Frankie Bridge uses this £34 setting spray to stop her makeup melting on Loose Women

Frankie Bridge revealed that she does her own makeup before Loose Women with a glimpse at her go-to beauty routine including the setting spray that stops her makeup melting on set
You'd be forgiven for thinking that just about everyone who appears on TV has a glam squad at their disposal to do all their hair and makeup before their appearance. However Frankie Bridge has revealed that she does her own makeup when she posted 'A little GRWM routine before Loose Women ' video on Instagram.
As a regular panellist on the show Frankie clearly has her routine down to a fine art, and knows how to make sure it lasts despite the hours on set under hot studio lights. And one item in her routine is to thank for that; the KOSAS Cloud Set Airy Setting Mist.
Frankie applies the setting spray as the last step in her routine, and it's the secret to keeping all of her hard work firmly in place, with no smudging or separating no matter how hot it is in the studio. The setting spray is £34, but for the price you get a huge 100ml bottle that should last you a while, and considering how flawless Frankie's makeup always looks, it comes highly recommended.
The KOSAS Cloud Set Airy Setting Mist is oil-free, which helps prevent your makeup from separating or becoming cakey after application. Instead it has an ultra-fine, airy mist spray that settles in a light layer across your skin, locking your products in place without changing their appearance.
It also helps get rid of shine without looking matte or chalky so you can maintain your glow, with a hydrating formula that improves skin texture and reduces the appearance of pores. If you prefer something that adds even more glow to your skin, Refy's Face Setter (£22) is a hydrating skincare mist and makeup setting spray in one, which leaves your skin with a natural-looking dewy finish.
Alternatively, if you prefer a more matte, shine-free finish, the ONE/SIZE On 'Til Dawn Mattifying Waterproof Setting Spray (£32) is ideal. Not only does it mattify skin, but it's fully waterproof making it a great choice for holidays or watersports activities.
The KOSAS Cloud Set Airy Setting Mist however also allows your skin to breathe underneath it, rather than creating a mask-like film over the top, which stops it feeling dry, tight or sticky. Whilst it's mainly used directly after applying makeup, you can also use it throughout the day for a refreshing top up.
Sephora shoppers have also been raving about it, with one saying: ' The way this mist sets makeup should be studied. It instantly transforms your makeup to a weightless, skin-like finish. It also mists with great diffusion for a perfect application. My skin can get oily so I can also appreciate that I didn't get greasy with this spray. Kosas always meets the expectation.'
Another agreed: 'This setting spray is absolutely amazing! I was a bit hesitant with trying a newer setting spray but this one set my makeup really nicely. the mister on the bottle is also the perfect because just enough comes out without drenching your face.'
Some were less taken with it, with one writing: 'As a facial mist this is fine, but as a setting spray it does absolutely nothing.'
Whilst a second said: 'This spray feels amazing on my skin. However, it doesn't make my makeup last any longer. I haven't seen skin improvement. This is lovely but I don't think it actually has a purpose. If you want a makeup setting spray, look to Hourglass or Urban Decay.'
But others can't get enough of the KOSAS Cloud Set Airy Setting Mist, with one happy customer writing: 'Best setting spray on market for mature skin. Worth the money!'

And let's not forget the McDonalds "in a medieval castle" in Indiana, US. ‌ Recently people have been wowed by a picturesque chain in Oahu, Hawaii. Surrounded by palm trees and grassland, and a view of the Koolau mountain range, this chain has been described as "McDonald's in heaven" with a video shared on TikTok. The same individual, named Jared, said: "I flew to Hawaii to see the world's most beautiful McDonalds." He was adamant about visiting the impressive space after seeing videos online. Another video shared on Instagram shows people queuing for the drive thru while admiring the breathtaking mountain views. Wowed viewers rushed to comment, as one individual said: "The view is pretty, the scenery is awesome." Someone wrote: "No joke, I will wait in that line all damn day! Get my food and go back around again." ‌ One other said: "I'm not even complaining when my order is late." "I would say 'welcome to Jurassic Park' every time we roll up," joked another. "Waiting for a T-Rex to come through those mountains," joked one other. Another described it as a "junk spot in heaven". One other obsessed over the "beautiful view". "Oh my God it's beautiful," added one other. "I lived in Maui for many years and I miss is so much," commented one other.

Unfortunately with chemotherapy the slightest cold / bug / infections can quickly turn to sepsis as you don't have the white blood cells to fight it". In another post on her Instagram story, Amy wrote: "Fast forward two years and I'm feeling healthier, stronger and happier than ever! "Still go by these mottos. Don't get bitter get better. This too shall pass. And my old school days one, fail to prepare, prepare to fail". The star has spoken openly about her health in recent years. She said: "I recently suffered a setback in my cancer treatment and spent several days in hospital and needing care by an ICU team." She also gave the full story in an interview with Hello! Magazine. "I started having a temperature of 37.7 degrees Celsius," Amy shared during the interview. ‌ "At the time I didn't realise that having a temperature of 37.5 or above could be fatal for a chemo patient. I just thought it was my reaction to chemo but, as it turned out, I had already got an infection." Amy continued: 'I felt freezing cold but I was all clammy and shaking. My mum and dad rang my red card [which provides the chemotherapy team's contact details and current treatment information] and they said to hang up and ring the ambulance. "I didn't want to go into hospital. at the time I didn't realise how ill I was. I knew it was a Saturday night, so A&E would probably be crowded, and it was dangerous being around people as it's more likely you'll pick up an infection. ‌ The Strictly star issued a 'fast forward' update after the tribute (Image: Amy Dowden / Instagram) "On chemo you don't have your white blood cells to fight infection. We now know I had the infection just before I started chemo but we were never able to pinpoint what actually caused it." Amy then told the publication that her memory of her time in hospital was hazy, adding: "The doctors and nurses were telling me I had sepsis and that it was life-threatening but I wasn't taking it in. I didn't become properly aware until later. I told my dad: 'I've got sepsis' and he said: 'I know'." ‌ Amy underwent an intensive chemotherapy and mastectomy in 2023. The star also shared her most vulnerable moments in that year with her BBC documentary, Strictly Amy: Cancer and Me, which followed Amy as she received treatment and raised awareness for breast cancer. In February 2024, she received the uplifting news of 'no evidence of the disease', but the ballroom expert has been unwavering in her commitment to raising awareness of the disease ever since, providing regular heartfelt updates to her followers on social media. This year, the star will be making a triumphant return to Strictly Come Dancing. Last year, the professional dancer was coupled up with JB Gill after returning to the show following her cancer treatment. ‌ However, Amy had to pull out from the competition after sustaining an injury and was replaced by fellow professional dancer Lauren Oakley. Luckily, Amy recovered and started 2025 with a dance tour around the UK titled Reborn alongside professional dancer and close friend, Carlos Gu, who will also be joining the Strictly series this year. And furthermore, her documentary, Strictly Amy: Cancer and Me, has been nominated for a National Television Award in the authored documentary category shortlist.
