THE LEGENDARY fashion giant Topshop has delighted fans with news of its return to the high street.
However, before you dash to check out the latest collection, make sure to go through your wardrobe - as it might be full of Topshop 's old pieces worth a small fortune.

The iconic brand left a hole on London's Oxford Street and the hearts of many trendy fans when it closed its doors in 2021.
But much to the pleasure of fashionistas, Topshop is back up and running online - and there's even speak of shops coming soon in the UK.
If you're looking to make some quick cash, it also might be wise to search through storage for old Topshop pieces - because they could be worth a pretty penny.
Despite most pieces originally retailing for under £100, online marketplace eBay has witnessed people flogging their pre-loved garments from the brand for much higher prices, with some clothes going more for than £200 plus.
One seller, @ bless7478, managed to sell a floral dress, dubbed 'Topshop Kate Moss Iconic Pansy Floral Print Tea Dress Glasto', for an impressive £115.
While the price tag might raise some eyebrows, the eBay seller noted that the frock, also previously worn by fashion legend Alexa Chung, is made from 100 per cent cotton, which is a rare find these days.
Elsewhere, a different frilly dress is currently up for grabs for an impressive £172, despite showing signs of wear.
It comes as no surprise that most of the items up for larger amounts of money are related to Kate Moss, the English super model who became synonymous with Topshop after collaborating with the brand.
Back in 2014, Kate's Topshop collection caused chaos on London's Oxford Street, with hordes of fans lining outside the flagship store to purchase the festival-inspired collection.
The model's appearance at the event made the release day an even bigger event for the eager fans.

She joined Radio One DJ Nick Grimshaw on stage, saying to fans: ''Happy shopping.''
After her brief appearance, Kate disappeared to go for a private dinner with friends and supporters.
Friends and family caught and early glimpse inside for a special VIP preview, with guests including Mary McCartney, sister of designer Stella McCartney, and Sienna Miller, Mail Online reported.
What makes the brand so unique?
THE return of Topshop to the high street has left fans in a frenzy.
Sun Savers Editor Lana Clements explains what makes the brand quite so special…
Topshop was so much more than a clothing brand for millennials. It is woven into the tapestry of our coming of age.
For me, the love affair started pre-teens coveting Freedom jewellery mood rings and yin yang symbols on black cord necklaces that were synonymous with the 90s.
But as I grew up, Topshop was with me every step of the way. From the signature everyday Jamie skinny jeans to almost all my Friday night outfits.
Until Topshop, high street fashion simply imitated trends led by top designers.
But the brand became the forefront of cutting-edge fashion, setting trends rather than following them.
This was underlined by Topshop Unique becoming part of the London Fashion week schedule in 2005, featuring the likes of Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn on the runway.
But nothing secured its status as a fashion leader more than its iconic collaboration with Kate Moss.
A range would sell out in a matter of hours as shoppers scrambled to own THE item of the season from the vests and tassel waistcoats to pretty tea dresses and tiny denim shorts.
The Oxford Circus store was a long-time mecca for fashionistas. I still remember the buzz of heading down the escalators, completely overwhelmed by the choice of clothes and not knowing quite which way to turn first, as you were plunged into retail heaven.
Yes, the brand has carried on online after being bought by Asos. But it just wasn't the same.
Let us millennials relive our youth and bring back those physical stores.
The model's SS14 collection was full to the brim with style staples inspired by the 70s, including fringed suede jackets, jump suits and maxi dresses.
The range also included embroidered smock-tops, silk blouses and graphic print kaftans that went on sale in high street stores globally and online.
Kate, who first collaborated with the legendary brand in 2007, was said to have taken inspiration from her own wardrobe.
Despite her status as a supermodel and a net worth of a staggering £40million, Kate's wardrobe isn't solely comprised of designer labels.
At the time, Topshop's Sir Philip Green said: ''I am personally thrilled that Kate wanted to come back to Topshop to work with us again.
''The first time around was such a lot of fun and she has been sorely missed.
''The Topshop business has developed extensively around the globe since we launched with Kate in 2007.''
Kate added: ''I have really missed being involved in the design process and working with the team at Topshop.
''I am very excited to create a new collection that bears my name.
''Now more than ever with London being at the forefront of fashion as it feels like I'm back home.''
While Kate worked closely with the brand back in the day, it's unclear whether the 51-year-old will rekindle the relationship in its next phase.
Elsewhere on Topshop's website, a range of womenswear and menswear can be ordered online.
The brand's full 2025 autumn and winter collection is going live on 16 August.

