Oasis to rock London for the first time in more than 16 years
They will now return to perform at Wembley Stadium for the first time since July 12, 2009, when they performed during their Dig Out Your Soul tour.
With five nights scheduled, the group posted door and stage timings on their Instagram account with an hour-by-hour breakdown of the evening, starting with the gates opening at 5pm.
The night will kick off from 6pm with the rock band Cast, followed by singer Richard Ashcroft at 7pm.
Oasis will then take the stage for a two-hour set at 8.15pm.
The group kicked off their Oasis Live '25 world tour on July 4 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, receiving five star reviews from critics at The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Times.

The group has also dominated the UK album charts, with three top five albums, according to the Official Charts Company.
While fans were excited at the reunion, some were outraged after some standard tickets in the UK and Ireland jumped from £148 to £355.
The controversy prompted the Government and the UK's competition watchdog to pledge to look at the use of dynamic pricing.
After their final London gig on August 3, the group will move north to Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium before performing at Dublin's Croke Park.
The band will then head to Japan, South Korea, South America, Australia and North America.

Formed in Manchester in 1991, the band was led by lead guitarist Noel and lead vocalist Liam during their 18 years together.
Oasis signed to independent record label Creation Records in 1993, rising to fame with the release of their debut chart-topping album Definitely Maybe on August 29 1994.
They had hits with songs including Don't Look Back In Anger, Champagne Supernova, Wonderwall and Live Forever.
Dig Out Your Soul, the band's last studio album, was released in 2008, just months before the Paris row.

It was when Jim Carrey's Lloyd Christmas character was asking the object of his desire how his prospects looked. She said: 'Not good. About one in a million.' The bold Lloyd shot back from under his dodgy fringe: 'So you're saying there's a chance? Yes!' Right now it seems like there's even less than a one in a million chance of Rodgers ' relationship lasting beyond the end of the season. But, maybe it's dumb of fans to think it, but his explosive comments the other day did actually leave the door open – even if just a tad. This might be half full – or half wit – way to see it but this is the first time Rodgers has even hinted that he might even be open to remaining at the club beyond his three years. It has been kind of assumed he'd feel he'd had enough by that stage, having been in charge for almost six years over two spells and all the nonsense that goes along with it. Sure, there were warnings for the board, maybe even an ultimatum over what needs to happen in the next few weeks. But there was also a hint of a road map. It wasn't just back me or I'm off. It was also back me and I might actually stay. Look, it was probably a shrewd move applying the thumb screws a tad to get the suits to get shift on and get deals done. It was also advice on what they need to do to keep hold of the best possible manager they could hope for. Rodgers doesn't say anything lightly. Every word is there for a reason. This is a guy who studied neurolinguistic programming – a psychological approach where language is used to steer folk in a certain direction to ensure desired outcomes. He's a master at it. Sometimes it can be cryptic and open to interpretation. Other times – like Friday – it's crystal clear. There's no doubt this press conference was a bit like Oasis playing one of their greatest hits. We've been here before with Rodgers. Back in August 2018, he was tearing his hair out over missing out on John McGinn while his team were toiling in the Champions League qualifier with AEK Athens. The famous 'Terminado' presser. Those of us in the room that day knew the Irishman had basically hit the button on the countdown clock to his exit that day. When asked about the club not matching his ambition, he said: 'My job is done then. Terminado. Gone. 'That's the challenge. You have to test yourself to the limit. You have to be courageous as a club. 'It's a joy to work here. I love my life here and enjoy being the manager here. 'But it's no good if I just sit back and get comfortable. Being comfortable is the enemy of progress. 'We don't want to stand still. How do we improve? We improve in Europe and in order to do that, it's simple, is quality players. 'The minute I start thinking otherwise and get comfortable, then progress stops. In football you can't afford to do that. 'It's too late once the rot sets in. It's too late. Deep down I am a supporter but I am also a professional manager. I also look for the help that is needed to take the team to the next level if that is what the demand is. I will always push for that.' Sound familiar? Friday was a rerun minus the terminado line. Except this time is different. The Celtic board called his bluff back then and he jumped at the first chance to get back to the EPL. This time he'll see out the season and you suspect he might fancy a crack at the Saudi league having seen last week against Al Ahli a club that will happily stump up £40m for a full back and not blank at £50m for a striker. No one could blame him after having the rug pulled out from him at Leicester City after stunning success, and he's probably sick of the scraping again at Celtic. Yet there is this feeling he does love being Celtic manager. He relishes being king in this country, building a legacy at the club and trying to defy the odds in Europe. Celtic have money in the bank but they are in danger of losing their greatest asset. But he's told them there is a chance – even if it's one in a million – and the board would be beyond dumb and dumber to ignore it.

Edinburgh Council urges Oasis fans to 'behave' during Murrayfield gigs amid safety concerns
Legendary Britpop band Oasis are reforming for a tour and will play three nights at Murrayfield later this month Edinburgh council chiefs have issued a plea to Oasis enthusiasts to be "considerate" in anticipation of the band's forthcoming Murrayfield performances. The rockers are set to electrify the Scottish rugby stronghold for three nights on Friday, August 8, Saturday, August 9, and Tuesday, August 12, marking their much-anticipated reunion tour. This will mark the first occasion in 16 years that the Gallagher brothers will share the stage in Scotland. The concerts, poised to be one of the country's musical highlights of the year, coincide, of course, with the influx of millions to Edinburgh for its globally acclaimed festivals. On Friday, August 1, City of Edinburgh Council leader Cllr Jane Meagher stated that the upcoming shows would constitute "rock history" and confirmed additional transport services would be available via tram, rail, and bus routes. Nonetheless, she cautioned gig-goers to conduct themselves appropriately and advised those without tickets to steer clear, reports the Scottish Daily Express. "We are keen for everyone to have an enjoyable experience, not only at the show, but on their way before and after," Cllr Meagher said. "Whilst we relish hosting the biggest and best events and want everyone attending to truly enjoy themselves, it's important that we remember our residents. "We ask that visitors are considerate and respectful of them whilst enjoying our fantastic capital city. We're urging people to only travel to Murrayfield and the surrounding area if you have a ticket." ScotRail has announced it will be providing extra trains and carriages during August as part of its Edinburgh Festivals uplift. Additional services are also planned for the Oasis concerts, with Murrayfield conveniently located a brief walk from Haymarket station. Concertgoers are advised to head "promptly" to Haymarket station after the events and gather in the holding area on Haymarket Terrace, where they will be guided to the correct queue. It's recommended that tickets are purchased ahead of time to expedite travel. "There's real excitement building ahead of Oasis at Murrayfield, and we're thrilled to be helping fans travel to these massive shows," Phil Campbell, ScotRail's customer operations director, explained. "With more trains running throughout August for the Edinburgh Festivals, and additional late-night services for the gigs themselves, the train is the best way to get to and from the concerts." He went on to advise: "We're encouraging everyone to plan their journey in advance, make the most of the extra services, and soak up the atmosphere of a great night in the capital." The council's caution was issued the same day Police Scotland launched its operation to safeguard festival-goers in August. Operation Summer City will feature a heightened police presence in the city centre throughout the month.
