has another seizure. View More » What will Kit's reaction be when he finds out that Lisa left Brody in a potentially deadly situation?