People say I have the ‘nicest council house they've seen' & it's infuriated trolls who say ‘that's where our taxes go'

A WOMAN who showed off her new council house has been trolled as people claim they're paying for it. Robyn, a mum-of-one from the UK, was thrilled to get a house she could call home after being in temporary accommodation for four months. The mum shared her new council house in a recent TikTok video and it left people stunned. The new house had two large bedrooms, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, plenty of storage space and a front room leading to a massive garden. And despite most council houses being outdated, hers was brand new as it was in a newbuild complex. Robyn wrote: "After four long months of being in temporary accommodation, me and my one-year-old have been offered my dream home." The swanky council house featured grey walls, silver hardware and marble tiles. Of course, Robyn was feeling lucky and excited for the next chapter of her life in the new home. In the comments, she revealed she had to bid for it like with most council homes and was fortunately accepted. However, it seemed that not everyone was happy with the mum's new home. Some cruel trolls took to the comments of the video which went viral on her TikTok account @ robynl2000 with over 943k views. Some were claiming it was their taxes that were funding the house, with some stating it was better than theirs. I'm trolled for 'wasting my money' by making my council house nice - but I plan to stay here for years so I won't stop One person wrote: "Are you going to thank me for working hard paying taxes to pay for your home? You're welcome." Another commented: "Nice! I have to go to work." "That's a council house? That's mental. Mine had no skirting boards and kitchen cupboards hanging off when I got mine," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "Damn these council houses are better than the ones I can afford to buy working 63hours a week. Minimum." How can I get a council house? To apply for a council home, you need to fill out and hand in an application to your local authority. To find your local authority, simply use the Government's council locator tool on its website. Once you have access to your local council's website, it should offer you guidelines on how to complete your application. After applying, you'll most likely have to join a waiting list. Bear in mind, even if you are put on a waiting list, this doesn't guarantee you a council house offer. Your council should also offer you advice on how to stay in your current home and solve any issues you might have, such as problems with a private landlord or mortgage. You are eligible to apply for council housing if you are a British citizen living in the UK providing have not lived abroad recently. Each council has its own local rules about who qualifies to go on the housing register in its area, but it is based on "points" or a "banding" system. For example, you're likely to be offered housing first if you: are homeless live in cramped conditions have a medical condition made worse by your current home are seeking to escape domestic violence Once you are high enough on a council's waiting list, it will contact you when a property is available. Some councils let people apply at the age of 18, while others let you apply even sooner at 16-year-olds. EU workers and their families and refugees may also be eligible. A council house is reached through a points system, so depending on your housing needs, you may be considered low priority. The council will contact you about any available property once you are high enough on the waiting list. There is no limit on how long you can expect to be on the waiting list. "Wait what? That's the nicest council house I've seen,' claimed a fifth. Someone else added: "This is a council house ?! That's actually insane it's absolutely beautiful, it's honestly about time they took care of their properties as some are in terrible condition and they expect families to live in them with mould."

