Murrayfield capacity, seating plan, and food & drink options ahead of Oasis gigs
The Oasis reunion tour is officially underway and it will not be long until they hitch up in the Scottish capital. Up to 200,000 fans will be entertained by the Britpop icons across three nights, which are sure to be jam-packed with classics and much-loved hits.
Liam and Noel Gallagher have put their differences aside to reunite after 16 years and the first few legs of the tour have already been played, including two nights at Wembley Stadium, which the Record reviewed here.
On August 8, 9, and 12, hundreds of thousands of music fans will descend on Murrayfield Stadium to hear tunes like 'Wonderwall' and 'Live Forever'.
But what food and drink options are in store? And how many people does Murrayfield hold?
Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium has a seated capacity of 67,144 which is the largest in Scotland. This means that across Oasis' three sold-out shows in Edinburgh, more than a whopping 200,000 people will be in attendance.
The venue is the home of Scottish rugby but when major artists are in town, it transforms into a major musical spectacle. Kendrick Lamar and SZA are the most recent talents to have lit up the Murrayfield stage.

Murrayfield has an extensive list of food and beverage options dotted throughout the grounds.
If you're a spirit lover, head to the Edinburgh Gin Bar and take your pick from a range of flavoured and standard gins. If a good old fashioned pint is more up your street, there are various bars, and a Guinness Bar for your enjoyment.
If prosecco is your tipple, there is also a bar to accommodate that. Food-wise, there are so many cuisines to choose from, from Japanese to Greek and from Italian to Indian. There is no doubt about it - you'll be fed and watered.
The venue even caters to specific dietary requirements and allergens, with meat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and vegan options. There is also gluten-free lager and non-alcoholic lager available from all bar locations.

Tell us: have you seen live music with your family recently?
Ahead of Oasis's reunion shows this year, you could certainly have expected to tick a lot of sights off your bingo card: bucket hats? Check. Wall-to-wall Adidas? Present and correct. Enough lager consumption to fill the Thames? Naturally. Perhaps less anticipated was the prevalence of families at these shows: multigenerational groups spanning from excited kids seeing their first big gigs to aunts, uncles and grandparents who could remember seeing the band back in the 90s. On the first night in Cardiff, one woman told us about attending a show in the city 31 years ago while she was pregnant with her son, now bringing along his own young daughter; another boy was celebrating his 10th birthday there with his dad, who saw the band with his own father when he was a teenager. There have been similar scenes at Pulp's big shows: when they performed to a hometown crowd at Sheffield's Tramlines last week, there was a noteworthy amount of kids word-perfect on their hits (including, entertainingly, Sorted for E's and Wizz). Romeo Beckham spotted at Oasis gig with footballer as he risks telling off from dad
Wembley Stadium hosted Romeo Beckham and Manchester City player John Stones in its VIP section for Noel Gallagher and Liam Gallagher's latest Oasis reunion gig tonight The audience at Oasis ' latest concert at Wembley Stadium included Romeo Beckham tonight. He was spotted in the crowd at the venue in London beside a footballer who plays for a rival squad to David Beckham 's favourite team. Romeo, 22, has been spotted at the gig, which is the band's fourth performance at the stadium on the Oasis Live '25 tour, this evening. The model was seen alongside footballer John Stones, 31, in an exclusive section of the venue. Coronation Street Becky Swain's real killer 'solved' as villain's return 'sealed'
Coronation Street fans think a former villain will be revealed as the person who orchestrated the death of Lisa Swain's wife Becky Swain, and DI Costello could be involved Becky Swain's real killer on Coronation Street may have been rumbled according to fans of the ITV soap. This week's episodes have left them convinced that an existing character is involved in Becky's death and a possible cover-up. Not only that, but fans think a past villain may return and be revealed as the reason Becky is dead. It comes as Lisa Swain continued to dig into her late wife's demise in recent scenes, after suggestion she may have been a corrupt officer. DI Costello downplayed this as he called out Lisa for sneaking onto his computer to access Becky's files. Costello's reaction, the comments from Logan Radcliffe to Lisa's partner Carla Connor and a scene with Lisa's therapist Floyd have now left fans certain a cover-up is confirmed. Not only that, but they think they have figured out how everything ties together. With Costello appearing to know more than he's letting on, fans think he is harbouring the true events that led to Becky's demise, or at least what happened to her. Logan knows something too, with it revealed earlier this year that he and his brother Matty Radcliffe were driving the car that hit and killed her. Then there's Floyd's weird comment to a mystery person on the phone about a "breakthrough" with Lisa during a session, moments after she confessed her fears Becky was corrupt.
