Jamie Lee Curtis tearfully praises Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson
The Naked Gun stars are rumoured to have become romantically involved after meeting on the set of the film, and the Freakier Friday star has called for people to stop speculating about the pair but to just feel happy if they have found love with one another.
She told VT in a clip shared to TikTok: 'With all due respect to pop culture, if love has found [its] way into that relationship - God bless them both - leave them the f*** alone. Let them like each other.
'Both of them have had hardship, and they're both beautiful human beings - makes me cry."
She grew tearful as she added: "If they actually have found an intimate love with each other, we should all go to bed tonight feeling better.'
Jamie thinks her Last Showgirl co-star and Liam - whose wife Natasha Richardson died in a skiing accident in 2009 - both deserve happiness.
She said: 'She's a beautiful person. She was fantastic [in the movie], but she's a beautiful human being.
'He also suffered an unimaginable loss so young, and has had a really hard go of it.
"So if, in fact, these people have hard launched, then wish them the best and leave them alone.'
The Freakier Friday star's comments come after 73-year-old Liam's son Daniel expressed his approval over his dad's new relationship.
The 28 year old was in the audience when the pair appeared on Watch What Happens Live over the weekend.
Host Andy Cohen told the couple: 'The question that I'm not asking the two of you tonight is what's going on between the two of you, but I do just want to say, as a very old friend of [Liam's], all of your friends are very much stanning this relationship, as the kids say."
As Liam put his hand on Pamela's shoulder and she reached to squeeze it, Andy then asked Daniel, who was sitting in the audience: "Right Danny?"
Daniel replied: "Yes."
On Friday (01.08.25), Pamela shared a series of photos of herself and Liam on Instagram along with the caption: "The Naked Gun is finally in theatres! Bring your friends, family, lovers… whoever… just go and have a laugh… it's good for you!
"I'll see you there [white heart and popcorn emojis] (sic)"
And Daniel commented with a string of emojis including hands up, fire, and white hearts.
Natasha's sister, Joely Richardson, also commented on the post with a string of red heart emojis.
Liam - who has Micheal, 30, and Daniel with his late wife - previously confessed to being 'madly in love' with Pamela as he gushed about working with her.
He told People magazine: 'With Pamela, first off, I'm madly in love with her. She's just terrific to work with. I can't compliment her enough, I'll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with.'

Lohan and Lee Curtis hit red carpet for 'freaky' film
Hollywood stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan have graced an Australian red carpet for the premiere of Disney's Freakier Friday. The sequel comes more than two decades after the body-swap comedy Freaky Friday became a global hit. Lee Curtis and Lohan reunite as Tess and Anna Coleman, years after the pair first endured an identity crisis in the 2003 film. Anna has a daughter and soon-to-be stepdaughter of her own, and is navigating the challenges of merging families when the story gets freakier. Directed by Nisha Ganatra, the movie is based on the novel by American composer and screenwriter Mary Rodgers, published in 1972. The original film earned Disney $US160 million ($A248 million) worldwide, well surpassing its production budget of about $US26 million ($A40 million). The sequel marks Lohan's return to Hollywood after she was absent for most of the 2010s before her appearance in Falling For Christmas in 2022. A social media post announcing her return with Lee Curtis in Freakier attracted more than one million likes. Lohan rose to fame in her role as identical twins in the 1998 film The Parent Trap. Freakquel co-star Lee-Curtis is an actor, producer, and children's author, best known for her breakout role in the 1978 rendition of Halloween and its six sequels. Lohan and Lee Curtis attended the Australian premiere at Bondi Junction in Sydney on Tuesday, following multiple appearances at premieres across the world including London, New York and Mexico City. The film will be released in Australian cinemas on Thursday. Hollywood stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan have graced an Australian red carpet for the premiere of Disney's Freakier Friday. Shortly after turning 18 on July 29, the internet personality launched her own account on the explicit subscription service platform and says the money started flowing in immediately. She posted a screenshot on Instagram of her earnings including $511,003.79 in subscriptions, $26,736.19 in tips and $486,558.11 in messages, adding up to over $1 million in total. She wrote: '$1M in 3 hours. We broke the f*** out of that onlyfans record . Come see content I took of myself at 12:01AM on my 18th BDAY. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 24hrs.' She also wrote: '$1M IN 3 HOURS. LIL TAY RICH AND FINNA GET RICHER.' Announcing her account on the platform, Lil Tay previously posted a picture of herself wearing a 'pornstar in training' top and wrote: 'I DID IT. LINK IN BIO. ALL CONTENT SHOT @ 12:01AM ON MY 18th BIRTHDAY. Bday special only available for 24 hours. Come talk to me.' Lil Tay – whose real name is Claire Eileen Qi Hope - first found fame at just nine years old when her foulmouthed videos started going viral. She later pivoted to rapping and has worked with stars including Bhad Bhabie, Jake Paul and Diplo. The young star was embroiled in controversy in 2023 when someone posted a false statement on her Instagram account claimed she had died, along with her brother Jason Tian. The statement said: 'It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire's sudden and tragic passing. We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain. This outcome was entirely unexpected, and has left us all in shock. Her brother's passing adds an even more unimaginable depth to our grief. 'During this time of immense sorrow, we kindly ask for privacy as we grieve this overwhelming loss. Claire will forever remain in our hearts, her absence leaving an irreplaceable void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her.' There was confusion as her management appeared to confirm the death to Us Weekly, saying: 'With profound regret, we confirm the accuracy of the statement.' However, just one day later, Tay revealed she was alive and said she was 'trying to sort out this mess'. She told TMZ: 'I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I'm completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. It's been a very traumatizing 24 hours. All day yesterday, I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones all while trying to sort out this mess.'

Christie Brinkley and daughter had same matches on dating apps
Christie Brinkley and her daughter matched with the same men on dating apps. The 71-year-old model - who has son Jack, 30, with third ex-husband Richard Taubman and daughter Sailor, 27, with fourth ex-spouse Peter Cook - told how her youngest child helped her set up a profile to find a potential partner but was shocked to find they were being paired with the same people. Speaking to Kristin Davis on her Are You a Charlotte? podcast, Christie said: 'She wanted to see what kind of guys [would match] … and she put me up there … and she said, 'Mom, you're right not to go on it, because the same guys that said yes to me, are saying yes to you.' " Kristin replied: 'Smart Sailor, that is a really fascinating little experiment." Christie speculated on the type of guys who were matching with both her and Sailor, suggesting they were just looking for a woman who would be "impressed" by their choices. She said: 'I find that what men like to do is to find somebody that'll be impressed by every little thing that they do. Like, 'Oh really, oh, you're taking me to that restaurant.'' Kristin, 60, is fascinated by the modern dating world and wants to learn more, even though she is "kind of scared" about the process of finding a partner. She said: 'I'm kind of scared and awed by the whole situation that has kind of evolved in the dating world. And I don't understand it, but I would like to understand it better.' Christie previously spoke about how Sailor, who is also a model, has helped boost her confidence after she appeared in the 60th anniversary edition of Sports Illustrated's famous Swimsuit issue. She told People magazine: "Sailor is very strong and, you know, she has very strong opinions about feeling good about yourself because she's gone through strong feelings, not feeling good about herself. "So, she's really into empowering herself to feel confident and good. And she'll say to me if ever I, I'm doubtful and I go, 'I don't know, you know, is this like...?' She's like, 'Mom, you're beautiful, embrace it, you know, go with it, lean into it.' And I'm like, 'Ok, I shall try.'"