Pep Guardiola reveals what he really thinks of Liam Gallagher as he gushes over Oasis after Manchester gig

MANCHESTER City boss Pep Guardiola has labelled Oasis the 'best rock band in the last 50 years' after he watched their homecoming gig. Pep, 54, also revealed the Heaton Park concert in city was the first time he had met Liam Gallagher. 6 6 6 And he likened Liam and brother Noel 's enduring success to that of a good football team or a good book. Spaniard Pep, who attended with his daughter Maria, said: 'It was really good. 'The first time I've been in this country so it was nice. 'Being here in Manchester, the first time. 'They came here after many, many years. 'They have been the best rock band in the last 50 years. 'And I'm happy it's back. 'It's the first time I knew Liam. 'Noel I've been with many times (at City games) but Liam I never met before and I met him before the concert and he was so kind.' Pep was pictured in a classic City shirt at the gig alongside Liam's sons, Lennon, 25, and Gene, 24, and Noel's three children, Anais, 25, Donovan, 17, and Sonny, 14. Bitter Oasis feud 'buried once and for all' as Noel Gallagher heaps praise on younger brother Liam for 'smashing it' on reunion tour He said Oasis had sealed their superstar status by bouncing back from the brothers' 15-year rift to sell out their tour. Pep said: 'I don't know how many countries they sold out but that means how good they have been. 'When (people) say this team will be one of the best, I always say, 'Ask me after 25 years'. 'Then if people still talk about that team, it was a good team. 'It's like a book, if after 25 years people read the same book, that is a good book. 'It's like Oasis, no? They come back again and sold out all around the world, it is because they are good. Otherwise, it's not sold out.' During the gig Liam urged fans to show respect for the title-winning boss when he dedicated D'You Know What I Mean? to 'the greatest manager of all time, the one and only Pep Guardiola'. It led to boos from non- City fans, with Liam blasting back: 'Who you f****** booing?' 6 6 6

Iconic James Bond star says he will consider RETURNING for new 007 film... as role is still up for grabs

The role of James Bond is still up for grabs, but a familiar face may now be open to returning to the franchise. Pierce Brosnan, who portrayed the spy in four films, has revealed he would consider reprising his role - depending on what director Denis Villeneuve has in store for the British secret agent. In an interview with Radio Times, Pierce, 72, was asked if he would 'do Bond again - is it time for a senior citizen 007?' 'My wife Keely [Shaye Smith] and I have been listening to the drumbeat of expectation of who's going to be the next James Bond,' the Irish actor replied. 'There are many great candidates out there, and I'm sure they're going to make it a spectacle of delight. I don't think anyone wants to see a craggy, 72-year-old Bond, but if [next 007 director Denis] Villeneuve had something up his sleeve I would look at it in a heartbeat. 'Why not? It's great entertainment. It could be lots of laughs. Bald caps, prosthetics… who knows?' Pierce portrayed the iconic spy on the big screen in 1995's GoldenEye, 1997's Tomorrow Never Dies, 1999's The World Is Not Enough, and 2002's Die Another Day. 'I wish them well,' Pierce said of the next film in an interview with SAGA earlier this month. 'I'm so excited to see the next man come on the stage and to see a whole new exuberance and life for this character. 'I adore the world of James Bond. It's been very good to me. It's the gift that keeps giving. 'And I'm just a member of the audience now, sitting back, saying: "Show us what you're going to do."' The role has been vacant ever since Daniel Craig, the latest 007, departed in 2021. Already a star before playing Bond for the first time in 2005 blockbuster Casino Royale, Daniel amassed a reported $100million from his six outings as the secret agent. Now actor Aaron Taylor Johnson has emerged as the man most likely to replace Daniel Craig. Taylor Johnson has previously played it cool when asked about the possibility of him becoming Bond, telling Esquire: 'It's not really for me to stay anything.' Should he be named as Bond, the actor will be working with Steven Knight, who has signed up to write the latest James Bond movie, Amazon MGM Studios confirmed in July. The British screenwriter is perhaps best known as the creator of the hugely popular BBC crime drama Peaky Blinders starring Cillian Murphy. And now he's set to lend his talents to the long-running spy franchise by drafting the script for the newest 007 film, with Knight revealing that it has always been on his 'bucket list'. The latest Bond film is currently in development and is to be helmed by Dune director Denis Villeneuve, with Amazon MGM Studios overseeing the project after longtime producer Barbara Broccoli gave up creative control. Meanwhile, Amy Pascal and David Heyman are on board to produce the movie via Pascal Pictures and Heyday Films respectively, while Tanya Lapointe will serve as executive producer.
