After Google Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL full specs leak leaving little to imagine

India Today01-07-2025
Google is expected to announce its next generation of Pixel phones soon, and ahead of that, a fresh leak has revealed nearly all the key specs of the upcoming Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL. While the company hasn't confirmed the launch date, the Pixel 10 lineup is expected to break cover sometime in August. The upcoming Pro models are tipped to come with Google's next-gen in-house chip, improved battery life, and slightly faster charging, though the overall design and camera hardware may not see drastic changes. The leak, coming from Android Headlines, gives a detailed look at what users can expect from Google's top-end Pixel phones this year.advertisementPixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL full specs leakTensor G5 chip to power the new Pixels? One of the key changes this year is expected to come under the hood. Both the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL will reportedly be powered by Google's new Tensor G5 chipset, a successor to the Tensor G4 seen on the Pixel 9 series. This chipset is expected to bring improvements in AI processing, efficiency, and overall system performance.Google is also stepping up the memory game. The Pixel 10 Pro models are likely to come with up to 16GB of RAM, which should make multitasking smoother and offer a more fluid performance, especially when paired with Android's latest version. In terms of storage, the regular Pixel 10 Pro is tipped to come in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB variants, while the Pro XL might skip the base variant and start at 256GB.Same display sizes, brighter screens?advertisement
In terms of size, there seems to be little change. The Pixel 10 Pro is tipped to feature a 6.3-inch display, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL may offer a 6.8-inch screen. Both phones will likely use LTPO OLED panels with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and could support peak brightness levels of up to 3,000nits, an upgrade that should help in bright outdoor conditions. These displays are also expected to be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both sides, offering better scratch and drop resistance.Camera setup might remain unchangedWhile Google is reportedly making internal improvements to performance and battery, the camera hardware may remain the same as last year's Pixel 9 Pro lineup. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL are both expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 48-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera, capable of 5x optical zoom. The leaked information also suggests that both the ultrawide and telephoto sensors will support macro photography, offering more flexibility to users who like to shoot close-up shots. On the front, the selfie camera may get a slight bump to 42-megapixel, which could improve video call clarity and detail in selfies.Bigger batteries and improved chargingadvertisementBattery upgrades are also on the cards. The Pixel 10 Pro may house a 4,870mAh battery, which is a modest increase over the Pixel 9 Pro's 4,700mAh cell. Meanwhile, the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL is rumoured to pack a 5,200mAh battery, the highest battery capacity ever in a Pixel device.Charging speeds are also expected to improve slightly. The Pixel 10 Pro could support 29W wired charging, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL might go further with 39W fast charging. Both phones are said to support 15W wireless charging.- Ends

Meet Avni Jain, hired by Google for record breaking salary by..., not from IIIT, IIM, VIT, BIT, she is from.... Getting a job in a giant tech company like Google is the dream of millions of students. In such a situation, if a student reaches Google on the basis of his hard work and skills without studying from a top branded college in a big city, then that story becomes really inspiring. One such story is of Avni Jain, who studied from a college in Jharkhand and then got directly selected for the post of software engineer in a multinational company like Google. In such a situation, it would not be wrong to call her a Google Girl. Who is Avni Jain? Avni Jain is originally from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her schooling from a reputed private school in Indore. Avni was good at studies since childhood and had a keen interest in technology. In the year 2021, she passed the 12th examination with good marks. After this, she decided to make a career in the field of engineering. Studied from IIT ISM Dhanbad After 12th, Avni got admission in Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad (IIT ISM Dhanbad). As soon as Avni completed her she got a job offer from Google as a software engineer. This offer was for a package of lakhs, which is like a dream for any fresher engineer. It is not easy to get selected directly in a company like Google, but Avni had a strong hold on subjects like coding skills, data structure, algorithm, and system design. After the internship experience, Avni worked as a mentor in a technical community called CodeISM. Here she used to guide junior students in coding, problem solving and interview preparation. Indian Woman Who Was Told She'll Never Make It To Google Now Works At The Tech Giant. See Viral Post

An Indian woman is making headlines after sharing about a past interview experience where she was mocked by a startup interviewer who claimed she would never make it to global tech giants like Google or Meta. Taking to X, the user who goes by Arpita Das on the microblogging platform, narrated her interview experience, revealing that she eventually did get into Google. "Was grilled by a mid-level startup interviewer in a system design round, he made me design infra, estimate CPU costs, basically everything except physically build the data centre," she wrote in her post. However, she said that the interview took a sharp turn when she struggled to answer a few questions. "When I stumbled, he smirked and said, 'This is why people like you won't make it to big companies like Google, Meta'". But proving the interviewer wrong, Ms Das revealed that she now works at Google. "Not bragging-just wondering why some folks gatekeep based on their own insecurities," she concluded. Take a look at the post below: Was grilled by a mid-level startup interviewer in a system design round - he made me design infra, estimate CPU costs, basically everything except physically build the data center. While many praised her success story, others slammed the interviewer. Some users also shared similar experiences. "Great story. Success is the best revenge. Keep going," one user wrote. "I think in later stages you will get the chance to interview that interviewer in future, that's how the world works," joked another. "Today, most interviewers see attitude and eagerness to learn as you can not judge a person on the whole thing in those 10-15 minutes," said a third user. "The person who was reluctant to hire me during the interview was fired after 1.5 years. He thought that, as a woman, I won't be able to do onsite work. However, I ended up performing not only my own duties but also his, and I did so better than he did. He had become redundant," shared one user. "Hiring system is terribly messed up nowadays and I'm pretty sure the startup is in wrong you got exactly what you deserve," commented another. Notably, according to her X bio, Ms Das has previously worked at prominent companies such as Microsoft and Myntra.

Beyond Gemini, Samsung Galaxy S26 5G will likely let you pick its AI brain

As Samsung prepares for next year's flagship launch, it is reported to expand its AI reach for its upcoming devices. While we are accumulating the Galaxy S26 5G series leaks and rumours, Samsung is reportedly in talks with several companies to expand its AI services apart from Google's Gemini. Therefore, it is expected that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series could offer additional AI assistant options, instead of Bixby and Gemini. Samsung is expected to finalise a deal with Perplexity for integrating its AI chatbot. Here's what we know so far.(Bloomberg) Now, Samsung users will have greater chatbot support, as they will be able to decide with an AI assistant they want to use on a day-to-day basis. Samsung Mobile Division President and COO, Choi Won-Joon, has also confirmed the claims of the company 'talking to multiple vendors' for AI integration. Therefore, know what AI upgrades we can expect from the Galaxy S26 series Samsung Galaxy S26 5G series likely to get a major AI upgrade According to a Bloomberg report, Samsung is in talks with multiple AI companies to expand its AI capabilities for the upcoming Galaxy S26 5G series. It was highlighted that the upcoming flagship could see options for several AI assistants apart from Google's Gemini. Regarding the expansion, Choi Won-Joon said, 'As long as these AI agents are competitive and can provide the best user experiences, we are open to any AI agent out there.' Earlier, Samsung was also rumoured to be in talks with Perplexity for its AI chatbot expansion. Now, the recent report has stated that the companies are nearing finalisation. Samsung is also expected to invest in Perplexity while also bringing its AI capabilities to its smartphones. Now, users will not have to rely on any specific AI assistant for their AI interactions. If the deal pans out, these new AI assistants will be preinstalled on the Galaxy S26 series, similar to how we access Gemini. However, Samsung is yet to finalise the deal, and may reach out to other vendors as well before the launch. With AI expansion, Samsung is not only expanding its AI reach but also reducing its dependence on Google. Additionally, if the deal went through, Samsung's flagship models would also compete with Apple iPhones, since they rely on OpenAI's ChatGPT for AI tasks and search queries. Apart from this AI upgrade, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to get a major camera and performance boost. Reportedly, the Galaxy S26 series is expected to be powered by a Samsung-made Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip. We may also get an upgrade to 16GB of RAM next year.
